유럽 현대무용의 미학적 변이와 표현형식 연구

This research aims to study into the change in the new aesthetic concept and the forms of expression through the absence of movements, trivialism performance, contingency of happening, minimalism, theatricality of tanztheater, over-appearance and existentialism of nudity, convergence with different arts and so on, which has emerged in the European contemporary dance in the 21st century. Today the performances in the European contemporary dance has taken the combined forms of creation transcending the boundary of arts, featuring the encounter, convergence and acceptance of various cultures and different arts. These external features of the European contemporary dance has often shaken the codes that the audiences have expected. Can the new aesthetic concept and forms appearing in the trend of contemporary arts of the day be placed under the category of dance? While the dance of the day is gradually changing through the creation process, does the encounter and convergence with the different arts suggest the new inter-face of the choreographic arts?After the Nouvelle Danse in 1980s, there has been changes to the movements of choreographic reform assumed as the cognition change and the new concepts of the body, focusing on body and surroundings, body and mind or emotion, rather than the forms of complicated, formal and standardized composition. It may be somewhat early to give a specific definition or title to this flow. Since 1990s, however, there has been a growing trend of less or almost not dancing, which is classified as ‘'non-danse’'. The key young choreographers associated with the non-danse movement are Jerome Bel, Xavier le Roy, Boris Charmatz, La Ribot (Spain), Vera Mantero (Portugal) and more. Among the older generations, the choreographers like Jan Fabre, Sasha Waltz and Meg Stuart can be told according to the tendency of the works. It is the mode and major feature of the artistic expression in the 21st century to break the mould of the artistic categories and to transcend its boundaries, and the European contemporary dance cannot be an exception. Through the change, chaos and acceptance of the choreographic codes in the contemporary dance, with the phenomena of de-coding and deterritorialization observed, this research will investigate into the aesthetic change and expression forms of European contemporary dance.

바뇰레 국제안무대회와 리옹 댄스비에날을 통해서 본 한국현대무용의 비평적 수용

In 1990’'s, Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales de Bagnolet Seine- Saint-Denis. renowned as one of the highly valued festivals in Europe, was the major stages where the Korean contemporary dances began to uncover its’' veil before it attracted international viewers at the 2000 Dance Biennale in Lyon. Choreographies staged at Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales de Bagnolet Seine-Saint-Denis in 1990’'s are ‘'Ssit-Kim’'(1992), ‘'The Empty Space’'(1994), ‘'The 11th Shadow’'(1998) by Ahb Ae-soon Dance Group which has been called as forerunner in the Korean contemporary dance scene., ‘'Love, far away’' by Kim Won’'s Dance troupe and ‘'Warning Moon’' 1996) by Lee Yun-kyung Dance Group. ‘'Moon Looking Dog’' and ‘'Deja vu’' of Dance Theatre On were invited to the stages of Lyon Dance Biennale. For the European Viewers, those dances have been considered as creative ones with new style but as of the having ritual, spiritual, folklore or religious theme well matched with traditional or classic musics. In brief, they were reflecting the modernity of the Orient. Accordingly, encounter between European audiences and contemporary dances from ‘'the country of morning calm’' was not simply contradictory so called modernity of the West vs. tradition of the Oriental culture. Then, how do the Europeans view Korean contemporary dances exposed at Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales de Bagnolet Seine-Saint-Denis and Lyon Dance Biennale? On what elements are they focusing? At the Bagnolet stages, contemporary dances groups explored modernity implemented in the Korean sentiment combining with tradition of its own but in Lyon, they unveiled their own individual thoughts rather than unique feeling of the Koreans.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of taekwondo training period on body composition and fundamental physical fitness in elementary students. The subjects of this study were 30 elementary school students between 4th and 6th grade. The subjects were divided into three groups; A groups(Training for less than 1 year), B groups(Training for 1 year to 2 years), and C groups(Training for over 2 years). and the subjects trained an all three groups after school. The dependent variables were body composition; fat mass, percent fat, muscle mass, waist hip ratio and physical fitness; muscular strength, muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, power, agility. One-way ANOVA with repeated measurements was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The statistical significance level of this study was α=.05. The results of study were as follows; It was shown that the group with less than 1 year training had a lower body composition than the group with 1-2 years training, and the group with more than 2 years training. The group with more than 2 years training had a higher skeletal and muscle volume and waist-hip ratio(WHR) was lower in order of the group with less than 1 year training, the group with 1-2 years training and the group with more than 2 years training. In fundamental physical fitness, it was shown that the group with more than 1 year training had a higher muscle strength, the group with more than 2 years training had a higher muscle endurance and agility followed by the group with 1-2 years training and the group with less than 1 years. In conclusion, it was shown that the taekwondo training period of after school give a good influence to body composition and physical fitness.

영어 듣기능력 향상을 위한 딕토글로스(dictogloss)

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects on improving English listening skills as well as the other areas of English such as reading, speaking and writing skills through drilling dictogloss for university students in Korea. The study consisted of experimentation conducted over twelve weeks with fifty-eight university freshmen students. The participants of the study were divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group. The control group performed spot dictation, while the experimental group received instruction via dictogloss summaries. Pre- and post-listening tests as well as reading, speaking and writing tests were used to examine results. The experimental group received dictogloss practices after listening the text given, and the other group, the control group, received spot dictation practices after listening to the same text that the experimental group used. The results of the experiment show that the experimental group trained with dictogloss did show a significant difference in the listening skills test and also in the reading, speaking, and writing skills tests. This implies that dictogloss is effective for students to improve not only listening skills but also reading, speaking, and writing skills.

