The purpose of this report is to investigate the clinical application of Korean Traditional treatment to abdominal pain patient after subdural hemorrhage occurred. The main herb medicine used in this study is Ondam-tang (wenda-tang) which is frequently used in psychiatric disorders. Also, acupuncture, moxibustion and physical rehabilitation treatment were practiced. After taking an Ondam-tang (wendan-tang), the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved.
가정 및 학교의 자율성 지지 맥락과 아동의 집행기능곤란 및 학업수행능력 간의 구조적 관계

This study examined the parenting behavior characteristics of mothers and fathers as important social context characteristics for children. Furthermore, the study examined whether the relationship between teachers and peers in school could satisfy autonomy. These factors were necessary to verify how parenting behavior characteristics and school social environment affect children’s executive skills. A total of 544 10-year-old children and their parents and homeroom teachers were included in the study. The route model was analyzed for suitability between the mother and father’s autonomy support parenting behavior and the child’s executive function difficulties. After the structural equation model was verified, the mother’s autonomy support parenting behavior was found to negatively affect the child’s difficulty with executive function. Conversely, the father’s autonomy support parenting behavior did not significantly affect the child’s difficulty with executive function. Second, this study found that the characteristics, supported by school autonomy, negatively affected children’s difficulty with executive function. Finally, this study found that difficulties in children’s executive function negatively affected their academic performance. This study is notable in that it provides basic data on improving children’s academic performance by incorporating children’s autonomy support at home and school when assessing their execution functional difficulties and academic performance. 본 연구에서는 아동을 둘러싼 중요한 사회적 맥락의 특성으로서 어머니와 아버지의 양육행동 특성, 그리고, 학교에서 선생님과 또래와 맺는 관계가 지지적이고, 자율성을 충족시킬 수 있는지 여부를 함께 살펴보고자 어머니와 아버지의 양육행동의 특성 및 학교의 사회적 환경의 특성이 아동의 집행기능곤란, 그리고 아동의 학업수행능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 육아정책 연구소에서 수집한 한국아동패널의 11차년도 (2018) 조사 자료를 이용하여 만 10세 아동 544명과 그들의 어머니, 아버지 및 담임교사를 대상으로 어머니의 자율성지지 양육행동, 아버지의 자율성지지 양육행동, 그리고 학교에서의 자율성이 지지되는 사회적 관계 특성과 아동의 집행기능곤란, 아동의 학업수행능력 간 경로모형의 적합성을 분석하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 어머니의 자율성 지지 양육행동은 아동의 집행기능곤란에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 아버지의 자율성지지 양육행동은 아동의 집행기능곤란에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 학교에서의 자율성이 지지되는 사회적 관계 특성은 아동의 집행기능곤란에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구에서는 아동의 집행기능곤란은 아동의 학업수행능력에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 아동을 둘러싼 중요한 사회적 맥락의 특성으로서 어머니와 아버지의 양육행동 특성, 그리고, 학교에서 선생님과 또래와 맺는 관계가 지지적이고, 자율성을 충족시킬 수 있는지 여부가 아동의 집행기능곤란과 학업수행능력에 영향을 준다는 점을 통합적으로 규명하여 아동의 학업수행능력 증진에 대한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
리튬함유 폐액으로부터 D<sub>2</sub>EHPA에 의한 리튬의 회수

리튬함유 폐액에서 $D_2EHPA$를 추출제로 사용하여 용매추출법에 의해 리튬의 회수에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 수용액상의 pH, 추출제 농도 및 상비 변화 등 리튬의 추출에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 인자들에 대한 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과, 평형 pH가 증가할수록 리튬의 추출율이 증가하였고, pH 6.0에서 20% $D_2EHPA$에 의해 최대 50%의 리튬 추출율을 보였다. McCabe-Thiele diagram 분석으로 부터 리튬은 상비(O/A) 3.0에서 4단으로 95%이상 추출이 가능하였다. 한편 탈거액으로 황산을 사용하였고, 리튬 탈거의 최적 황산 농도는 90 ~ 120 g/L 이었다. 연속탈거 공정을 통하여 리튬이 11.85 g/L까지 농축 가능하였으며, 이 용액으로 부터 침전법에 의해 탄산리튬의 제조가 가능하였다. A study on the solvent extraction for the recovery of Li from lithium-containing waste solution was investigated using $D_2EHPA$ as an extractant. The experimental parameters, such as the pH of the aqueous solution, concentration of extractant and phase ratio were observed. Experimental results showed that the extraction percentage of Li was increased with increasing the equilibrium pH. More than 50% of Li was extracted in eq. pH 6.0 by 20% $D_2EHPA$. From the analysis of McCabe-Thiele diagram, 95% of Li was extracted by four extraction stage at phase ratio(O/A) of 3.0. Stripping of Li from the loaded organic phases can be accomplished by sulfuric acid as a stripping reagent and 90 ~ 120 g/L of $H_2SO_4$ was effective for the stripping of Li. Finially, Li was concentrated about 11.85 g/L by continuous stripping process, and then lithium carbonate was prepared by precipitation method.
19세기 이후(1884~1938) 조선에서의 우유 및 유제품 수용과정 고찰 - 신문광고와 서양인 기록물 중심으로 -

Although milk, which is a representative western food, has a more than 100-year history in Korea, the preference is controversial. This study examined the milk history of Choseon in 1884~1938. This period was divided into 4 periods regarding the westerner’s records and advertisements. Westerners who visited Choseon in 1884~1895 (1st period) recorded the eating habits of Choseon,i.e., no milk consumed, even in insufficient food situation. Among the westerners, medical missionaries began to show or/and recommend condensed milk for sick children. In 1896~1909 (2nd period) newspapers, general shops in Hanseong for westerners showed advertisements of dairy products. In the 1900s, condensed and raw milk were advertised through newspapers. Domestic ranching systems to produce raw milk were established at that time mainly by Japanese. In the 1910s (3rd period), raw milk and condensed milk were advertised in newspapers. Since the mid-1920s (4th period), dairy products were bisected into condensed and powdered (dried) milk. Moreover, many Japanese manufacturers appeared in the advertisement in the 1920s. These results suggest that milk has been recognized as a symbol of an enlightenment food in Korea since the late 1900s, but the old negative wisdom, unfamiliar taste, and high price of milk at that time limited its appeal.
초등 예비 학부모의 교육자적 양육행동과자녀의 학교적응에 대한 기대 관계에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to explore the relations between the anticipation of kindergartener's parents on their children’s school adjustment once admitted to elementary school and their parenting behavior as teachers. 197 parent- couples residing in Seoul with 5 year-old kindergarten children who were waiting to be elementary school students were recruited. Two questionnaires were used; one was Parent as a Teacher Inventory(PAAT), developed by Strom (2005) and the other was children’s school adjustment scale originally developed by Chi(2006). The data were analyzed by paired t-test, ANOVA, and correlation. The results were as follows. First, the parent' parenting behaviors differed significantly by children’s gender. Secondly, their expectations on the children's elementary school adjustment meaningfully varied according to parents' gender, income level, and mothers’ academic backgrounds, and children’s gender and age. Thirdly, parents’ school-adjustment expectations were substantially related to their parenting behaviors.
