        복부 대동맥류 수술후 속발한 동맥 전색증의 Fibrinolytic agent를 사용한 비수술적 치험

        Acute arterial occlusion, produced by thrombus or embolism, is a common problem as a complication of arterial surgery. Conventional therapy has included surgery, systemic anticoagulation, transcatheter embolectomy, and systemic thrombolytic agents, but with a considerable complication rate. Recently, authors experienced a case of low dose intraarterial continuous Urokinase infusion therapy for acute popliteal artery occlusion complicated after ruptured AAA operation at the 71 years old male, so we reported it with a review of literatures.

        철학적 사고실험의 방법으로서 이름짓기 - 미학강의 수강생들의 발표 사례를 중심으로 -

        This thesis seeks to determine the methods of philosophical practice within a university’s educational fields. Philosophical practice helps us awaken to the narrow- minded perspective of understanding our problems through training in philosophical thinking, allowing us to find various alternatives. Currently, thought experiments applying philosophy are widely used as a methodology for various philosophical practices. However, I take issue with the fact that the designer of thought experiments is a philosophical practitioner (or professor) and argue that true philosophical practice should be led by the participants. Thus, in the following chapters, the method of thought experiment is designed for the persons in question. This process is the same as the activity of naming and is summarized as follows: 1) naming our interests, 2) naming our world, and 3) role-playing by the name we take. Although life can be difficult for anyone, one has many ways to deal with it; this is because different people have different interpretations of their lives. Expressing the interpretation of the world by name and presenting it through demonstrations helps us gain insights into how we understand and interpret the world and can be an opportunity to create a better worldview. My philosophical practice is based on Kant’s aesthetics. Kant pays attention to the autonomous actions of the appreciators and artists in relation to the work. The reason why appreciators voluntarily share their evaluation of artwork with others, and artists do not give up their difficult life of creation, is because their power of judgment is to shake the mind intensely. In that sense, I aim to show what “naming” is as a way of stimulating this power of judgment through the works of actual students, and how such activities make us voluntarily design a particular worldview. 본고는 대학 교육현장에서 가능한 철학실천의 방법을 모색한다. 철학실천의 특징 은 철학적 사유를 필요로 하는 주체가 스스로 자신의 관점을 확장시켜, 다양한 대안을 마련해보게 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 철학을 응용한 다양한 사고실험이 철학실천의 방법론으로 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 필자는 기존의 사고실험은 그 설계 주체가 철학실천가(또는 교수)라는 점을 문제 삼는다. 진정한 철학실천은 문제의 당사자가 주도해야 한다. 그래서 본론에서는 참여자가 직접 설계하는 사고실험의 방식을 제안하려고 한다. 그 과정은 ‘이름짓기’의 활동과 같다. 이는 1) 관심사에 대한 이름짓기, 2) 세계에 대한 이름짓기, 3) 이름대로 역할극을 하기로 요약해 볼 수 있다. 누구나 인생의 고비가 있지만, 고난에 대처하는 방식은 저마다 다양하다. 이는 각자 삶에 대한 해석이 다르기 때문일 것이다. 세상에 대한 해석을 명명하고, 직접 시연해보는 것은 우리가 세상을 어떻게 이해하고 해석하는지 통찰해 볼 수 있고, 더 나은 세계관을 창조하는 기회가 될 수 있다. 필자가 제안하는 철학실천은 칸트의 미학이론에 기초하고 있다. 칸트는 작품에 대한 감상자와 예술가의 자율적 행동에 주목한다. 감상자가 자발적으로 자신의 작품 평가를 타인과 공유하려고 하고, 예술가가 힘든 창작의 길을 포기하지 않는 것은 그들의 판단력이 마음의 능력들을 이전보다 크게 확장시키기 때문이다. 그런 의미에서 필자는 실제 수강생들의 작품을 통해서 판단력을 자극하는 방식으로서 ‘이름짓기’가 무엇이고, 어떻게 그런 사고 활동이 세계관을 자발적으로 설계하게 만드는지를 보여주려고 한다.

        Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based copper-modified carbon electrode was prepared by pyrolyzing a thermoset pellet of PAN and Cu powder mixture at 800 under N_2 atmosphere. The modified electrode material was highly conductive and has good mechanical properties. The copper particles were typically several micrometers in size and randomly distributed through the electrode matrix. The electrode revealed similar electrochemical behavior to CuO-modified polymeric composite electrode previously reported. The electrode exhibited high electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of various polyhydroxyl compounds. Cyclic voltammetric behavior of the electrode in alkaline solution and organic solvent was studied.

The average number of Korean references were 1.2, and that of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society was 1.0. It shared only 3.9% of all references. The impact factor of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society was 0.079, and the score was below average among 69 KoMCI articles. In order to improve the status of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society, the effort of every members of Korean Neurosurgical Society is essential.         Citations of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Sociery 2003 : Analysis by KoMCI

        The authors analyze the citation of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society, based on Korean Medical Citation Index(KoMCI) from 2000 to 2003. The impact factor of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society(JKNS) was 0.079 at 2000, and the score was below average among 69 KoMCI articles. The impact factor remained about the same value at 2001, 2002. However, it rised to 0.176 at 2003. This increase in citation was mostly by self-citation. Although the impact factor showed some improvement, yet it needs more time to conclude that the status of JKNS is in steady state of improvement. In order to make JKNS as a journal with high reputation and authority, the effort of every members of Korean Neurosurgical Society is essential.

      • 횡가새의 접합상세을 고려한 H-형강보의 횡좌굴내력 산정에 관한 연구

        The strength of the slender steel beam is determined by its lateral buckling. In practical structural design, this steel beam used to be reinforced by lateral bracing to increase their buckling strength by restraining it’s weak directional displacement. The most effective installing location for lateral bracing is the compression flange of H-beam, but the compression flange is variable to the loading direction and the beam’s boundary condition. In practice, the lateral bracing is connected to the web stiffener of the beam. In this study, analytical and experimental investigation are carried out on H-shaped steel beams with web stiffener and lateral bracing in consideration of the bracing connection details. The numerical analysis results are compared with the results acquired from the test, and the applicability of suggested numerical method is verified. 철골구조에서 세장한 보의 휨내력은 주로 보의 횡좌굴 내력에 의하여 결정되며, 실제 구조설계에서는 보의 약축방향 변위를 제어하는 가새를 보에 설치하여 보의 횡좌굴내력을 증가 시킨다. 횡가새 설치 위치는 보의 압축플랜지에 설치하는 것이 가장 효율적이나, 하중의 작용방향, 보의 단부지지 조건에 의하여, 압축플랜지 위치는 변화하게 되며, 일반적으로 황좌굴 보강용 가새는 H-형강보에 용접된 가세트플레이트에 접합하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 실제 가새의 접합상세를 고려할 수 있는 수치해석법을 사용하여 얻은 횡좌굴내력과 구조시험을 실시하여 얻은 결과치와 비교 분석하여, 사용한 수치해석법의 적용성을 검증하였다.

        5㎓대역에서 무선 LAM과 레이다 시스템간의 간섭영향 분석

        본 논문에서는 동일한 5㎓ 대역에서 무선 LAN 시스템(IEEE 802.11a)과 레이다 시스템간의 간섭 영향을 분석하였다. 최근에 국내 5㎓ 대역에 무선 LAM의 도입으로 인해 기존에 이미 할당되어 있는 레이다 시스템과의 간섭문제가 대두되고 있다. 이에 국내 5㎓ 대역에 무선 LAN을 도입할 경우에 대해 미리 주파수 할당 방안을 예측해 보고 이렇게 할당 된 대역내에 존재하는 레이다 신호를 모델링하여 시뮬레이션을 통해 간섭량이 얼마나 되는지를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 시뮬레이션 결과는 PER (Packet Error Rate)과 EVM (Error Vector Magnitude)으로 간섭 영향을 측정하였으며, 그 결과 Target PER이 10­1 일 경우 대략 20 ㏈의 높은 SIR (Signal to Interference Ratio)이 요구되는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we have analyzed that interference effect between wireless LAN(IEEE 802.11 a) and radar system in 5㎓ band. Recently, Korea frequency Authority is considering the frequency allocation of wireless LAN system about 5㎓ band that is previously used in radar system. The co­existence occurs interference problem between wireless LAN and radar system, so it is required to analyze the effect of co­channel interference. Accordingly, the frequency allocation could be predicted for wireless LAN system in 5㎓ band and the interference effect has been analyzed by simulation with the radar signal modeling. Simulation results which are presented by PER and EVM show that high SIR(20 ㏈) is required to achieve the target PER about 10­1.

