        1. Introduction There is accelerated opening market to distribution, and various retailing has emerged. And sustainable strategy to the distribution management is how to be maintained continuous product flow from producer to final customer. In the above flow, whether it succeed or not is depended on how to do it more efficiently for the distribution channel among members, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, organization and trade related businesses. Dependant distribution channel has been limited to maintain systematic activity for negotiation and compromising with the counterpart. In the solution for this, there is emerged the vertical intergration pattern to control organizational effort, not to be autonomous activity of the organization. In recently, there is becomed visible aspect of vertical distribution system, contracted vertical distribution system, superintended vertical distribution system. There is emerged new type of this vertical distribution system is multi-level marketing. Multi level marketing has characterized to be infinite organizational extension and member. This study has purposed to be approached theoretical 4P's concept to be compared with multi level marketing and pyramid technique. 2. Concepts of multi level marketing Multi level marketing is one of direct marketing technique used to be retailized final customer of distribution channel, not to retailer for the reduction of retailing cost. And this technique is centered on the effect of the mouth-to-mouth advertising, and sharing the product to be infinted the market area and customers. 3. Characteristics of multi level marketing There is four characteristics of multi level marketing as follows. First, in this technique the customer is same to be saler, retailer, wholesaler. Second, this marketing concept is characterized to the unique organizational structure. Third, the concept is weighted on the multiply theory, that is, 2 by 2 is equal to be. Fourth, this concept is centered on the lifestyle oriented management. 4. comparison with the multi level marketing and pyramid. There is basic difference with the multi level marketing and pyramid technique, and this basic aspect is selling type for the multi level marketing is selling after satisfaction by the user, but pyramid type is selling by opperasion. 5. 4P's analysis of multi level marketing 1) product There is no limits to sell by multi level marketing that is, complexed selling type among visit selling, communication selling, membership selling, non-stop selling, and this multi level marketing has various type of selling the product. 2) place In the multi level marketing, retailer is same to customer, and customer-customer relationship is the base of the distribution system. And this process, wholesale and retail margin has reduced, and returned to customers, and people has price discount effects. multi level marketing organizational extension structure ????? multi level marketing distribution system ???? 3) promotion In multi level marketing, advertising has scarce pattern to make known to the publick, instead of mouth-to-mouth advertising, because mouth to mouth effort is known to be most effective, and to eliminate unnecessary cost from the producer to the customer. 4) price In the characteristic of the price is more cheaper than agency sale and any other retail price, and the reason to be more cheap price is elimination of all retailing margin. Based on this price structure, business in responsible for all the distribution margin return to the customer. 6. Conclusion In the above mentioned paper, there is attempt to be approached 4P's, traditional marketing mix, and multi level marketing, new concept of the direct selling organization. In the new face of multi level marketing, it has no difficulty of the organizational management for the traditional distribution system, and this aspect of multi level marketing system is proposed to new orientations of changing the distribution channel. This study has many limitation to theoretical aspects and further empirical study, due to insufficient data and scarce information to the related literature.

        Tourism Industry has been three major worldwide industry among Petreum, car industry. In the coming 200, we aims at 10 tourist countries to achieve seven hundreds-thousand person and 10 bilion dollars. Today, we have continued to gain a loss sine 1991. There are severe compete with each other in the world called as 'toursim war era'. Recently each government has been recognized to the importance of international convention industry, and we has no exceptions. Today, international convention industry of tourism industry as flower is essencial, objective of this article is like that. The first, Synonymic concept of term as international convention is arranged. The second, the theory of economic effect for international convention is arrangd. The third, case-study of international convention effect is tried. The forth, the differentiation of international convention industry and other purposed tourist is analysed. The fifth, connected with the trends of Pusan toursim, and is setup with the problem with international convention industry and inducement strategy. The trends of Pusan tourism industry and the status of the international convention industry is analyzed and this study has aimed to search the theoretical and explanatory background of the inducement strategy for international convention industry in Pusan. The inducement stategy of international convention industry in Pusan is as follows. 1. installation of exclusive convention agency 2. strengthen the activity of advertising for the convention industry 3. enlargement of convention facilities in Pusan 4. training for the professional of the convention industry 5. institutional support of the convention related law 6. improvement of tourism event and the development of incentive tourism 7. training for the appreciate agency for the convention and settlement for framework of cooperation system 8. improvement for the convention-related infrastructure Finally, international convention industry has been ligthened of the high-valued and new industry all over the world. In particular, there has been arising need for the convention center, and training the professionals, enlargement of airport network, integrated support of government agency. The theoritical approach for the international convention industry in Pusan has been granted of the gaining a profits to the Pusan tourism industry.
