Recently flexible electronic devices have attracted a great deal of attention because of new application possibilities including flexible display, flexible memory, flexible solar cell and flexible sensor. In particular, development of flexible memory is essential to complete the flexible integrated systems such as flexible smart phone and wearable computer. Research of flexible memory has primarily focused on organic-based materials. However, organic flexible memory has still several disadvantages, including lower electrical performance and long-term reliability. Therefore, emerging research in flexible electronics seeks to develop flexible and stretchable technologies that offer the high performance of conventional wafer-based devices as well as superior flexibility. Development of flexible memory with inorganic silicon materials is based on the design principle that any material, in sufficiently thin form, is flexible and bendable since the bending strain is directly proportional to thickness. This article reviews progress in recent technologies for flexible memory and flexible electronics with inorganic silicon materials, including transfer printing technology, wavy or serpentine interconnection structure for reducing strain, and wafer thinning technology.

Objective: Under recognition of the similarity between carbuncle in Oriental medicine and inflammatory disease, NeiShuHuangLianJang(N.H.) has been used as an antiphlogistic agent. The present reports shows the anti-inflammatory effects of N.H. Method: Experimental animals made use of 4-5 weeks age(weight 20-25g) ICR(male)mouse. They were farmed individually in a temperature($22{\pm}0.5{\circ}$) and light(06:00 to 18:00 h) controlled room with free access to water and food. The N.H.(1.0g/kg, 3.0g/kg) extracted from NeiShuHuangLianTang were administered intragastrically prior to LPS I.P injection. we measured WBC count, IL-6 level in plasma and TNF-${\alpha}$ level in plasma. Result : 1. N.H. suppressed inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. 2. N.H. suppressed WBC count in inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. 3. N.H. suppressed 1L-6 level in inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. According to above experiments, N.H. was improved its suppression effect against the inflammatory reaction through WBC count and IL-6 level. So N.H. which is used for the inflammatory disease(carbuncle) in Oriental Medicine is assumed to have a curative effects against this disease by controlling WBC count and IL-6 level in plasma.

To improve mean-life and reliability of power cable in this study, we have investigated chemical properties showing by changing the content of carbon black that is semiconductive additives for underground power transmission. Specimens were made of sheet form with the three of existing resins and the nine of specimens for measurement. Chemical properties of specimens was measured by FT-ATR (Fourier Transform Attenuated Total Reflectance). The condition of specimens was a solid sheet. We could observe functional group (C=O, carbonyl group) of specimens through FT-ATR. From these experimental result, the concentration of functional group (C=O) was high according to increasing the content of carbon black. We could know EEA was excellent more than other specimens from above experimental results.

In this paper, we developed HPF (high pass filter) consisted of lumped LC components to decrease the noises that are detected in PD (partial discharge) measuring test, and adapted it to field test. We tested under laboratory circumstances like thc fields, and measured the phase change properties of detected signal in UHF sensor with Lemke probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054, Tektronix).

To detect partial discharge of 154㎸ joint box, we have made experiment by using the HFCT sensor. Generally the signals which are detected in partial discharge test of underground power transmission cable are accompanied with both noises of high voltage and noises of surrounding power cable. The most noise in near to end part of joint box is corona, beside other noises flowed from surrounding area. Partial discharge test is difficulty due to these noises. First, we test reliability on both injection of calibration signal in NJB and removal of low frequency. After that, we had analyzed frequencies by measuring signals in IJB with 300[m] distance from NJB. Also we had measured S/N ratio by using the indirected injection method of calibration signal in IJB. In this experiment, two measurement methods were difference of detection acquisition, but these had the equal frequency properties.
Polarization and Charge Transport in Epoxy

The investigations included the measurements of volume currents and also internal space charges on epoxy samples of ㎜ thicknesses. The current versus time relations were shown to correspond well with classical forms of dielectric response such as the Curie-von Schweidler model. After the time transient, near steady currents were extremely small and exhibited a significant temperature dependence, similar in relation to the Poole-Frenkel hoping transport model. Equivalent resistances were on the order of 10¹? ohms and represent very weak charge transport. Electrically stimulated acoustic waves were used to quantify the small internal charges that would accumulate within the epoxy. There was a notable homocharge near both anode and cathode. The dielectric response and the internal charge were related to show a consistent model for charge transport within unfilled epoxy.

Graphene has attracted considerable attention since its first production from graphite in 2004, due to its outstanding physical and chemical properties. The development of production methodsfor large scale, high quality graphene films is an essentialstep toward realizing graphene applications such as transparent, conductive film. Chemical deposition methods, using metal catalystsand gaseous carbon sources, have been extensively developed for large area synthesis. In this paper, wereview recent progress ingraphene production, and survey the role of graphene electrodes in various electronic devices such as touch panels, solar cells, solid statelighting and microelectronic devices.