        신경외과 영역에서의 질병 분류 및 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동코드와 방식 : Using Personal Computer

        The large amount of hospital data makes management complicated and nowadays the data can barely be managed without computerization. The authors classified and encoded the neurosurgical diseases to develop the "Autocode System", the automatic code transformation system using Fox-Pro^(R), which is a database management program. Any diagnostic entity which is input by the user is transformed into a specific code automatically. Such a procedure excludes the input error originating from mistyping or naming an unclassified entity. This program is not perfect yet, but it is thought to be effective in the neurosurgical department for data storage and searching. Further modification, functional improvement and ultimately, unifying the system among the hospitals can make cooperative study and systematic data analysis possible.

        측뇌실내 수막종 : 임상분석 및 수술접근법 Clinical Analysis and Surgical Approach

        The authors present six cases of lateral ventricle meningiomas treated at Seoul National University Hospital between 1979 and 1991. These six cases of lateral ventricular meningiomas constitute 1.8 percent of all intracranial meningiomas and 16.7 percent of mass lesions of the lateral ventricle. The mean age was 29 years ranging from 11 to 50 years, younger than that or intracranial meningiomas with a statistical significance(p<0.01). Four of the patients were women and two were men. All cases were located in the trigonal area. The most common clinical symptoms and signs were related to increased intracranial pressure such as headache, nausea and vomiting. Based on the clinical presentation and radiological features(CT. MRI and angiography), correct preoperative diagnosis was possible in five cases. Gross total removal of the tumor was achieved in all cases. There was no operative mortality. A temporal gyrus approach was used in five cases with good surgical results. The benefits and drawbacks of each surgical approach for meningiomas of the lateral ventricle is discussed with review of pertinent literatures.

        의치세정제와 소독제가 의치상 레진의 색조, 표면경도, 표면조도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare effects of denture cleansers and disinfectants on the color. surface hardness, and surface roughness of reinforced acrylic resin using polyhedral oligosilsesquioxane molecules(POSS resin) to those of common resins. According to manufacturer's instructions, 45 specimens were made from three denture resins(Luciton 199, Paladent 20, POSS resin), and polished. Five denture cleansers(distilled water, glutaraldehyde, alkaline hypochlorites, chlorhexidine, alkaline peroxides) in combination with three denture resins were evaluated before and after immersion for 7 days. Color data in $L^*a^*b^*$ system were measured with a colorimeter. Surface hardness data were measured with a microhardness tester. Surface roughness data were measured with a 3-dimensional surface analyzer. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. The results were as follows : 1. All resins(Luciton 199, Paladent 20, POSS resin) showed significant differences in color after immersion in hypochlorites(p<0.05). 2. POSS resin showed significant differences in color compared with Paladent 20 in all denture cleansers, but no statistically significant differences with Luciton 199(p<0.05). 3. Luciton 199 showed significant differences of surface hardness in chlorhexidine, Paladent 20 showed significant differences in glutaraldehyde and chlorhexidine. POSS resin showed a little change of surface in all denture cleanser, but no statistically significant differences(p<0.05). 4. Luciton 199 and Paladent 20 showed significant differences of surface roughness in hypochlorites and glutaraldehyde, and POSS resin showed no statistically significant differences in all denture cleansers(p<0.05).