소상공인의 업종별 경영전략이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 소상공인의 경영개선을 위한 경영전략 결정요인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 그 결과인 소상공인의 경영성과는 어떻게 나타나는가를 업종별로 나누어 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이에 연구가설의 검정을 통한 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소상공인의 경영전략이 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 경영전략 중 상품/서비스혁신전략, 비용우위전략, 원가관리전략은 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 마케팅차별화전략은 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업종에 따라 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 관계를 분석한 결과, 음식업의 경우 원가관리전략, 서비스업의 경우 상품/서비스혁신전략, 제조업의 경우 마케팅차별화전략과 원가관리전략, 도소매업의 경우 상품/서비스혁신전략 등을 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Second, the sector affects the business performance, according to an analysis of the relationship, in the case of the food industry, in the case of cost management strategies, services products/services in the case of marketing differentiation strategy, innovation strategy, manufacturing cost management strategy, even if the goods/services innovation of retailing strategy management and performance(+) showed that the influence.

통합교육활동 프로그램을 적용을 통한 사회적응능력 신장

본 교에서는 학생들의 학습 능력에 맞는 협력학생들과 함께 아울러 통합된 장에서 교육을 받고 생활할 수 있는 터전을 마련하고, 협력학교 학생과의 상호교류 활동을 위한 여건 조성등 다양한 통합교육 프로그램의 적용을 통하여, 장애학생들의 잠재 능력을 최대한 계발하고 함께 더불어 살아갈 수 있는 삶의 용기를 불어 넣어주고자 본 시범운영을 시도하였다. 본교 장애학생들의 협력학급 학생들과의 상호작용을 통해 각자의 능력과 특성을 이해하고 더불어 살 수 있는 삶의 기회를 열어주기 위한 즉, 학생 개개인의 사회적응능력을 향상시키는데 있다.

지역 박람회의 거버넌스 특성에 따른 조직 역동성 연구

본 연구는 지역 공공사업의 거버넌스 특성에 따른 조직 및 사업 운영의 역동성과 성과의 변화를 고찰해보고자 하였다. 연구 사례로서 광주비엔날레 제1회부터 제3회 대회까지와 고양국제꽃박람회 제1회, 제2회, 제5회 대회를 선정하였다. 광주비엔날레와 고양국제꽃박람회의 두 사례를 연구한 결과, 국제 박람회와 같은 대규모 지역행사가 처음 개최될 당시에는 관의 안정성과 동원성에 중점을 둔 민간의 창의성과 자율성이 연계되는 민간협력체제 유형이 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있다. 반면 다음 사후 체제로는 사업의 비전과 목적이 명확해야 하며, 그러한 비전과 목적에 부합한 의사결정체제의 단일성과 선명성이 중요함을 알 수 있다. 광주비엔날레는 사후체제로서 민관협력체제의 성격이 대회 준비 때마다 바뀌게 되었고, 의사결정과정에서도 관과 민, 민과 민간의 내적 갈등이 유발되었다. 반면 고양국제꽃박람회는 화훼유관단체 중심의 의사결정구조를 두고 지역 화훼산업발전이라는 명확한 비전 아래에서 효율성과 전문성을 갖춘 집행구조를 구축하여 사업을 진행한 결과 경영 수익과 제반사업의 성과를 크게 거둘 수 있었다. 물론 사업의 성격상 미술 중심의 문화적 전시회와 화훼 산업 발전을 도모하기 위한 화훼 전시회라는 성격적인 차이가 있을 수 있고 배후도시인구규모, 시설비 및 사회인프라 투자 등에서 차이가 있었지만, 거버넌스 구조의 차이에 따른 조직 역동성과 사업 성과에서 차이가 있었다. 양 사례의 민관협력체계는 공공서비스 창출과 공급을 관이 독점하거나 또는 민간이 모두 맡는 것이 가장 효율적이라는 기존의 논리에 새로운 비평적 가능성을 제시해주고 있으며, 사업의 성격에 맞는 민관협력체제의 거버넌스 구조가 구축되어야 함을 시사해주고 있다. This study investigated the changes of outcome and the dynamics of the organization operations in accordance with governance characteristics of local public projects. As a case study, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Gwangju Biennalee and the 1st, 2nd, 5th World Flower Exhibition Goyang Korea was selected. We found that the stability and mobilization of public agency be linked to creativity and autonomy of private at the time of the first large-scale community events such as the International Fair. But the post operation system should have clear vision and objectives of the project. Also we could see the importance of unity and clarity of decision-making systems. The public-private cooperation system of Gwangju Biennale is changed every time and internal conflicts of civil and private sector appeared in the decision-making process. Whereas the decision-making structure of World Flower Exhibition Goyang Korea was built in the center of the flower agencies. Under a clear vision of local flower industry. They established executive organization with efficiency and professionalism, a clear vision of local flower industry promotion. The results of their effort could reap large profits and overall performance of Expo. This case study of public-private cooperation system suggest that the governance structure of the public-private partnership should be built to fit the nature of the project system and present a new critical possibilities against the existing logic of government and market
