척추체간 유합케이지의 스파이크형상 변화에 따른 척추체의 응력분포 및 케이지의 안정성에 대한 수치적 해석

The axial compressive strength, relative 3-D stability and osteoconductive shape design of an intervertebral fusion cage are important biomechanical factors for successful intervertebral fusion. Changes in the stress distribution of the vertebral end plate and in cage stability due to changes in the spike shape of a newly contrived box-shaped fusion cage are investigated. In this investigation, the initial contact of the cage's spikes with the end plate and the penetration of the cage's spikes into the end plate are considered. The finite element analysis is conducted to study the effects of the cage's spike height, tip width and angle on the stress distribution of the vertebral end plate, and the micromigration of the cage in the A-P direction. The stress distribution in the end plate is examined when a normal load of 1700N is applied to the vertebra after inserting 2 cages. The micromigration of the cage is examined when a pull out load of l00N is applied in the A-P direction. The analysis results reveal that the spike tip width significantly influences the stress concentration in the end plate, but the spike height and angle do not significantly influence the stress distribution in the end plate touching the cage's spikes. In addition, the analysis results show that the micromigration of the cage can be reduced by adjusting the spike angle and spike arrangement in the A-P direction. This study proposes the optimal shape of an intervertebral fusion cage, which promotes bone fusion, reduces the stress concentration in a vertebral end plate, and increases mechanical stability.
조기종결 경험에 대한 해석학적 현상학 연구: 내담자의 경험을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to constitute an understandable the clients’ subjective experiences with premature termination in counseling through observation and interpretation about how clients perceive premature termination in counseling and what premature termination means to them. The participants of this study were 7 clients who had experienced premature termination of counseling. The interpretative phenomenological analysis approach was used to data collection, data analysis and data interpretation. The following is a summary of results drawn from the study. The participants experienced premature termination in counseling as clients on the themes of “drifting between expectation and disappointment,” “repeat the hiding pattern without expressing inconvenience they felt in relationships,” “remaining in a struggle to solve their tasks,” and “being in a process of forming new meanings." The present study holds its significance in that it regarded clients in counseling as the agent of change by looking at the humans that interact dynamically rather than the target to be changed by the counselor, described and interpreted their subjective experiences with premature termination in the contexts of their lives, and used many different materials to assist those interpretations, thus promoting the deep, specific understanding of clients' experiences with premature termination. 본 연구는 상담에서 조기종결을 경험하는 내담자가 조기종결이라는 현상을 어떻게 인식하며, 조기종결 경험은 이들에게 어떠한 의미를 갖는가에 대해 탐구하고 해석함으로써 내담자의 관점으로 조기종결이라는 현상을 이해 가능한 구조로 구성해내고자 하였다. 상담의 조기종결을 경험한 7명의 내담자들이 연구에 참여했으며, 해석학적 현상학 분석절차에 따라 자료의 수집과 분석, 해석과정이 진행되었다. 분석 결과, 참여자들은 상담의 조기종결 과정에서 첫째, ‘기대와 실망 사이에서 표류’하는 경험을 했으며, 둘째, ‘표현하지 못한 채 묻어두는 패턴의 반복’을 경험한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 셋째, 상담을 조기종결로 마무리한 후에도 ‘여전히 해결해야 할 과제와 씨름’하는 주관적 경험을 했으며, 넷째, 조기종결 경험을 통해 변화된 내가 내 삶의 주체로서 ‘새로운 의미를 만들어감’의 과정을 경험하고 있었다. 본 연구는 상담에서 내담자를 변화의 대상이 아닌 변화의 주체로서 역동적으로 상호작용하는 인간으로 바라보고 그들의 삶의 맥락 속에서 주관적인 조기종결 경험을 기술하고 해석하였으며, 이러한 해석을 도울 수 있는 여러 자료를 사용하였기 때문에 내담자의 조기종결 경험에 대해 구체적이고 깊은 이해를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
감각정보의 차이가 운동에 미치는 영향에 대한 정량적 분석

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of different sensory information on the motor function which is resulted from visual stimuli. Particularly, it was focused on the effect of complementary color stimuli on reaction time. Twenty volunteers(10 men & 10 women), between the age of 20 and 25 yearn participated in this experiment. Experiments were carried out in a light & sound-attenuated chamber, and the overall system consisted of a PC. interface card. LEDs. key board switch, and display panel. Although many measurements of sensory-motor integration has been studied the quantitative analysis of sensory-motor integration has not been developed well. Quantitative analyses were performed to investigate the effect of the different sensory information on the arm motor system in the point of view sensory-motor integration. The result showed that the reaction time for visual stimuli of complementary colors was faster than that under same color environments : and, in same color environments and the reaction speed was varied inversely with respect to the magnitude of the light wavelength.
