        Porous an hollow nanofibers for solid oxide fuel cell electrodes

        Among the diverse approaches for improving the electrode performance of solid oxide fuel cells operating at intermediate temperatures, the use of nanofiber-based electrodes has provided large improvement owing to their large specific surface area, continuous conduction pathway, and highly porous structure. However, the low thermal stability at increased temperature often limits the process compatibility and sustainability during operation. In this study, we fabricated nanofiber-based electrodes with a high porosity and hollow shape using one-step electrospinning with a hydrogel polymer, which exhibited largely improved performance and excellent thermal stability. A porous-nanofiberbased cell exhibits a polarization resistance of 0.021cm2 and maximum power density of 1.71 W/cm2 at 650 oC, which is an improvement of 34.3% and 14.7% compared to that of a solid-nanofiber-based cell, respectively. Comprehensive analyses of the microstructures and chemistry indicate that the performance increase is mainly attributable to the enhanced surface oxygen exchange reactions owing to the extended reaction sites with lower energy barriers by the high porosity and enriched oxygen vacancies in the nanofibers.

      • 정위적체부방사선치료시 ExacTrac과 CBCT를 이용한 Combine IGRT의 유용성 평가

        목 적 : 본 연구에서는 정위적체부방사선치료시 ExacTrac과 CBCT를 단계적으로 적용한 Combine IGRT를 사용하여 Set-up 오차를 비교 및 분석하여 Combine IGRT의 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 2014년 5월에서 2017년 11월까지 본원에 내원하여 trueBEAM Stx(Varian medical System, USA)에서 정위적체부방사선치료를 받은 환자 중 부위별로 뇌(Brain) 3명, 척추(Spine) 9명, 골반(Pelvis) 3명으로 분류하였다. 치료전 ExacTrac을 사용하여 Lateral(Lat), Longitudinal(Lng), Vertical(Vrt) 방향과 Roll, Pitch, Yaw 방향으로 Set-up 오차를 보정하였고, ExacTrac 이동 값을 적용 후 CBCT를 추가적으로 수행하여 Lat, Lng, Vrt, Rotation(Rtn) 방향으로 보정하였다. 결 과 : ExacTrac 사용시 뇌 부위의 오차는 Lat $0.18{\pm}0.25cm$, Lng $0.23{\pm}0.04cm$, Vrt $0.30{\pm}0.36cm$, Roll $0.36{\pm}0.21^{\circ}$, Pitch $1.72{\pm}0.62^{\circ}$, Yaw $1.80{\pm}1.21^{\circ}$, 척추 부위는 Lat $0.21{\pm}0.24cm$, Lng $0.27{\pm}0.36cm$, Vrt $0.26{\pm}0.42cm$, Roll $1.01{\pm}1.17^{\circ}$, Pitch $0.66{\pm}0.45^{\circ}$, Yaw $0.71{\pm}0.58^{\circ}$, 골반 부위는 Lat $0.20{\pm}0.16cm$, Lng $0.24{\pm}0.29cm$, Vrt $0.28{\pm}0.29cm$, Roll $0.83{\pm}0.21^{\circ}$, Pitch $0.57{\pm}0.45^{\circ}$, Yaw $0.52{\pm}0.27^{\circ}$로 나타났다. Couch 이동 후 CBCT를 하였을 때, 뇌 부위는 Lat $0.06{\pm}0.05cm$, Lng $0.07{\pm}0.06cm$, Vrt $0.00{\pm}0.00cm$, Rtn $0.0{\pm}0.0^{\circ}$, 척추 부위는 Lat $0.06{\pm}0.04cm$, Lng $0.16{\pm}0.30cm$, Vrt $0.08{\pm}0.08cm$, Rtn $0.00{\pm}0.00^{\circ}$, 골반 부위는 Lat $0.06{\pm}0.07cm$, Lng $0.04{\pm}0.05cm$, Vrt $0.06{\pm}0.04cm$, Rtn $0.0{\pm}0.0^{\circ}$ 오차가 발생하였다. 결 론 : 정위적체부방사선치료시 ExacTrac에 추가적으로 CBCT를 사용한 Combine IGRT의 경우는 ExacTrac만 사용한 경우보다 환자의 Set-up 오차를 줄일 수 있게 나타났다. 그러나 Combine IGRT를 적용함으로 환자 Set-up 확인시간, 영상획득을 위한 체내 흡수선량이 증가한다. 그러므로 환자 상황에 따라 Combine IGRT를 사용하여 환자의 Set-up 오차를 적게 함으로써 방사선치료 효과비를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the set-up errors using the Combine IGRT with ExacTrac and CBCT phased in the treatment of Stereotatic Body Radiotherapy. Methods and materials : Patient who were treated Stereotatic Body Radiotherapy in the ulsan university hospital from May 2014 to november 2017 were classified as treatment area three brain, nine spine, three pelvis. First using ExacTrac Set-up error calibrated direction of Lateral(Lat), Longitudinal(Lng), Vertical(Vrt), Roll, Pitch, Yaw, after applied ExacTrac moving data in addition to use CBCT and set-up error calibrated direction of Lat, Lng, Vrt, Rotation(Rtn). Results : When using ExacTrac, the error in the brain region is Lat $0.18{\pm}0.25cm$, Lng $0.23{\pm}0.04cm$, Vrt $0.30{\pm}0.36cm$, Roll $0.36{\pm}0.21^{\circ}$, Pitch $1.72{\pm}0.62^{\circ}$, Yaw $1.80{\pm}1.21^{\circ}$, spine Lat $0.21{\pm}0.24cm$, Lng $0.27{\pm}0.36cm$, Vrt $0.26{\pm}0.42cm$, Roll $1.01{\pm}1.17^{\circ}$, Pitch $0.66{\pm}0.45^{\circ}$, Yaw $0.71{\pm}0.58^{\circ}$, pelvis Lat $0.20{\pm}0.16cm$, Lng $0.24{\pm}0.29cm$, Vrt $0.28{\pm}0.29cm$, Roll $0.83{\pm}0.21^{\circ}$, Pitch $0.57{\pm}0.45^{\circ}$, Yaw $0.52{\pm}0.27^{\circ}$ When CBCT is performed after the couch movement, the error in brain region is Lat $0.06{\pm}0.05cm$, Lng $0.07{\pm}0.06cm$, Vrt $0.00{\pm}0.00cm$, Rtn $0.0{\pm}0.0^{\circ}$, spine Lat $0.06{\pm}0.04cm$, Lng $0.16{\pm}0.30cm$, Vrt $0.08{\pm}0.08cm$, Rtn $0.00{\pm}0.00^{\circ}$, pelvis Lat $0.06{\pm}0.07cm$, Lng $0.04{\pm}0.05cm$, Vrt $0.06{\pm}0.04cm$, Rtn $0.0{\pm}0.0^{\circ}$. Conclusion : Combine IGRT with ExacTrac in addition to CBCT during Stereotatic Body Radiotherapy showed that it was possible to reduce the set-up error of patients compared to single ExacTrac. However, the application of Combine IGRT increases patient set-up verification time and absorption dose in the body for image acquisition. Therefore, depending on the patient's situation that using Combine IGRT to reduce the patient's set-up error can increase the radiation treatment effectiveness.

