This study analyzes the effect of rice price support program. The program is equivalent to a synthesized call option that provides the minimum guaranteed price to the participating farmer. The theoretical effect is graphically demonstrated. A mathematical programming model is also constructed to simulate the effect of target price changes. The simulation results show that this program can increase the farmers' income when the quantity procured by the program decreases. Since the total budget for the program is fixed each year, the rise of the target price reduces the procurement quantity. The results only show that the farmers would receive higher income without the program. Several alternatives are suggested accordingly.
무인항공사진측량 소프트웨어를 이용한 3차원 공간정보 생성 및 비교

연구목적: 다양한 목적으로 생성되는 무인비행체 기반의 공간정보를 서로 다른 SW로 생성하고, 정사 영상 및 DSM의 위치정확도 분석과 3D mesh의 텍스처 매핑을 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 서로 다른 두 개의 SW를 이용하여 동일한 무인항공영상 데이터를 처리하고, 공간정보를 생성하였다. 생성 된 공간정보 중 정사영상과 DSM은 수평위치 및 수직위치 오차의 RMSE를 계산함으로써 정량적 분석 을 수행하고, 정성적 분석을 수행함으로써 무인항공사진측량 SW의 공간정보 생성 결과를 비교분석하 고자 하였다. 연구결과: 각각의 SW로 생성된 정사영상 및 DSM의 위치정확도에서는 큰 차이가 없었으 며, 3D mesh의 텍스쳐 매핑에서 차이를 보였다. 3D mesh의 생성에는 무인항공사진측량 SW가 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 무인비행체 기반의 공간분석을 위한 정사영상, DSM의 생성에는 SW 에 따른 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으나 3D 가시화를 목적으로 할 경우에는 SW에 따라 텍스처 매핑 결 과가 다르게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. Purpose: We generated geospatial information of unmanned aerial vehicle based on various SW and analyzed the location accuracy of orthoimage and DSM and texture mapping of 3D mesh. Method: The same unmanned aerial image data is processed using two different SW, and spatial information is generated. Among the generated spatial information, the orthoimage and DSM were compared with the spatial information generation results of the unmanned aerial photogrammetry SW by performing quantitative analysis by calculating RMSE of horizontal position and vertical position error and performing qualitative analysis. Results: There were no significant differences in the positional accuracy of the orthoimage and DSM generated by each SW, and differences in texture mapping in 3D mesh. The creation of the 3D mesh indicated the impact of the Unmanned Aerial Photogrammetry SW. Conclusion: It is shown that there is no effect of SW on the creation of orthoimage and DSM for geospatial analysis based on unmanned aerial vehicle. However, when 3D visualization is performed, texture mapping results are different depending on SW.

The Kyoto Protocol became into effect in February 2005 with the Russia`s ratification and emissions reduction became a real concern for the 38 Annex I countries. They are supposed to reduce GHG emissions by an average of 5.2% from the 1990 level or purchase allowances from other Annex I countries who can emit less than the permitted amounts by the NAPs(national allocation plans). In addition to the emission trade, the Kyoto mechanisms also allow supplementary means for compliance, CDM(clean development mechanism) and JI(joint implementation) projects. Agriculture is not only sources, but also sinks of GHFs through removal or sequestration of carbon and methane. There have been many efforts around the world to improve agriculture`s ability to sequester GHGs and to seek ways for economic benefits through the Kyoto Mechanism. This article analyzes that the international negotiations on Climate Changes, current response situations in Korean agriculture and other main country`s example comparativeness and the strategic alternatives for Korea s agriculture under the Kyoto Mechanism.
