무용전공 대학생의 셀프리더십이 혁신행동 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine how self-leadership of dance majoring college students affects their innovative behaviors and self-efficacy. In this study, 374 questionnaires were analyzed except for the unfaithful or incomplete answers. Based on these research methods and data analysis results, the major results are as follows. First, self-leadership of dance majoring college students turned out to have a significant effect on their innovative behaviors. Second, dance majoring college students’ self-leadership had a significant effect on their self-efficacy. Third, causal relationships were found among self-leadership, innovative behavior, and self-efficacy of dance majoring college students.

밀양 송전선로 건설 갈등 과정: 수정된 원칙협상의 탐색적 적용

본 논문은 밀양 765kV 송전선로 건설 갈등 사례를 수정된 원칙협상의 관점에서 분석하였다. 즉, 원칙협상이 강조하는 이해관계 중심, 객관적 기준의 활용, 창조적 대안 요소와 한국의 문화적 특성을 반영한 지역주민들의 감정해소를 분석틀에 포함하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국전력(정부)과 밀양주민들은 상대방의 이해관계보다는 입장에 초점을 맞추었다. 둘째, 객관적 기준의 적용가능성이 존재하였으나, 대부분의 이슈에서 적용되지 못했다. 예를 들면, 절차적 정당성의 경우 주민과 한국전력 간 합의가 있었다면 외국의 주민의견 수렴절차 등 객관적 기준으로 활용될 수 있었으나, 적용되지 못하였다. 셋째, 한국 전력은 지역주민의 정서를 고려하지 않고 사업추진 입장만을 고수하여 그간의 경험으로 축적된 부정적인 감정의 해소 기회를 차단하였다고 생각된다. 이는 네 번째 분석 요소인 창조적 대안의 개발을 제약하는 요인으로 작용한 것으로 보인다. This study analyzes the conflict resolution process of Miryang transmission tower construction in South Korea from the perspective of modified principled negotiation. The analysis framework includes the focus of interest, the use of objective standards, the invention of options for mutual gain, and local residents’ emotional release. We found that the Korean Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO) and residents in Miryang focused on positions, not interests. Second, objective standards were not utilized in most issues. Third, the KEPCO did not consider local residents’ emotions, thereby blocking the opportunity to resolve negative emotions accumulated by prior experiences. This served as a factor that significantly constrained the possible alternatives for mutual gain.

e-서비스 품질 평가모형을 이용한 전자책 서비스 이용자 만족도 연구

본 연구는 기존의 e-서비스 품질 평가에 관한 최근 문헌을 토대로 도서관 위주의 연구에만 국한된 전자책 서비스 품질 연구를 발전시켜, 개인 고객의 전자책 콘텐츠 서비스 이용을 중심으로 시스템, 콘텐츠, 사후관리 서비스에 따른 만족도와의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 e-서비스 품질 평가 모형과 도서관 서비스 품질평가 연구모형을 바탕으로 전자책 서비스 이용자 만족도 측정에 있어 중요한 요소로 작용 가능한 사후 관리 서비스 요인을 추가하였다. 기존의 전자책 서비스 기업들이 보다 효율적으로 서비스를 제공하고 나아가 서비스의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 콘텐츠의 제공과 함께 전자책에 특화된 서비스의 개발 및 다양성과 최신성이 확보된 콘텐츠가 요구된다. 더불어 제품·서비스 판매 이후 이루어지는 신속한 사후관리 서비스는 고객만족을 위한 중요한 변수가 될 수 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠· 시스템뿐만 아니라, 고객이 원하는 수준의 사후 관리 서비스의 제공을 통해 기존 고객을 만족 시키고 신규 고객을 창출할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to derive the suggestion of satisfaction of e-book services on the basis of the recent literature on quality assessment for e-service which have been mainly studied on library realm. For this purpose, This study added post-management service which is applicable to measure satisfaction of e-book services based on E-S-Qual and Libqual. We expand our scope of service to using of e-book content and services for individual customers, and analyzed the relationship between satisfaction with the system, the content, the after-sale service. On this foundation, existing e-book service companies can offer their services more efficiently, thereby making the e-book content more diverse, along with developing specialized e-book service to increasing their customer’s satisfaction. In addition, the latest and diversity is important as well. Moreover, performing rapid post-management services after the sale of the product or service, can be important variables for customer satisfaction. Therefore, not only the system and content, providing required level post-management services by customers can satisfy the existing customers and create new customers.

