        간호대학생의 다문화 지식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 효능감의 관계

        다문화대상자에 대한 간호서비스 제공을 위해 예비간호사인 간호대학생들은 문화적 역량을 갖추어야 한다. 이를 위해 문화적 역량의 필수요소인 다문화 지식의 습득이 필요하며 다문화대상자를 이해하고 존중하는 수용적인 태도와 다문화 간호수행에 대한 자신감인 다문화 효능감을 갖추어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 다문화 지식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 효능감의 정도와 이들 변수간의 관계탐색을 목적으로 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일 대학의 간호대학생 183명이며, 2023년 11월 1일~12월 8일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, Pearson 상관관계, 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 다문화 지식(3.05±0.76), 다문화 수용성(3.88±0.49), 다문화 효능감(58.50±18.66)은 중간정도의 수준이었다. 다문화 지식은 다문화 수용성(r=.33, p<.001), 다문화 효능감과 유의한 상관관계(r=.61, p<.001)가 있었고, 다문화 수용성은 다문화 효능감과 유의한 상관관계(r=.45, p<.001)가 있었다. 외국인과의 교류경험, 다문화 지식 및 다문화 수용성은 다문화 효능감의 45%을 설명하였으며, 다문화 지식이 가장 큰 영향요인으로 나타났다(β=.47, p<.001). 다문화 효능감은 다문화대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 문화적 역량에 필수적인 구성요소이다. 따라서 간호대학생의 다문화 효능감 증진을 위해서는 다문화에 대한 구체적인 지식을 습득할 수 있는 다양한 학습경험의 제공이 필요하다. 그러나 간호대학생의 다문화 지식 및 다문화 효능감에 대한 연구가 미비한 실정이므로 향후 이에 대한 연구의 활성화가 요구된다. In order to provide nursing services to multicultural clients, nursing students who are prospective nurses must have cultural competency. To this end, it is necessary to acquire multicultural knowledge, an accepting attitude to understand and respect multicultural patients and multicultural efficacy. Accordingly, this study attempted to explore the degree of multicultural knowledge, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural efficacy of nursing students and the relationship between these variables. A survey was conducted on 183 nursing students at a university from November 1 to December 8, 2023 using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result, Nursing students' multicultural knowledge(3.05±0.76), multicultural acceptance(3.88±0.49), and multicultural efficacy(58.50±18.66) were at a medium level. Multicultural knowledge has a significant correlation with multicultural acceptance(r=.33, p<.001) and multicultural efficacy(r=.61, p<.001), and multicultural acceptance has a significant correlation with multicultural efficacy(r=.45, p<.001). Experience of interacting with foreigners, multicultural knowledge, and multicultural acceptance explained 45% of multicultural efficacy, with multicultural knowledge appearing to be the most influential factor(β=.47, p<.001). Multicultural efficacy is an essential component of the cultural competency of nurses caring for multicultural patients. Therefore, in order to improve the multicultural efficacy of nursing students, it is necessary to provide various learning experiences to acquire specific knowledge about multiculturalism. However, since research on nursing students' multicultural knowledge and multicultural efficacy is insufficient, future research on this is required.

        전문계 고등학교와 특성화고등학교의 관광교육만족도 비교연구 : 고등학교 관광계열을 중심으로

        This paper's purpose is to contribute to tourism education research so that both teachers and students are content in the future by fully grasping the school life of students, therefore, tourism education at vocational and tourism specialized high schools encourages students to learn and induce interests and attention from them. This could be achieved by changing in middle school vocational education, and compare and subdivide the phenomenon of ill-adaptation to school and little eagerness to study, lack of curriculums and teaching-learning methods, and professionalism of tourism teachers, shortage of practice facilities in subjects and a dearth of political support for training professional workforce need in tourism. The goal of this study is to find out how many students in vocational and specialized high schools are satisfied with tourism education. To this end, Various records were refereed to about the differences in curriculums and schools, and the extent of satisfaction, schools‘education plans posted on the internet. In addition, a positive analysis was also done by analyzing survey result of 3rd grades from 4 vocational and specialized schools in Busan. The analysis indicates the following three features.This paper aims at figuring out how the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of vocational and specialized school students influences on tourism education.This study hopes to contribute to tourism education research.

        대전시민코호트 자료를 활용한 대사증후군에 임상적으로 유의한 KS-15의 사상체질 판별 기준

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to propose a method to more specifically identify Sasang constitutional risk factors of metabolic syndromes by adjusting the cut-off value of Korea Sasang Constitutional Diagnostic Questionnaire (KS-15). Methods Data of 1997 participants in Korean medicine Daejeon Citizen Cohort study (KDCC) were analyzed. Metabolic syndrome was defined according to the NCEP-ATP III, lifestyle information, and hematologic information including KS-15 and demographic characteristics were used as covariates. Results The 179 subjects with metabolic syndrome accounted for 9.0% of the total. As a result of determining the Sasang constitution for the KS-15 response based on the cut-off values (approximate 0.33), 0.5, and 0.6 of the constitutional score, when performed at the 0.6 cut-off model, the odds ratio of TE was 2.46 which showed a statistically significantly higher risk than the borderline group. For the accuracy of the model and the Area under the curve (AUC), the model accuracy based on the original cut-off of the KS-15 was 0.902 and AUC was 0.737. The accuracy of the model with cut-off of 0.5 and with of 0.6 were 0.904 and 0.902, respectively, and the AUCs were 0.687 and 0.741, respectively. Conclusion In this study, we confirmed that it is effective to increase the cut-off value of KS-15 to 0.6 in the metabolic syndrome risk model. It is expected that this could increase the accuracy of identifying high-risk groups for metabolic syndrome.
