Objectives : This study was to evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods : We investigated 34 cases of patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis. We flip a coin and divide into two groups. Electroacupuncture was performed at one group, and the other group didn't do it. we evaluated the treatment effect of each group by using Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System. Results : 1. In Pain back of the ear, we found that two groups have no significant differences. 2. As a result of evaluation by using Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System, treatment score after 2weeks was marked higher than that before treatment and treatment score after 4weeks treatment was higher than treatment score after 2weeks within each group. 3. After 4weeks treatment, electroacupuncture group showed significant difference on Gross Grading System of House-Brackmann, Yanagihara's Unweighed Grading System compared with acupuncture group. Conclusion : These results suggested that electroacupuncture treatment should be more effective in the patient with peripheral facial paralysis.

Objective : This study was to evaluate the effect of Bee venom-Acupuncture therapy on patients with sprain of the wrist. Methods : We investigated 31 cases of patients with sprain of the wrist. We flip a coin and divide patients into two groups. Bee venom-Acupuncture was performed at on group, and the other group we didn't do it. We evaluated the treatment effect of each group by using the visual analog scale(VAS). Results : 1. As a result of evaluation by using the VAS, the score after treatment was marked lower than that before treatment within each group. 2. After treatment, Bee venom-Acupuncture therapy group showed significant difference on visual analog scale(VAS) compared with acupuncture therapy group. Conclusion : These results suggested that Bee venom-Acupuncture treatment should be more effective in the patient with sprain of the Wrist joint.
러-우 전쟁사례 분석을 통한 드론 대테러 함정 생존성 설계 및시험평가 발전방안

최근 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁에서 우크라 군의 터키제 드론이 러시아 해군 경비정을 격침시키고 Neptune 초음속유도탄이 러시아 모스크바함(미사일순양함)을 침몰시키는 사례와 같이 무인무기체계와 첨단 신 무기체계를 활용하여 함정을 공격하여 침몰하는 등 4차 산업혁명 신기술로 인해 최근 전장 양상과 패러다임의 변화가 관찰되고 있다. 이에 반해 함정 생존성 분야는 2010년대의 방식에 머물러 있어 생존성 분야의 함정 시험평가는 최신 함정조차도 극히 제한적인 종류의 무기체계에 대한 피격을 견디도록 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최신 전쟁 패러다임의 전환 사례인 러-우 전쟁 중 해상전을 중심으로 분석하여 고찰하고 함정 생존성 분야에서의 시험평가 실태를 진단하여 위협 발전추세 반영, 피격성 및 손상통제 평가 강화, 함정 생존성 한계 확인, 시험평가 방안 현실화 등 현실적인 발전방안을 도출하였으며, 이를 실행할 수 있도록 제도적인 관점에서 반영이 필요한 함정 생존성 분야 시험평가 발전방향을 제시하였다. Since the positive viability field remains the way it was in the 2010s, the ship test evaluation in the viability field is being applied to withstand the attack on an extremely limited kind of weapon system even the latest ship. In response, this paper analyzed and considered maritime warfare on anti-drone for counter-terrorism during the Russia-Ukraine War, which is an example of the latest war paradigm shift, and diagnosed the status of test evaluation in the field of Naval ship survivability to derive realistic development measures such as reflecting threat development trends, strengthening attack and damage control evaluation, confirming ship viability limits, and realizing test evaluation plans.
케스케이드 방식 압축시스템 기반의 수소충전소에 대한 정성적 위험성평가

최근 수소자동차 보급의 확대로 수소충전소의 설치가 점차 확대될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 수소충전소의 최악의 상황을 가정한 시나리오를 기반으로 피해규모를 예측하고 보다 안전한 설계형태를 제안하고자 한다. 피해규모 예측 방법은 전산유체역학(CFD)을 이용한 Flacs solver를 사용하였으며 이전 연구자의 실험 결과와 비교하여 정확성을 검증하였다. 피해규모 예측은 수소누출과 폭발에 대해서 실시하였으며, 예측 대상은 실측치를 기반으로 한 KR model로 하였다. 그리고 비교검토 모델로는 천정이 없는 형태인 Roofless model을 선정하였다. 두 모델에 대하여 분석한 결과 KR model에서는 내부가 60 vol% 이상까지 수소가스가 누적·체류되는 현상을 확인 할 수 있었던 반면, Roofless model의 경우에는 누출 후 벽면을 타고 충전소 외부로 방출·확산되는 현상을 확인 할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 국내에 표준모델로 보급·확산되고 있는 수소충전소 모델보다는 천정이 없는 수소 충전소 형태가 안전상 유리한 것으로 검토되었다. Because of the recent expansion of hydrogen vehicle supply, the installation of hydrogen filling station is expected to gradually expand. This study attempts to predict the damage scale and propose a safer design form based on the scenario that assumes the worst case of a hydrogen station. A Flacs solver using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to predict the damage scale, and the accuracy was verified by comparing it with the experimental results of previous researchers. The damage scale prediction was conducted for hydrogen leakage and explosion, and the prediction target was the KR model based on the measured values. And as a comparative review model, a roofless model was selected without a ceiling. As a result of analyzing the two models, it was possible to confirm the accumulation and retention of hydrogen gas up to 60 vol% or more in the KR model, whereas in the case of the Roofless model, the phenomenon of discharge and diffusion to the outside of the charging station by riding the wall after leakage. I was able to check. In conclusion, it was reviewed that the type of hydrogen charging station without ceiling is more advantageous for safety than the hydrogen filling station model.
Stephan 체계공학적 Method를 이용한 유·무인 항공기 탑재 함정 항공유 계통 시험평가 개선사례 및 개선방안

In this paper, a plan to improve the T&E was derived by applying the systematic engineering problem solving method proposed by Stephan Langhans regarding the current issues that occurred between the evaluation of the aircraft oil system(JP-5) during the ship T&E. By minimizing the disuse of aviation oil, the solution process that contributed to budget reduction, process delay and delivery delay, and finally compliance with the Naval ships acceptance schedule was introduced, and a plan to improve the T&E was presented to apply it to Naval ships subject to future R&D and evaluation.