인터넷의 발달과 함께 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법복제 방지기술로서 디지털 저작권 관리(DRM: Digital right management)가 개발되었다. DRM의 다양한 기능을 통해 콘텐츠 소유자의 권익은 보호되었으나 전자책 시장에서는 해당 콘텐츠를 보유한 공급업자의 암호 해독 소프트웨어를 통해서만 콘텐츠 이용이 가능한 폐쇄형 DRM 체계가 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 폐쇄형 DRM은 콘텐츠 소비자의 편의적 측면에 대한 고려가 부족하기에 소비자의 후생손실을 초래한다는 이유로 과거 음원시장에서 논란이 되었다. 하지만 개방형 DRM 역시 콘텐츠 이용자들 간의 복제 유인을 증가시켜 콘텐츠 산업 성장을 저해할 가능성이 있다. 따라서 전자책 시장의 DRM은 두 유형 중 사회적 후생손실을 최소화 시키는 방향으로 나아가야 한다.

역사적으로 살펴보면 장신구는 인체를 장식하거나 지위와 재화의 가치 등의 표현 수단으로 관계하면서 그 가치를 발휘해 왔다. 현대에는 개인의 정신적 가치를 발휘하는 조형 예술품의 형태로 등장하는 등 그 형태는 매우 다변화되어 왔다. 20세기에 이르러 경제적인 회복과 보편적인 사회적 평등이 이뤄지면서 서구의 영향을 받아 독립적인 조형예술의 한 형태로 조형장신구의 개념이 전개 되었다. 세계적인 흐름에 따라 독창적이고 작가의 개성을 담은 작품세계를 구축하려는 노력을 통해 현대에 들어 조형장신구의 다양성을 열어가고 있지만, 한국의 장신구를 논함에 있어서 시대별 흐름과 재료적 변화를 정리한 이론적인 연구가 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 형태와 시기에 따른 포괄적인 구분의 한 측면으로써 재료에 비중을 두고 시대흐름에 따라 변화하는 조형장신구의 목적과 표현형식을 살펴보았다. 한국 조형장신구의 발전과정을 시대별로 1970년대 모색기, 1980∼1990년대 도입기, 2000∼2010년대 발전기에 이르기까지의 과정을 재료에 비중을 두고 나타나는 조형적 변화를 통해 조형장신구를 분석하였으며 시대별 고찰을 통해 재료별 특징과 변화가 적용된 사례를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 시대별 장신구의 조형변화를 살펴보고 새로운 재료 도입과 재료 확장에 따른 기술변화, 장르변화 등 조형장신구의 발전과정을 고찰하고 장신구의 통합적 조형의식을 이해하는데 도움을 주고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다. Historically, jewelry have been proving their values as they decorate human bodies or are used as a way to describe positions, events and others. Today, as they are being recognized as plastic arts that would explain spiritual values of individuals, the jewelry are truly considered very much diversified in forms. By the 20th century, humans came to enjoy economic turnarounds and social equality in general and that helped the previous definition of jewelry to turn into some independent plastic arts caused by Western influence. Along with global trends at present, jewelry of the today are being even more diversified by an artist' attempt to build one's own art world with one's original characteristics applied and yet, when it comes to discussing jewelry in Korea, not so many theoretical researches on trends in different times and changes in materials have been conducted. For that reason, in the concerned study, materials of the jewelry were given greater weight as one way to generally categorize forms and periods and as focusing on the materials, the study looked into purposes and expression methods of the modern jewelry which would change with the stream of times. The developments of the modern jewelry in Korea were categorized into a seek period in the 1970's, an introduction period in the 1980's~the 1990's and a development period in the 2000's~the 2010's. With the materials as the main index to understand changes in jewelry designs, the study analyzed t he modern jewelry while discussing characteristics and changes of the materials found in each of the periods. The concerned study is considered academically significant for it examined changes in the jewelry designs of each period as looking into how to introduce new materials and a development process of the modern jewelry such as changes in technology and genres. Findings of the study are, accordingly, believed to be a good help to understand integrated molding of jewelry.