        레이저를 이용한 하지정맥류 치료의 정량화 연구

        The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of laser parameters on photocoagulation to maximize safety and efficacy during varicose vein treatment. CW and pulsed modes at 1470 nm were initially compared as a function of power on bovine liver tissue. In the pulsed mode, various parameters including repetition rate, duty cycle, and irradiation time were compared to evaluate tissue response during thermal treatment. The results demonstrated that CW and pulsed modes yielded almost similar coagulation development possibly due to shorter irradiation time of 5 sec. Regardless of laser mode, both repetition rate and duty cycle presented constant coagulation rate whereas longer irradiation time facilitated coagulation process.

        선달산(경상북도 봉화군) 일대의 관속식물상

        This study was investigated to elucidate the distribution of vascular plants and their usefulness of Seondalsan Mountain (1,236 m) in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The surveys were carried out 20 times from April in 2014 to October in 2020. The vascular plants of Seondalsan Mountain was consisted a total of 638 taxa based on the voucher specimens; 96 families, 341 genera, 562 species, 18 subspecies, 53 varieties, 5 forms. 20 taxa of the Korean endemic plants were recorded and 1 taxa of Critically Endangered (CR), 3 taxa of Vulnerable (VU) and 9 taxa of Least Concern (LC), designated by Korean Forest Service as rare plants, were investigated in this region. Furthermore, Ⅴ, Ⅳ and Ⅲ degrees of floristic regional indicator plants, designated by the National Institute of Ecology, were included 1 taxa, 11 taxa and 28 taxa, respectively. Among them, edible, medicinal, fragrant, industrial, ornamental, ecological restoration, forage/compost plants were included 440 taxa, 505 taxa, 19 taxa, 234 taxa, 335 taxa, 214 taxa and 269 taxa respectively. In addition, 30 taxa of naturalized plants were observed.

        은유분석을 이용한 대학 1학년들의 통일에 대한 인식 연구

        Use of Metaphor Analysis on the First Year College Students’Perception of UnificationMinwoo Ryu & Milee Ahn Abstract: This study is to understand the conceptual system of unification of freshmen of A and B colleges through systematic metaphor analysis and compare gaps in perception according to the presence or absence of unification education. A systematic metaphor analysis was conducted on 64 students who took unification education at the university and 107 students who did not take it. Students who experienced unification education were classified as ‘difficulty’, ‘win-win’, ‘cautious’, and ‘difficulty’ as ‘students who did not experience unification education were classified as ‘difficulty’, ‘win-win’, ‘possibility’, and ‘cautious’. Students who experienced unification education had relatively more negative metaphors for unification than those who did not experience positive metaphors for unification. It was confirmed that the experience of taking university unification education had a positive effect on students’ perception of unification. It was proposed to increase unification education classes for first graders and to design online unification education that reflects the characteristics and needs of learners.         통합 열관리 시스템의 제어를 위한 수소-전기 하이브리드 기반 고정밀 소형 선박 시뮬레이터 모델 개발

        Efforts are being made to replace ship diesel engines with electric propulsion motors in response to emission regulations. In particular, in the case of short-range small ships, research is being conducted to replace polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) with power sources. However, PEMFC has problems such as slow dynamic response characteristics and reduced durability at high temperatures. To solve this problem, a high-precision ship model was developed with power distribution and thermal management strategies applied, and through this, the required power, heat, and power characteristics of the propulsion system according to the ships speed profile were analyzed.
