In this paper, we deals with the data path scheduling in high level synthesis. Especially, we propose loop-folding in order to get optimum operation scheduling on iterative loop. We proposed a new loop-folding technique to get optimal scheduling results in case that nonpipelined data path is not required Integer Linear Programing formulatiuons are used to solve the scheduling problems in order to get the optimal scheduling result. Experimental was done on the DFG model of fifth-order digital wave filter, to show its effectiveness

According to the plan of EMU, a free movement of factors of production will make easy to move the producing district and the competition for attracting firms with the governments of participating nations will be intensified. European firms will bring on a great change in the whole management such as production, marketing, financial affairs and accounts. In Korea, prospects for the export to EU are looking up because considering prospects for the trade creating effect to EU, for the long run, the export will take a favorable turn due to the effects of trade expansion. And for the short run, the export will be likely to be the face of an economic pressure due to the trade diverting effect, and the price fall of intra-trade goods. After emergence of the Euro, the foreign trade policy with EU will probably carry forward the liberalization among multilateral parties through WTO and the claims for anti-dumping will also be likely to be increased the cutthroat competition among the firms within area.

Economists have long been aware of the importance of educational investment. J. A. Schumpeter, for example, emphasized the necessity of the leading labour and spirits of enterprise and added that it could be accomplished through more education and training. Generally, the investment in education brings in income increase, because ther exist the rates of return to educational investment. And G. S. Becker worked positively with the studies about it. But there is in the world today a correlation between the education level and economic level in the various countries. The consensus among economists today is that advance in education leads to economic progress. In other words, educational investment as investment in the human resources is a prerequisite for economic growth. A strategic part of the present post training, scientfic and engeering education, reorganization of a cause structure to specific high human power are directly in accordance with an economic objects. For the future demand of human resources, a planner of human resources should put an emphasis on making an exact object than just predicting. And the demand of human resources must be a general one. Gradually, the major part of economic development plans call for the increase expenditures on human capital.

Agreement rates between automated essay scoring systems and human raters: Meta-analysis

Automated essay scoring (AES) is defined as the scoring of written prose using computer technology. The objective of this meta-analysis is to consider the claim that machine scoring of writing test responses agrees with human raters as much as humans agree with other humans. The effect size is the agreement rate between AES and human scoring estimated using a random effects model. The exact agreement rate between AES and human scoring is 52%, compared with an exact agreement rate of 54% between humans. The adjacent agreement rate between AES and human scoring is 93%, compared to an adjacent agreement rate of 94% between humans. This meta-analysis shows that the agreement rate between AES and human raters is very comparable. This study also compares the subgroup analysis of agreement rates using study characteristic variables such as publication status, AES type, essay type, exam type, human expertise, country, and school level. Implications of the results and potential future research are discussed in the conclusion. 에세이 자동 채점은 컴퓨터 기술을 이용한 작문 채점이다. 사람 채점과 자동 채점 간의 일치도에 대한 타당화 연구가 많이 진행중이다. 아직까지 사람들 간의 채점의 일치도에 비해 부족하다는 비판도 있지만, 많은 연구들은 사람들 간의 채점만큼의 타당성을 주장하고 있다. 이 메타분석의 목표는 에세이 답안 채점에서 사람 채점자 간 일치도와 기계 채점과 사람 채점 간의 일치도를 비교해 보는 것이다. 이 메타분석에서 효과크기는 자동 채점 프로그램과 사람 채점자와의 일치율을 랜덤효과모형을 이용하여 추정하였다. 사람들 간 54%의 완전일치도와 비교하여 자동 채점 프로그램과 사람 채점자 간 완전일치도는 52%였다. 사람들 간 94%의 근접일치도와 비교하여 자동 채점 프로그램과 사람 채점자 간 근접일치도는 93%이다. 이 메타분석은 자동 채점 프로그램과 사람 채점자 간 일치도가 사람 채점자들 간의 일치도와 비교될 만큼 매우 높다는 것을 보여주었다. 이 연구는 또한 출판 여부, 자동 채점 프로그램 유형, 에세이 유형, 시험 유형, 전문가 채점 여무, 국가별, 학교 수준별과 같은 연구 특징 변수별 유목 간 일치도 차이를 비교하였다. 끝으로 이 연구를 통해 에세이 자동 채점 프로그램의 개발 및 적용의 시사점과 향후 연구 방향, 이 연구의 한계에 대해 논의 및 제시하였다.

In this paper, the effect of the loess and mud of an inorganic substance dyed on cotton knitting fabrics have been studied. The structure and chemical composition of loess and mud was analyzed. And the Far- Infrared emissivity and emission power, colorfastness, anti-bacterial properties cotton knitting fabrics dyed with loess and mud were also evaluated. The structure and chemical composion of loess and mud was almost identical structure and to be alike main components were SiO₁,Al₂O₃and Fe₂O₃.The cotton knitting fabrics dyed with loess and mudhave good colorfastness and anti-bacterial properties. when the dyed fabrics was after-treated with diphenyl ether, the anti-bacterial property were improved. Far-Infrared emissivity and emission power cotton knitting fabrics dyed with loess and mud have very good.

USN 환경을 위한 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템의 설계 및 구현

일반적으로 비공간 센서 데이타뿐만 아니라 공간 센서 데이타를 동시에 사용하는 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 (USN) 환경을 위해서는 이러한 센서 데이타를 효율적으로 관리하는 센서 데이타베이스 시스템은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 이유에서 Tiny DB, Cougar 등과 같은 다양한 센서 데이타베이스 시스템들이 연구되고 있다. 그러나, 이들 대부분은 공간 센서 데이타 처리를 위한 공간 데이타 타입과 공간 연산자를 지원하지 않기 때문에 공간 센서 데이타를 처리하는데 어려움이 존재한다. 그러므로, 본 논문은 USN 환경에서 공간 센서 데이타에 대한 효율적인 관리를 위해 TinyDB를 확장하여 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 특히 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템은 공간 데이타 타입과 공간 연산자를 지원하고, 공간 데이타 스트림으로 인해 발생하는 시스템 부하를 줄이기 위해서 메모리 관리 기능과 필터링 기능 등을 제공한다. 마지막으로, 수행 시간, 정확도, 메모리 사용량 등 다양한 성능 평가를 통해 공간 센서 데이타베이스 시스템이 기존 TinyDB에 비해 성능이 우수하다는 것을 증명하였다. For the USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) environment which generally uses spatial sensor data as well as aspatial sensor data, a sensor database system to manage these sensor data is essential. In this reason, some sensor database systems such as TinyDB, Cougar are being developed by many researchers. However, since most of them do not support spatial data types and spatial operators to manage spatial sensor data, they have difficulty in processing spatial sensor data. Therefore, this paper developed a spatial sensor database system by extending TinyDB. Especially, the system supports spatial data types and spatial operators to TinyDB in order to manage spatial sensor data efficiently and provides the memory management function and the filtering function to reduce the system overload caused by sensor data streams. Lastly, we compared the processing time, accuracy, and memory usage of the spatial sensor database system with those of TinyDB and proved its superiority through the performance evaluation.
