병원형 Wee센터 청소년들의 자기표현을 위한 집단미술치료 단일 사례 연구

본 연구는 병원형 Wee센터를 이용 중인 청소년들이 자기표현을 위한 집 단 미술치료에서 어떠한 경험을 하는지에 대 한 과정을 살펴보는 데 목적을 두고 단일 사례 연구 방법을 적용하여 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 위치한 병원형 Wee센터를 이용 중 인 청소년 12명을 참여자로 선정하여, 2019년 7월 8일부터 2019년 9월 30일 까지 총 13회 기의 집단미술치료 사례를 진행하였다. 매 회 기 미술작품 사진, 회기 축어록, 임상일지를 자료로 수집하고 분석하여 과정에 따른 결과를 도출하였다.

In this study, the temporal and spatial changes of sea level in Korean coastal zone were analyzed. First, the error value of 1 hour tide data provided by the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency was excluded through preprocessing, the analysis of sea level change was performed by considering long period components through low-pass filtering. Using low-pass filtering data, the monthly mean sea level was calculated and the temporal changes of sea level were verified by data fitting using linear fit and multidimensional smoothing spline. The results of linear fit show that the tide tends to rise at most stations. And the results of multidimensional smoothing spline fit show that the increase and decrease of sea level is repeated every year. Although the amounts of change vary every year, sea levels have been repeated seasonally, with sea levels rising in summer and falling in winter. Also, Hovmöller diagram was prepared for the change of sea level in each east, west, and south coast, and the temporal and spatial changes of sea level were analyzed. Compared to the past, recent sea level changes increased in all points. Especially, in the west coast, the sea level increased more in the south (Mokpo) area than in the north (Yeongjong Bridge), and the south (Mokpo) area of the west coast could be a vulnerable area due to the rise in sea level.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the roof-shapes of houses which were recently built. But Jeju Province made a new law that all houses should have slope-shaped roofs such as a gable roof instead of a flat. because of the cityscape. The study sample area is a new town in Jeju City. The results of this study were as follows: the slope-shaped roofs should induce not by force through the law but by itself through giving an advantage that the inside of roof space, called an attic. might be able to make best use. And a term of the slope-shaped roofs should be defined concretely. Also we should take a flat roof because it was ours for a while.

가로림만 점착성 퇴적물에 대한 침식매개변수의 지엽적⋅계절적⋅공간적 변화 연구

In this study, erosion experiments using an annular flume of Chonbuk National University were carried out to quantify the erosion properties of cohesive sediments from Garorim Bay. The erosion properties were analyzed in connection with the physico-chemical properties of cohesive sediment, and analysis of local, seasonal and spatial variation was carried out. Erosion tests were conducted total 18 times for sediment samples collected twice in the fall and winter at two sites in Garorim Bay, and were performed under a uniform bed condition but a different bed density respectively. For Garorim Bay sediments, it can be seen that increases from 0.20 N/m2 to 0.48 N/m2 and decreases exponentially from 133.28 mg/cm2/hr to 7.33 mg/cm2/hr, as the bed density varies from 1.15 g/cm3 to 1.40 g/cm3, local and seasonal variation were almost negligible. The erosional parameters of Garorim Bay sediments are found to be remarkably different in quantity as compared with those for cohesive sediments from other sites. Particularly, for Garorim Bay sediments is known to be larger than that of Kunsan sediments but similar with that of Sihwa sediments, while for Garorim Bay sediments is shown to be larger than that for Sihwa sediments and to be smaller than that for Kunsan sediments.

케어푸드 HMR 선택속성이 식품영양표시 인식 및 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 케어푸드 HMR 선택속성이 식품 영양표시 인식 및 소비자들의 만족도에 관하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 케어푸드 HMR의 구입 경험이 있는 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 20세 이상 성인 소비자들을 대상으로 2023년 2월 16일부터 2023년 6월 11일까지 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 247부의 설문 중 답변이 불성실한 7부를 제외하고, 총 240부를 실증분석하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 케어푸드 HMR 선택속성 맛, 영양성분, 편의성, 다양성, 가성비 중 ‘영양성분’과 ‘가성비’는 식품영양표시 인식에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째, 케어푸드 HMR 선택속성 중 ‘영양성분’과 ‘편의성’, ‘다양성’은 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, ‘식품영양표시 인식’은 ‘만족도’에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과는 케어푸드 HMR 식품의 시장 성장에 있어 기초 지식으로 제공하며, 식품 영양표시의 중요성에 대해 인지하고 있는 기업들에게 유익한 정보가 될 것으로 사료된다. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of food nutrition labeling and consumer satisfaction with care food HMR selection attributes. To this end, a survey was conducted from February 16, 2023 to June 11, 2023 targeting adult consumers aged 20 or older in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon who had experience purchasing Care Food HMR. Out of a total of 247 questionnaires, a total of 240 questionnaires were empirically analyzed, excluding 7 questionnaires with insincere answers, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, among the care food HMR selection attributes, taste, nutrition, convenience, diversity, and cost-effectiveness, ‘nutrition component’ and ‘cost-performance ratio’ showed a significant positive (+) effect on the recognition of food nutrition labeling. Second, among the HMR selection attributes of care food, 'nutritive ingredients' and 'convenience' and 'diversity' showed a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Third, 'Food Nutrition Label Recognition' showed a significant positive (+) effect on 'Satisfaction'. The results of this study provide basic knowledge for the growth of the Care Food HMR food market, and are considered to be useful information for companies aware of the importance of food nutrition labeling.

Central venous catheters can provide important hemodynamic information in patients with cardiopulmonary disease and access for medicine, fluid, and blood administration during surgery. The placement of central venous catheters is associated with a complication rate of 0.4% to 20%, including pneumothorax, arterial puncture, infection and cardiac tamponade. In addition, malposition of central venous catheter is another complication of central venous catheterization. We report a case of malpositioning of central venous catheter which is located in the right subclavian vein via internal jugular vein in a liver transplant recipient. The malpositioning was confirmed by portable X-ray after several field attempts to advance Swan-Ganz catheter and achieve normal sequences of pressure waves.
