        온라인 미디어를 통한 문화예술교육의 방향성 : 오레지나무용단의 Dancing life, Happy up!을 중심으로

        This article examines the characteristics of the recommendable directions for Munhwayesul kyoyuk (Cultural Arts Education) that Oh-Regina Dance Company (a.k.a. Ore Dance) realized through its YouTube production, Dancing life, Happy up! Through its production of Dancing life, Happy up!, Oh-Regina Dance Company showed the ways that make non-contact Munhwayesul kyoyuk successful. Since COVID-19 forced the world to find new ways to meet the problems caused by the pandemic, using the online media has been the most important matter for the people in the arts-field. The Oh-Regina Dance Company with its Dancing life, Happy up! shows a couple of the desirable directions for Munhwayesul kyoyuk in Korea. One of the directions to which Munhwayesul kyoyuk shoud go is that artistic experience should be realized through an active physical performance of the students. At the same time, such an experience should be in a form of a physical practice or a team project that pursues problem-solving. The other characteristic of the desirable direction for Munhwayesul kyoyuk is that building a community should be aimed through the online media. According to Oh-Regina Dance Company’s achievements, various levels of communities can be made through utilizing the onlime media. The “community” can be constructed between the members of family, friends, or performer and the viewer. When a Munhwayesul kyoyuk (Cultural Arts Education) program is done “on-line,” the most important question should be if the program have same effects and identity with a program done “off-line.” Oh-Regina Dance Company with its production Dancing life, Happy up! proves that the same effects and the identity of Munhwayesul kyoyuk can be realized when Munhwayesul kyoyuk is done through the online media.

        Intelligent Predictive Control of Time-Varying Dynamic Systems with Unknown Structures Using Neural Networks

        A neural predictive tracking system for the control of structure-unknown dynamic system is presented. The control system comprises a neural network modelling mechanism for the the forward and inverse dynamics of a plant to be controlled, a feedforward controller, feedback controller, and an error prediction mechanism. The feedforward controller, a neural network model of the inverse dynamics, generates feedforward control signal to the plant. The feedback control signal is produced by the error prediction mechanism. The error predictor adopts the neural network models of the forward and inverse dynamics. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed scheme to predictive tracking control problems.

        漢-알타이諸語 비교로 본 ‘바다(海)’의 語源

        본 논문에서는 上古漢語(AC)와 알타이제어 간의 비교음운학적 연구방법론을 이용하여 한국어 ‘바다(海)’의 어원을 밝혀 보고자 했다. 『說文解字』의 ‘孛聲’系字 분석을 통해 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛} 同源語群”을 재구했고, 알타이제어의 어휘 비교를 통해 공통알타이어祖語 [*büdV](두꺼운, 굵은)에서 파생되는 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이諸語 同源語群”을 재구해냈다. 최종적으로 ‘孛聲’계 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛}동원어군”과 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이제어 동원어군”을 통합하여 廣義의 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이 동원어군”을 재구해냈다. 한국어 ‘바ᄃᆞᆯ(」바다)(海)’은 어근이 [pat-](받)이며 중심의미가 “넓고 旺盛하며 큰(大)” “받[厚大·旺盛]+ᄋᆞᆯ”의 형태로 분석되며, 이 말은 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이제어 동원어군”에 속하며, 궁극적으로 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이동원어군”에 통합된다. This paper mainly presents readers the author’s comparative study on the etymology of the Korean word 바다(PADA) (sea) or 海 (sea) in Chinese by using a comparative phonological research methodology between Archaic Chinese(AC) and Altaic languages. The paper, through systematic analysis of the phonetic radicals 孛 in 『SHUO WEN JIE ZI』, the paper reconstructs “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤[*PVT]/{vigorous} cognate words” and “郣·勃·㪍·渤·浡[*bɯɯd]/<BO-HAI(渤海)> cognate words”. Furthermore, this paper reconstructs “Altaic [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words” based on numerous individual Altaic vocabularies derived from common proto-Altaic [*büdV](thick·thick) through the comparison of Altaic language vocabularies. Ancient Turkish [*bädü-k](big·high·thick·great), ancient Mongolian [*büdü-ɣün] (thick), ancient Korean [*pɨt-](expansion), and the Korean word 바ᄃᆞᆯ(PADʌL)(」바다(PADA))(sea) with its root as 받(PAT)[thick·vigorous] all fall into the “Altaic [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”. And finally, this paper combines the Chinese ‘孛 phonetic radicals’ “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤[*PVT]/{vigorous} cognate words” and “Altaic language [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”, and reconstructs “Chinese–Altaic [*PVT-]/{vigorous·fat} cognate words”. The root of Korean 바ᄃᆞᆯ(PADʌL)(」바다(PADA))(sea) is 받(PAT) with its meanings as “spacious, vigorous, and big”, which can be analyzed in the form of ‘PAT[fat/vigorous]+ʌL’. It implies that it belongs to the “Altaic language [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”, and can be ultimately combined with “Sino-Altaic [*PVT-]/{vigorous·fat} cognate words”

        아파트 분양을 위한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 활동에 대한 AHP 분석

        It is hard to verify which types of marketing communication activities are more effective in apartment sales promotions. Many apartment sales companies routinely advertise their marketing campaigns without analyzing media effect nor necessity. It is the unit cost that matters the most for them. This needs to be improved, and promotion budget should be distributed to more effective activities. This study attempted to analyze the importance of apartment marketing promotion items. The authors wanted to show the efficient guidelines on apartment sales budget distribution by examining cost-efficient sales marketing promotion activities to achieve sales increase and enhance customer preference. To understand the level of importance in apartment sales marketing promotion activities, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) model was applied and marketing experts" survey was carried out in two groups: apartment sales experts and advertising experts. They thought differently. Experts in apartment sales considered activities, such as banners, were effective; those in advertising do not. Therefore, this result can be a big help for practitioners in the field to divide and use their sales budget effectively.

