      • 충격파에 의한 가토 간의 초기 병리조직학적 변화에 관한 연구

        Tissue damage of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) is proven histologically in the past, but is mechanism of damage causing cellular disruption has yet to be elucidated. Our study is designed to investigate further the cellular damage of ESWL using 13 normal rabbit livers and analyzing its post-shock wave changes by transmission electron microscopy. Preliminary study was performed in two rabbits for dosage determination of shock waves at a frequency of 20 shots per second, 75% power, and 100 shock wave storage with piezoelectric lithotriptor. And shock waves were administrated to group Ⅰ(4 rabbits), Ⅱ(4 rabbits)and Ⅲ(3 rabbits)with a frequency of 20 shots per second, 87% power, and 100, 50, 25 storage respectively. The rabbits were sacrified 6-12 hour thereafter. Macroscopically, all livers showed subcapsular and parenchymal hemorrhage. On the other hand, the light microscopy showed multiple areas of hemorrhagic necrosis, sinusoidal congestion, portal vein thrombosis and small vein rupture in all specimens. Bile ducts were damaged only in one case of group 1. Trasmission electron microscopy showed vacuolization and peripheral redistribution of intracellular organells with minimal structural changes at 25 and 50 storage. At 100 storage, however, above pathologic changes were more profound, showing marked dilatation with structural alteration of endoplasmic reticulum, cell membrane and necrosis. Therefore, early histopathologic changes induced by shock wave is dose dependent and might be due to rupture of small veins, structural alteration and redistribution of intracellular components.

        속담을 통해서 본 교육관 분석과 그 활용 방안

        The aim of this study is to analyze proverbs concerned with education, to look into the negative sides of the educational point of view which is inherent in them, and to find out the effective ways to use the value education in order to form more developed and newer educational view. Language is a good material to grasp its society's ways of thinking and behavior patterns. Especially, proverbs are considered to be the core contents in understanding its traditional culture and values as they reflect the folks' wisdom and living philosophy learned by their old experiences and lives. Proverbs convey the folks' wisdom passed down from generation to generation through the metaphoric expressions in the concise fashion, and are also the methods by which we can meet the culture of people who use them because the proverbs contain their ways of thinking and behavior patterns. The view of education may be said to refer to the systemic thinking about the education. Its function and significance can be varied depending upon how we see education. Korean educational view has been directly linked with the features of the educational view that is represented by instrumentalism and egoism. That is, the general public have responded to the educational objective emphasized by the nationalism about education with a series of egoistic and extreme selfish educational point of views, in which they have used the education by the way of moving up the social ladder and some other times surviving and adapting their surroundings. Today is called the lost generation of values, the periods of crisis, or the lost generation of humanity. Proverbs are expected to be useful as the materials of the value education which can contribute to the formation of the healthy education culture. We can understand the Korean values as well as proverbs themselves when we grasp the origin and background of proverbs and connect them with the Korean ways of thinking and behavior patterns. We are also able to raise the thinking skills and good judgment by presenting the problem situations associated with value that is inherent in proverbs and discussing them. The Korean Education should try to recover the meaning of Korean traditional human beings, contributing to the finding the renewal vies of education by in Korea the basic educational meaning on the basis of understanding the meaning of proverbs 본 연구는 교육과 관련된 속담의 분석을 통해 그 속에 내재된 부정적인 측면에서의 교육관을 추출해 보고, 이를 바탕으로 보다 발전적이고 새로운 교육관 형성을 위한 가치교육의 활용 방안을 모색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 언어는 그 사회의 사고방식이나 행동양식을 파악할 수 있는 좋은 자료로서, 그 중에서도 속담은 대중들의 오랜 경험과 체험을 통한 지혜가 반영되어 있고 생활철학이 담겨진 것으로 전통문화와 가치관을 이해하는 핵심내용이라고 볼 수 있다. 속담은 간결한 형식 속에 은유적인 표현을 통하여 도덕적이고 교양적인 역할을 수행하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 역사, 사상, 문화, 종교, 문학, 풍속, 제도, 교육 등 제반문제를 연구하는데 중요한 자료로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 교육관은 교육에 대한 체계적 사고를 말하는 것으로 교육을 어떻게 보느냐에 따라 그 기능도 달라지고 의의도 달라진다. 속담의 분석결과 한국인의 교육관은 도구주의와 이기주의로 대표되는 교육관의 특징과 직결되어진다. 즉 교육의 국가주의에 의해 강조된 교육목적에 대하여 일반 국민들은 사회계층의 상승이동수단으로서 때로는 처해진 환경에 적응하고 생존하기 위한 방편으로서 극단적 개인주의에 점철된 소아적 교육관으로 대응된다. 교육도구화가 빚어낸 교육관의 이기성 및 수단성의 심층에는 한국인의 종교적 심성의 저변에 흐르는 현실긍정적이고 현세 지향적인 무속적 요소가 자리하고 있다. 현대를 가치관 상실의 시대, 위기의 시대, 인간성 상실의 시대라 칭하는데, 속담은 이에 대처하는 건강한 교육문화 형성에 기여할 수 있는 가치교육 자료로써 유용할 것으로 기대된다. 속담의 유래나 배경에 대한 이해를 도모하고 한국인의 사고방식이나 행동양식과 연결 짓도록 한다. 이는 학생으로 하여금 속담 자체에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 한국인의 가치관에 대한 이해도 가능할 것이다. 또한 속담 속에 내포된 가치와 관련된 문제 상황을 제시하고 그에 관해 토론을 해봄으로써 사고력과 판단력을 기를 수 있을 것이다. 학생들의 삶이라는 시각에서 속담이 내포한 가치를 재해석하고 분석하려는 노력이 필요하다고 본다. 따라서 속담을 가치교육의 자료로써 활용하여 교육의 본질을 회복하고, 보다 새롭고 발전적인 교육관 형성에 기여하게 함으로써 인간성 회복의 과제를 해결해야 할 것이다.

