유니버설 디자인 측면에서 실버 커뮤니티사이트 디자인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유니버설 디자인 측면에서 실버 커뮤니티사이트 디자인에 대한 연구로 노인 관련 웹사이트의 유니버설 디자인 개념의 적용과 관련한 접근성, 공평한 사용성, 인지 가능성 등을 파악하여 향후 개선점과 보완점을 찾아내는 데 목적이 있는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 8개 실버커뮤니티사이트에 따라 디자인 측면의 웹사이트 운용과 기술적 용이성에 대해 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 ‘서울특별시 고령자취업알선센터’(M=3.78)의 경우 가장 높게 나타났고, ‘경기실버인력뱅크’(M=3.71), '안양시 노인복지센터'(M=3.41), ‘노인취업훈련센터’(M=3.38), '사단법인 대한노인회'(M=2.99), '어르신나라'(M=2.98), '광주공원노인복지관'(M=2.78)순으로 나타났으며, '실버넷'(M=2.66)은 상대적으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 8개 실버커뮤니티사이트에 따라 정보적 측면의 웹사이트 인지와 이해의 용이성에 대해 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 ‘서울특별시 고령자취업알선센터’(M=3.46)나 ‘경기실버인력뱅크’ (M=3.46)의 경우 가장 높게 나타났고, ‘노인취업훈련센터’(M=3.43), '안양시 노인복지센터'(M=3.37), '사단법인 대한노인회'(M=3.26), '광주공원노인복지관'(M=3.25), '어르신나라'(M=3.13)순으로 나타났으며, '실버넷'(M=2.76)은 상대적으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 알 수 있듯이 실버세대들이 앞으로도 지속적으로 이용할 실버커뮤니티사이트의 메인 화면에 대한 디자인을 보게 될 때 실버세대를 위한 웹 사이트를 위하여 노인의 신체적인 조건을 고려하여 사이트 구조, 레이아웃, 그래픽, 서체, 아이콘, 컬러, 같은 디자인 요소를 효과적으로 사용하여야 한다

An Analysis on the Design for Silver Community Site on the Side of Universal Design. The purpose of the study that was about silver community site design in view of universal design was to find how to improve and complete after identifying accessibility, fair use and recognition possibility related to application of universal design concept of websites for the old people. The findings are as follows. Firstly, website operation and technology easiness in light of general silver community site design were evaluated. The result showed the followings in order: if there were differences of website operation and easy technology in light of design by 8 silver community sites were analyzed. The results indicated that the Employment Service Center for the Senoirs of Seoul Metropolitan City (M=3.78) ranked the highest, being followed by the Silver Human Resources Bank of Kyunggi (M=3.71), the Silver Welfare Center of Anyang (M=3.41), the Silver Employment Training Center (M=3.38), the Corporation of Daehan Silver Group (M=2.99), Eorusinnara (M=2.98) and the Silver Welfare Center of Gwangju Park (M=2.78). Relatively, Silver Net (M=2.66) ranked as the lowest. If there were differences of website recognition and easy understanding in light of information by 8 silver community sites were analyzed. As learning from the study, the websites for the silver generation need to use the design elements such as structure, lay out, graphic, letter type, icon and colors considering body conditions of the old people in the effective way when the silver generation would have a look at the main screen of the silver community sites which would be in continued use by them afterwards.