        전기공급 계약방식을 고려한 아파트 공동사용료 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Of the various factors consisting apartment maintenance costs, common area usage fees can be affected by the electricity supply contract, and whether it is a comprehensive or single contract. Thus, it is necessary to consider selection bias in accordance with the contracts. However, previous studies regarding maintenance costs have only examined large categories of common usage fees. Thus, this study conducted empirical analysis using Sample Selection Models with the 955 apartment complexes data in Suwon, Seongnam, and Yongin obtained from the K-apt in 2019. The results showed that the apartment complexes’ characteristics (i.e. ratio of exclusive use area, number of parking lot per households, and ratio of underground parking lots) have significant impact on common area usage fees. Also, in case of rental housing complexes, common area usage fees were relatively low. Second, facility characteristics such as the number of elevators and availability of home network systems per household were derived as factors that increase common area usage fees. Third, regarding regional characteristics, results showed that common area usage fees in Suwon and Seongnam were relatively high.

        소매용 부동산의 가격상승률에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 서울 구로구 중심상권에 위치한 집합상가를 중심으로 점포의 최초분양가 대비 현재의 시세를 차이를 파악하여 매매가 상승률에 미치는 영향에 대하여 회귀분석을 하였다. 실증분석결과 상가의 연면적이 크거나, 건물의 경과연수가 오래된 상가일수록 매매가 상승률에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 버스정류장과 거리가 멀어질수록 가격상승률이 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 전면상가 입지여부는 매매가격 상승률에 양(+)의 영향을 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 점포 층은 1층 점포에 비해 2층 이상의 지상 층에서 상대적으로 가격상승률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 2층에 위치한 점포의 가격상승률이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 프렌차이즈 업종, 은행, 병원, 부동산 등과 같은 업종이 입점한 점포는 매매가격상승률에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Rates of return on investment(ROI) in selling retail property is of great importance to investors when making a buying decision, though they are mainly for leasing. Except for the earnings from leasing, when buildings' selling off margin is high, it is regarded that return on investment has finally been achieved. Since the price rise of the retail property is the major consideration factor in investment, its rates of return analysis is crucial to investors. In this study, the current selling price was compared to that from the initial time of retail properties in Guro-Gu, Seoul, by using the regression analysis. The empirical study showed that the selling price on retail property had risen, depending on its total floor area and its age. The larger and older, the higher the price. The distance between the bus stop and the retail property had a negative effect on its price, but the facade of the building showed a positive effect. The price rise of retail stores on second level or higher was significant compared to those on the ground floor. Moreover, it was distinctive on the second floor. Retail stores with both inside and outside entrance, franchise chain stores, banks, hospitals, and real estate agencies showed positive influence on selling price.

        《풍랑을 뚫고》에 나타난 최승희 연출의 특징과 의의

        This study examines the characteristics of Ch`oe Sung-hui`s directing of P`ungnang ul ttul`ko (Throughout the Storm) and the significance of her directing. In her dance performance P`ungnang ul ttul`ko, which had quite dramatic quality, Ch`oe Sung-hui showed a great directing ability. In P`ungnang ul ttul`ko, Ch`oe Sung-hui used a song as pangch`ang (the unique usage of musical chorus for performing arts in North Korea) as the accompaniment for the performance instead of an instrumental music. Also Ch`oe Sung-hui created a great Mise-en-scene with condensed representation utilizing the various elements of theatrical art including movement, blocking, stage setting, and lighting. In addition, by the well-calculated change of the theatrical convention from the representational to the presentational in the performance, she succeeded in dominating the audience during the performance. Ch`oe Sung-hui`s directing competency shows that she was well accustomed to the techniques of Western performing arts or modern performing arts. Viewing Ch`oe Sung-hui as a "director" gives her a new meaning as a well-rounded artist, not limited as a mere "dancer." This point of view will extend the horizon of discourse about Ch`oe Sung-hui.

        논문 7 : 근대 남성적 담론으로 본 신여성 무용가 최승희

        This study examines how Ch`oe Sung-hui, the renowned "new woman" stage artist, developed her career in the male-centered process of modernization in Korea. Ch`oe Sung-hui was one of the pioneers of modern dance in Korea. Also, she was one of the "new women" who appeared in the early part of the twentieth century as a result of the Western style of education. She, with her fame earned on the stages in Japan and the Western countries, successfully positioned herself in the social environment of Korea that was not friendly to social activities of women. In addition to her great talent in dance, Ch`oe Sung-hui`s instrument for her success was her strategy to utilize the rhetoric of the masculine discourses such as "wise mother, good wife" and cultural nationalism. "Wise mother, good wife" aimed at producing mother and wife who would be devoted to managing her family in more Westernized, "modern" style breaking with traditional patriarchy. Cultural nationalism was a form of nationalism that was expressed in "cultural," non-political activities such as education and arts. As Ch`oe Sung-hui applied the rhetoric of the discourses, which cooperated with male-centered modernization, for her social and artistic activities, she could earn male support and be more successful than any other women without such a strategy and male support. C h`oe Sung-hui maintained her social image clean describing her domestic life with the rhetoric based on "wise mother, good wife." At the same time, adopting the discourse of cultural nationalism, she tried to apply Korean elements in her dance based on Western style and make Korea join in "the world" through such a form of art. The male-centered society was enthusiastic to her as her activities and her rhetoric were cooperative with the grand narrative of modernization, and Ch`oe Sung-hui became the most famous and successful woman in her time in Korea.
