We investigated the properties of vanadium oxide (VOx) buffer layers deposited by a dual RF magnetron sputtering method under various target powers for inverted organic solar cells (IOSCs). Sputter fabricatged VOx thin films exhibited higher crystallinity with the increase of target power, resulting in a uniform and large grain size. The electrical properties of VOx films are improved with the increase of target power because of the increase of V content. In the results, the performance of IOSCs critically depended on the target power during the film growth because the crystalllinity of the VOx film affects the carrier mobility of the VOx film.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among service quality, perceived value, festival satisfaction and festival attitude in Jeju Horse Festival experience and to examine the significant differences between the first-time visitor and repeated visitors. To achieve the purpose of the study, the literature review related to the service quality, perceived value, festival satisfaction and festival attitude. Also, for the empirical study, the survey was conducted of Jeju Horse Festival venue. A total of 227 visitors completed the questionnaire and were used for the analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: The service quality of the festival had a significant influence on the perceived value, festival satisfaction and festival attitude. Also, the perceived value had a significant influence on the festival satisfaction and festival attitude and the festival satisfaction had a significant influence on the festival attitude. Finally, there was a difference between the first-time visitor and repeated visitors in the model of festival attitude.

It is widely recognized that tourism information can be defined as useful and reliable reference which significantly influences the traveler's decision making. As the tourism organizations with online network, along with information system offer an array of information to the public, the passengers more frequently seek and search needed information via internet. However, currently existing tourism contents are mainly designed for suppliers, being viewed by customers perspective, those contents do not reflect the clients inquiries and needs. With the advent of consumer based technology and favorable environment, current tourism-related web sites show some changes from tourism suppliers to User-Created Contents(UCC). The major purpose of this research is to identify the tourism contents provided by both supplier and tourists themselves. Additionally , this paper also indicates research issues for further study. 관광정보는 관광 상품에 대한 정보로써 관광수요자 즉 관광객이 관광의사결정을 하는데 필요한 자료를 말한다. 이러한 자료는 인터넷을 활용하여 다양한 방법으로 제공되고 있으며 이를 이용한 관광객들도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 관광정보시스템으로 칭하는 웹상에서 서비스되는 콘텐츠들은 공급자위주로 정보 갱신 및 운영을 하고 있어 소비자 지향적인 마케팅을 측면으로 볼 때 이를 반영하지 못하고 있다. 최근 콘텐츠 기술의 발달로 인해 콘텐츠 제작 기술은 소비자가 직접 만들 수 있는 환경으로 전환되고 있으며 현재 많은 웹사이트에서 소비자가 제작한 콘텐츠들은 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 따라서 관광정보 제공에 있어 공급자가 제공하는 콘텐츠와 소비자가 직접 제작한 만든 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 살펴본 방안을 토대로 향후 연구방안을 제시하였다.

And, this paper relief that benefit and influence of TCO a view on the business administration points. 최근 Mobile을 이용한 컨텐츠 및 정보제공은 일반 대중들에게 보편화 되고 있다. 이미 모바일 환경은 단순 ‘휴대용 전화 시장’ 이상의 의미를 가지고 있으며 특히 정보를 탐색하고 선택하는 도구로서 컨텐츠를 활용하는 소비자가 늘고 있다. 특히 소비자의 욕구의 다양화는 Hardware와 Software, 미디어, 컨텐츠의 개발과 컨버젼스를 가속화 시키고 있다. 관광정보는 관광상품에 대한 정보로서 관광객이 관광의사결정을 하는데 필요한 정보를 말한다. 이러한 정보가 밀착형 미디어인 모바일을 이용하여 제공되는 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 그리고 최근의 모바일 기술의 페러다임은 하드웨어적인 컨버젼스와 위치기반 서비스측면의 인텔리젼트 기준점, RTLS, 또한 이를 응용한 디지털 콘텐츠에 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 관광정보를 이해하고 이를 제공하는 시스템의 구현을 상기한 기술 중 RTLS와 2D바코드를 활용한 Pinpoint 관광정보 제공 시스템을 제안하며, 이를 경영학적 관점에서의 비용 효용성 측면과 효과를 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

규범활성화모델을 활용한 내국인 관광객의 친환경 행동과 친환경 관광지지 연구: 제주도 우도를 중심으로

As part of sustainable tourism, pro-environmental tourism requires tourists' eco-tourism activities and actions, and in-depth research is needed to encourage tourists to participate and practice responsible behavior. In this study, we attempted to examine the relationship between pro-environmental behavior and pro-environmental tourism support using the norm activation model (NAM). For this purpose, a research model and survey questions were derived as a result of the literature review, and a survey was conducted on tourists visiting Udo Island. the results are as follow. first. did. First, the core factor of norm activation was that result recognition and responsibility attribution had a significant impact on personal norms. Second, personal norms were found to have a significant impact on pro-environmental behavior and support for pro-environmental tourism. Third, pro-environmental behavior was found to have a significant effect on support for pro-environmental tourism. These research results can provide academic significance by proving the relationship between pro-environmental behavior and tourism support, and are meaningful in practical terms in suggesting directions for implementing pro-environmental tourism policies.

반도체 소자를 이용한 전자뇌관 회로

최근 건설이나 토목 현장에서 발파작업을 위해 전자뇌관이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 반도체 소자를 이용하여 전자뇌관 회로를 설계하였다. 제안한 전자뇌관 회로는 기폭 콘덴서의 절연파괴를 일으키기 위한 링 오실레이터와 고전압 발생기, 그리고 절연파괴 전후 상태를 확인하기 위한 기폭 상태 감지회로 등으로 구성하였다. 고전압 발생기는 기폭에 필요한 전압(6.5∼7.5[V])과 전류(<10[㎂])를 충분히 만족할 수 있도록 설계하여 전압은 6.08∼9.02[V], 전류는 3.04∼4.51[㎃] 범위로 나타났다. 기폭 상태 감지회로는 기폭 전후 상태를 정확히 감지하여 기폭된 후 내부 회로들의 동작이 멈출 수 있도록 하였다. Recently, electronic detonators are being used for blasting work at construction or civil engineering sites. In this study, an electronic detonator circuit was designed using semiconductor devices. The proposed electronic detonator circuit consists of a ring oscillator and a high voltage generator to cause insulation breakdown of the detonating condenser, and a detonation state detection circuit to check the states before and after insulation rupture. The high voltage generator was designed to sufficiently satisfy the voltage (6.5 ∼ 7.5 [V]) and current (<10 [㎂]) required for detonation, and the voltage ranged from 6.08 to 9.02 [V] and the current ranged from 3.04 to 4.51 [㎃]. The detonation state detection circuit accurately detects the state before and after detonation, allowing the operation of the internal circuits to stop after detonation.