        Blurred undersubtraction technique 의 임상적 응용

        Many trials on various photographic and chemical treatment have been performed to get better quality of radiographs. Among them, subtraction techniue is a useful method for remonve the image of bone and soft tissue structures superimposed on blood vessel outlines. But in some angiographic examination, subtraction technique may be unhelpful due to respiration or movement of patient during injection of contrast agent. Thus, detail subtraction image is not produced as well as visibility of small vasxular lesion is diminished. To overcome these limitations, so called blurred undersubtraction (BUS) technique was tried in angiogram and other radiologic examinations. The results were as fololws: I) One angiogram, 1. Visibility of small blood vessels are improved by uniform background density, especially in high density area. 2. Outline of bone and blood vessels are emphasized by edge enhancement effect. 3. Comparing to conventional subtraction technique, BIS technique is easy to perform and needs no more equipments. 4. Comparing to conventional subtraction technique , no artifact is produced on BUS technique. ii) Cood quality images were obtained on radiographs of double contrast U.G.I., enema colon study and others. iii) Good quality images were obtained on paper print.

        카테터 삽관술을 이용한 기흉의 치료

        Traditionally symptomatic or large pneumothorax has been treated with a large-bore922-32F) chest tube and hospitalization. But pain and other significant complications may occur because of its large size and blind approach. Recently, with smally lumen catheter(6-10F), drainage of pleural effusion or empyema and decompression of pneumothorax resulting from percutaneous lung biopsy have been attempted. The authors used 8F catheter with suction apparatus to decompres 7 pneumothorax (6 spontaneous pneumothorax and 1 iatrogenic hemopneumothorax) under fluoroscopic guidance and the results were successful in all cases. it offers several advantages over traditional closed thoracotomy as follows : 1) Easier to insert and expeditious, 2) Fewer complications, 3) Less traumatic, 4) Less discomfort to the patient, 5) No scar formation in chest wall, 6) in case of pneumothorax during transthoracic needle biopsy, it provides immediate decompression and allows the lung biopsy to be continue , and 7) in case of connection with Heimlich valve, it can be managed on outpatient basis that lead to decreased hospital costs. We believe that small lumen catheter thoracostomy may become 1st choice of treatment modality in pneumothorax as safe and effective method.

