Post and core is used to restore endodontically treated teeth, and it is a very important part which supplies retention and support to the prosthesis. But occasionally, caries occured due to the microleakage at the post and core and tooth interface, the failure of prosthesis has happened. In this study, the microleakage of cast gold post and core, amalgam core, and composite resin core was investigated and compared. The coronal part of the extracted upper anterior teeth were removed and endodontically treated with conventional method. The teeth were divided into three groups. In group 1, cast gold post and core was cemented with resin cement and in group 2, ready-made post was cemented with resin cement and amalgam core was built. In group 3, ready-made post was cemented with resin cement and composite resin core was built. All specimens were thermocycled between $5^{\circ}C\;and\;55^{\circ}C$ with dwell time of 15 seconds, and immersed in 0.5% aqueous solution of basic fuchsin dye for 24 hours. After embedded in the epoxy resin, the specimens were sectioned longitudinally and observed with stereomicroscope with the magnification of 25. From the findings of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. There was microleakage at the core/tooth interface of all specimens. 2. The microleakage of gold post and core was significantly less than those of the other two groups. 3. There was no significant difference between the microleakage of amalgam core and that of composite resin core.

The Andago® robotic gait training system is widely used in stroke rehabilitation to bridge the gap between robot-assisted therapy and conventional overground gait training. To facilitate the weight-bearing and gait training rehabilitation processes, a bodyweight-supporting walking robot can be used in patients with femoral neck fractures. Thus, here we investigated whether the Andago® robotic system can be applied to femoral fracture patients postoperatively because it is capable of controlling the weight support percentage, allowing rehabilitation specialists to gradually decrease the support and increase weight-bearing with overground gait training. Gait performance, standing balance, and fall risk significantly improved even after rehabilitation and hospital discharge. Moreover, this study’s findings imply that the Andago® allows older patients, even those who undergo surgery for femoral neck fractures, to complete rehabilitation exercises without adverse events, including pain, trauma, and falls.
Stepwise Rehabilitation of the Triple Amputee Combined With Dysfunction of the Sound Limb

To find a multiple amputee more severe than a triple amputee is not easy. This is a report of a 36-year-old patient with right knee disarticulation, left trans-femoral amputation and right elbow disarticulation due to peripheral ischemic necrosis, when he was applied vasopressor in septic shock condition. His left hand was also 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th distal interphalangeal joint disarticulation status, and it was more difficult for him to do rehabilitation program, such as donning and doffing the prostheses. For more efficient rehabilitation training program, we first focused on upper extremities function, since we believed that he might need a walking aid for gait training later. After 13 weeks of rehabilitation program, he has become sit to stand and walk short distance independently with an anterior walker. Although he still needs some assistance with activities of daily living, his Functional Independence Measure score improved from 48 to 90 during the course of 13 weeks.
