2020년과 2022년 외식조리전공 신입생들의 COVID-19와 온라인 수업 인식 비교 연구: W대학 사례를 중심으로

This study, in the context of COVID-19, which started suddenly, the study was conducted between freshman in 2020, who entered the university and took online classes while attending school, and freshman in 2022 who entered the university after experiencing 2 years or more in the Corona 19 environment. This result to provide information for after COVID-19 continuing online classes, student guidance, and educational planning. To analyze the data, SPSS 27.0 program was used, and frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, correlation, t-test, and regression analysis were performed according to the verification. A comparative analysis was conducted on online classes and college life. As a result, were difference between both, the COVID-19 test and infection rate showed a much higher test and infection rate than in 2020. But, in terms of gender, both groups of freshmen in 2020 and 2022 did not show any statistical significance, also, there were no differences could be found according to gender even over time in the corona pandemic environment. However, in the effect between COVID-19 and the perception of online classes, it was found that the 2020 freshman group had an effect on each other, but the 2022 freshman group did not show any statistical significance.
대학생들의 전공 인식유형과 취업 준비유형의 수업만족도와의 영향 관계연구: 외식 조리전공 대학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was investigate the influence between class satisfaction and two types of students majoring in culinary arts in university: major perception type and employment preparation type, The two types of students were subdivided into two types respectively. The date from the results of this study will be shared for teaching and training among faculty and university that offer culinary arts major programs. The result shows that there in a statistically significant positive influence between major perception type and class satisfaction (p<0.001) and between job preparation type and class satisfaction (p<0.014). When comparing the degree of influence, the job preparation type that focuses on spec showed the highest influence (p<0.001, 0.536) in class satisfaction, Next, the perception major that their as a vocational showed the second highest influence (p<0.001, 0.241) in class satisfaction. On the other hand, there in no significant influence between the perception major as an aptitude and class satisfaction (p<0.306, 0.059) and the job preparation that focuses on field experience and class satisfaction (p<0.055. 0.121). In conclusion, this study suggests that universities with culinary arts major need to strengthen vocational training course that help students develop their qualification when setting up curriculum and student guidance directions. In addition, extracurricular programs need to be offered in order to help students learn second language and earn certificates for the future employment through regular and extracurricular courses.
Hairless 마우스에서 LED 광 조사의 피부주름 개선효과

To induce the skin aging in hairless mouse, UVB irradiation and squalene monohydroperoxide (Sq-OOH) were applied to the back region. Then, light emitting diode (LED) irradiation was applied to the same region 6 days a week for 4 weeks (wavelength: 635 nm, quantity of light=3.5 mW/cm2, group E1: 30 minutes a day, group E2: 60 minutes a day). According to gross observation of wrinkle formation on skin tissues, experimental groups (E1 and E2) showed thinner ridge line, narrower ridge spacing, and shallower wrinkle formation than control (C group). In quantitative analysis, E1 and E2 groups showed a significant improvement in wrinkle parameters than C group. Positive control (PC group), E1, and E2 groups showed higher density of intradermal collagen fiber and higher regularity of its arrangement than C group. E1 and E2 groups showed lower degenerated elastic fiber than C group. On the other hand, PC, E1, and E2 groups showed significantly lower dermal xanthine oxidase (XO) activity than C group. And E1 and E2 groups showed higher dermal superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity than C and PC groups. In comparison with N group, E1 and E2 groups showed similar level of dermal catalase (CAT) activity and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) expression. Summing up, it is concluded that LED irradiation is effective in control or improving skin wrinkle formation by inhibiting generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and facilitating elimination of generated ROS. And E2 group is more effective than E1 group, which indicates that the effects of LED irradiation depend on irradiation time.

This study intended to evaluate the alleviating effect of light emitting diode (LED) irradiation on the skin barrier damage and inflammation in hairless mice skin. LED (wavelength: 635 nm, intensity: 3.5 mW/cm2) was irradiated to the region of skin barrier damage and inflammation (E1 group: 30 minutes/day, E2 group: 60 minutes/day). Skin barrier damage and inflammation were artificially induced by UVB irradiation and squalene monohydroperoxide (Sq-OOH) application, 6 days a week for 4 weeks. On the 28th day of experiment, E1 and E2 groups had significantly (p/0.05) lower values of both skin erythema index and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) than the control (C) group. The appearance and degranulation of mast cells in dermal and subcutaneous layers remarkably reduced in E1 and E2 groups compared to the C group. Therefore, LED irradiation seems to be effective in skin barrier damage and inflammation induced by sunlight.