        음경동맥 조영술상 내음부동맥의 정상과 변이

        Appreciation of the type and frequency of normal variations is important because branching patte군 of internal pudendal artery(IPA) are highly variable and frequently differed from the classic description of anatomy. And these variations could be easily confused with arterial obstruction or abnormality. We analyzed 34 normal internal pudendal arteries from 17 men who were not believed to have arteriogenic impotence. The technique of studies were superselective IPA selection of catheter, and simultaneous infusion of intracavernosal and intraarterial papaverine with intraarterial lidocaine, under local anesthesia. The type and frequency of variations were 2 cases of hypoplastic dorsal penile artery(DPA)(6%), 1 case of one penile artery supplying both DPA(3%), 2 cases of accessory IPA(6%), and 4 cases of two DPA from one IPA(12%), 19 cases of two or more deep cavernosal artery from one IPA(56%). The overall frequency of both normal IPA in one man was 17.6%(N=3 from 17 men). We wish anatomic variations and frequency should be fully recognized to avoid errors in interpretation of penile arteriography.

        MCCARD: MONTE CARLO CODE FOR ADVANCED REACTOR DESIGN AND ANALYSIS

        McCARD is a Monte Carlo (MC) neutron-photon transport simulation code. It has been developed exclusively for the neutronics design of nuclear reactors and fuel systems. It is capable of performing the whole-core neutronics calculations, the reactor fuel burnup analysis, the few group diffusion theory constant generation, sensitivity and uncertainty (S/U) analysis, and uncertainty propagation analysis. It has some special features such as the anterior convergence diagnostics, real variance estimation, neutronics analysis with temperature feedback, B1 theory-augmented few group constants generation, kinetics parameter generation and MC S/U analysis based on the use of adjoint flux. This paper describes the theoretical basis of these features and validation calculations for both neutronics benchmark problems and commercial PWR reactors in operation.

        2015 개정 고등학교 교육학 교과 내용에 대한 예비교사의 인식 탐색: 서울 소재 여대 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 2015 개정 고등학교 교육학 교과 내용에 대한 예비교사의 인식을탐색하여 시사점을 제공하는 목적을 지닌다. 교육학 교과는 고등학교 교양 교과교육과정의 일반선택 과목에 편성되어 있으나 학교 및 학생들에 의해 거의 선택되지 않는과목이라는 문제를 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육학을 가르칠 예비교사를 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 교육학 교과 내용을 탐색하는 연구를 시행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학습과 교수원리에 대한 단원을 가장 긍정적으로 인식한 것으로 나타났고, 반면, 교육의 역사와 공교육에 대한 예비교사의 인식은 비교적 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비교사들은 실제로 활용될 수 있는 내용과 동기유발이 되는 내용으로 구성된단원을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적으로 교육학적 지식을학습하는 내용으로 구성되어 있다고 긍정적으로 인식했지만, 실제 생활에 활용될 수있는 내용의 구성은 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 2015 개정 교육학 교과 내용에대한 예비교사의 인식에 대한 정보를 제공하는 기초 연구의 성격을 지니며, 이를 바탕으로 교육학 교과의 발전 방향을 논의할 수 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore pre-service teachers' perceptions of the 2015 revised high school education curriculum and to provide implications. The subject of 'Education' is an elective subject in general education for the high school curriculum but rarely selected by schools and students. Therefore, this study conducted a study to explore the contents of 'Education' of pre-service teachers who will teach the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result of the study, first, the unit of learning and teaching principle was recognized most positively, while the unit of the history of education and public education were most negatively perceived. Second, the pre-service teachers positively recognized the unit composed of contents that can be utilized and motivation. Third, the contents of 'Education' was generally recognized that high school students were able to learn pedagogical knowledge. But the contents that could be used in real life were insufficient. This study has the meaning of basic research that provides information on the pre-service teacher's perception of the 2015 revised curriculum.
