        현藥의 成分硏究 (1). Monoterpene glucoside의 분리

        From the polar fractions of 70% EtOH extract of Paeonia lactiflora roots (paeoniaceae), ten monoterpene glucosides were isolated and identified as lactiflorin (1), benzoy\paeoniflorin (2), mudanpioside C (3), 1-0-ß-D-glucosylpaeonisuffone (4), paeonidanin (5), 1-0-ß-D-glucosyl-8-0-benzoylpaeonisu땀one (6), paeoniflorin (7), albiflorin (8), oxypaeoniflorin (9) and mudanpioside E (10) by spectroscopic mεthods. Among thεse glucosides, 3 -6 and 10 were isolated for the frrst time from this plant.

        뱀무로부터 테르페노이드 및 페놀성 성분의 분리

        Twenty-five compounds were isolated from the methanolic extract of Geum japonicum (Rosaceae), and their structures were identified as eleven triterpenoids [ursolic acid 3-acetate (2), cecropiacic acid 3-methyl ester (3), pomolic acid 3-acetate (5), ursonic acid (6), ursolic acid (7), pomolic acid (8), corosolic acid (9), euscaphic acid (11), arjunic acid (16), tormentic acid (18), 23-hydroxytormentic acid (21)], two saponins [rosamultin (22) and kaji-ichigoside F1 (23)], two megastigmanes [blumenol A (14) and (+)-dehydrovomifoliol (15)], three flavonoids [apigenin (13), isoquercitrin (17) and tiliroside (24)], two ellagic acid derivatives [3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid (12) and ducheside B (25)] and five others [eugenol (1), emodin (4), vanillic acid (10),gallic aldehyde (19), salidroside (20)]. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature values. This is the first report of the eleven compounds, 2~6, 10, 15, 16, 20, 23, and 25 from the genus Geum, as well as the first report of apigenin (13) and 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid (12) from G. japonicum. The antioxidant properties of 22 isolates (1~11, 14, 16~25) were evaluated by the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS)radical scavenging using 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCF-DA) assay. Among them, isoquercitrin (17) showed significant scavenging activity, and gallic aldehyde (19) and ducheside B (25) showed weak scavenging activity.

        인동의 성분연구 (2) - 지방족 및 페놀성 화합물

        Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Lonicera Caulis (Caprifoliaceae) and their structures were identified as seven aliphatic compounds [long-chain alcohols (1, 2), trilinolein (3), hexacosanol (4), fatty acids (6), 9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10(E),15(Z)-dienoic acid (10), and pinellic acid (11)] and seven phenolics [bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (dioctylphthalate, DOP) (5), coniferaldehyde (7), caffeic acid docosanoyl ester (8), caffeic acid (9), coniferyl aldehyde 4-O-glucoside (12), linarin (13), and coniferin (14)]. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature values. All the compounds except for caffeic acid ( 9) were isolated from this plant parts for the first time.

        인동의 성분연구 (3) - Iridoid 화합물

        Six iridoids were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Lonicera Caulis (Caprifoliaceae) and their structures were identified as epialyxialactone (1), secologanin dimethyl acetal (2), sweroside (3), loganin (4), loganic acid (5) and demethylsecologanol (6). The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature values. This is the first report of the iridolactone, epialyxialactone (1), from the Caprifoliaceae plants and loganic acid (5) and demethylsecologanol (6) from Lonicera Caulis.

        Twelve compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Lonicera Caulis (Caprifoliaceae) and their structures were identified as six triterpenoids [(24S)-cycloart-25-en-3β,24-diol (1), pomolic acid (7), ursolic acid (8), euscaphic acid (9), hederagenin (10), and 23-hydroxytormentic acid (12)] and six sterols [obtusifoliol (2), gramisterol (3), citrostadienol (4), β-sitosterol (5), ergosterol peroxide (6) and β-sitosterol glucoside (11)]. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature values. All the compounds were isolated from this plant parts for the first time.

        지황 (地黃)의 성분연구

        Twenty-four compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanolic extract of Rehmanniae Radix (Scrophulariaceae) cultivated in Bukhu-myeon, Andong-si, Korea and their structures were identified as four iridoids [6-O-(4''-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl) vanillyl ajugol (17), ajugol (18), aucubin (19), and catalpol (20)], three phenethyl alcohol glycosides [decaffeoyl acteoside (15), isoacteoside (16), and acteoside (21)], five sugar derivatives [ethyl β-D-fructofuranoside (7), eleutheroside C (14), mannitol (22), raffinose (23), and stachyose (24)], two terpenoids [remophilanetriol (4) and glutinolic acid (11)], a lignan, paulownin (2), and eight others [β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (6), monopalmitin (3), pinellic acid (9), uracil (5), adenosine (12), jio-cerebroside (10), aeginetic acid 5-O-β-D-quinovoside (8), aeginetoyl ajugol 5''-O-β-D-quinovoside (13)]. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature values. Among these compounds, paulownin (2), monopalmitin (3), uracil (5), daucosterol (6), ethyl β-D-fructofuranoside (7), and eleutheroside C (14) were isolated from this plant for the first time.
