소아 야뇨의 한약치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 -중의학 논문을 중심으로-

Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of herbal medication for the treatment of nocturnal enuresis in children by analyzing randomized controlled trials conducted in China. Methods We searched literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure published up to 19 January, 2018. Selected literatures were collected and analyzed in order of publication year, and then demographic information, treatment method, duration of illness, duration of treatment, follow-up period, outcome measurement and adverse events. Results A total of 34 studies were selected for the analysis. In most studies, the total efficacy of the treatment group was reported to be higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate and complete cure rate were also found to be more effective in the herbal medicine treatment group. The most frequently used medical herb was Alpiniae Fructus (益智仁), and the use of medical herbs belong to tonifying yang (補陽藥), tonifying qi (補氣藥), and astringing essence strengthening collapse medicine (澁精縮尿止帶藥) were relatively high. The adverse events rate for the herbal medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group. Conclusions This study showed that a herbal medicine treatment can be effective and safe option for treating pediatric nocturnal enuresis. However, additional well-designed clinical studies need to be performed to establish a basis.
[미발표]전동차용 보조전원장치(SIV) 유지보수 향상을 통한 신뢰성 연구

현재 서울메트로 3호선 전동차에 장착되어 있는 보조전원정치(SIV, Static Inverter)는 공기압축기, 조명, 냉난방장치, 열차의 제어전원 등에 안정적이고 일정한 전압과 주파수를 출력하는 전원공급 장치고 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 매년 증가하고 있는 보조전원장치 고장 원인을 줄이과 주로 GTO Thyristor & Power Transistor방식의 SIV에서 고장이 집중되고 있어 보조전원장치 고장을 장치별, 원인별로 분석하였고, 신형 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)방식으로 교체하여 타 유니트와의 호환성 확보 및 교체시 취거된 부품은 예비품으로 활용하여 고장 유발 가능한 부품을 미리 교환, 운영하면서 객관적인 데이터와 자료를 수집하여 사전 점검방법 및 고장 시 조치방법에 대해 연구하였다. Currently, Seoul Metro subway line 3 is equipped with SIV(Static Inverter) that supplies stable voltage and frequency which is usually used at air compressor, lighting, heating and cooling device, indictor for constantly increasing SIV failure by comparing three types of SIV Specifically, this study not only categorized SIV failures based on device and causation but also examined replacement cycle for decrepit device that has high failure rate. Based on these results, experiment employing IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) was conducted. Ultimately, this study sought for precautionary inspection method and solution for malfunction in SIV that adopts GTO Thyristor & Power Transistor method which has the highest failure rate.

This study was to examine the purchasing behavior and orientation of cosmetic consumers in order of age group to contribute to market segmentation. The purpose of this study is to promote the growth of cosmetic market in the future. The findings of the study were as follows: First, concerning purchasing orientation, the women who were devoted to specific brands was the largest group(30.7%) of the surveyed population. Older women were devoted to particular brands, whereas younger women sought after a reasonable purchase. In the event of buying basic cosmetics, the first largest group of the consumers who were in the 20s was devoted to specific brands, and the second largest group of the consumers in this age pursued a reasonable purchase. However, many groups of the 30s or higher age were interested in the others. In terms of makeup cosmetics, the first largest group of the women who were in 20s sought after a reasonable purchase, and the second largest group of this age was intrested in the others. However, many groups of the 30s were devoted to particular brands or interested in the others. The first largest group in the 40s or higher age was devoted to specific brands, and the second largest group of this age chose cosmetics without being affected by the others. Second, as to buying behavior, the greatest percentage of the consumers begun to do makeup when they were a college student. The largest number of the women bought cosmetics through online shopping malls due to its convenience, regardless of age group, and the older consumers purchased them at cosmetic shops. Many of them did makeup to protect their skin. When older women bought basic cosmetics, they were significantly more intrested in cosmetic`s quality or function compared with younger women. Younger women took high consideration on the suitability of cosmetics for their skin. Third, regarding makeup style, the first largest group, 33.6 percent of surveyed population gave priority to makeup effects, and the second largest group of surveyed population did makeup to keep up with personal relations as a member of society. The third largest group of surveyed population did makeup to keep to customs, and the fourth largest group of surveyed population was fashion-oriented. In order of age, the group of 20s gave more priority to the makeup effect than the other age groups, and older women did makeup to keep up with personal relations as a member of society.

Since the concept of children’s museum was coined, interest in children’s museum has been growing in Korea. Currently, however, facilities are not sufficient enough to meet demands, both quantitatively and qualitatively. It is highly urgent to build appropriate children’s museum effectively functioning as an educational institution for our younger generation. At this point, the study discusses issues with children’s museum of which exhibition method is dramatically evolving from eyes-on system to hands-on one. The study examines the importance and role of hands-on exhibition method suitably meeting the needs of children and suggests directions for the future.

In a strategy for revitalization of companies' brands, an exposition space will deliver companies' images in three dimensions and will play an important role as an agent for a direct communication with consumers. Considering it in the long-term point of view, we can know that it is an effective means. Therefore, its importance is being extended gradually and its number is increasing gradually in reality since companies also recognize its importance. However, Korean exposition industry is still in the process of development as a transition period and its level is still not enough by absence of interest and investment. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to prove that exposition media is more effective means than other media for revitalization of brand and to propose the direction hereafter of domestic preview centers of companies by making its necessity recognized. Therefore, companies recognize importance of exposition media for revitalization of company's brand and so revitalization of exposition will be realized gradually by extending interest and investment.
