공공임대주택 거주자의 경제특성이주거만족도에 미치는 영향

This study is to investigate the economic characteristics of the residents of public housing in Seoul and the degree of housing satisfaction according to the surrounding market price, data of a total of 6 rental types, 2,749 households responding to the panel survey of residents of public housing in Seoul (2nd year, 2017). And Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation's housing rental rates, etc. As internal data on the appropriateness, SH Corporation rent and private leased households rental rates were analyzed by using the data surveyed by administrative dong across the city. As a result of the analysis, in the case of individual characteristics, the higher the age, the shorter the period of residence in the case of household characteristics, the higher the ratio of housing expenses to household income (RIR), the higher the income in the case of economic characteristics, and the public in the case of surrounding environmental characteristics. The higher the satisfaction of transportation and the higher the satisfaction of cultural facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing. In addition, the higher the housing price in the surrounding area, the higher the residential satisfaction level felt by residents. Through this study, policy implications were drawn in that it was confirmed that it was very important to supply public housing to a place with easy access to public transportation or cultural facilities and well-developed living infrastructure in order to increase the residential satisfaction of residents of public housing. 본 연구는 서울시 공공임대주택 입주민의 경제적 특성 및 주변시세에 따른 주거만족도를 알아보기 위하여 서울시 공공임대주택 입주자 패널조사(2차년도, 2017년)」에 응답한 총 6개 임대유형 2,749가구의 자료와 서울주택도시공사 임대주택 임대료 등 적정화에 대한 내부자료로서 서울시 전역에서 SH공사 임대료 및 LH공사 임대료와 민간 임차가구의 임대료를 행정동별로 조사한 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 개인특성의 경우 연령이 높을수록, 가구특성의 경우 거주기간이 짧을수록, 가구소득에서 주거비가 차지하는 비율(RIR)이 높을수록, 경제특성의 경우 소득이 높을수록, 주변환경특성의 경우 대중교통만족도가 높을수록, 문화시설만족도가 높을수록 주거만족도가 높았다. 그리고 주변지역의 주택가격이 높을수록 공공임대입주민이 느끼는 주거만족도는 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 공공주택입주민의 주거만족도를 높이기 위해서는 대중교통이나 문화시설접근성이 용이하고 생활기반시설이 잘 발달한 곳에 공공임대주택을 공급하는 것이 매우 중요한 일임을 확인하였다는 점에서 정책적 함의를 도출하였다.
Review of 4D Printing Materials and their Properties

Since its introduction, the 3D printing technology has been widely used in fields such as design, rapid prototyping, and biomedical devices, owing to its advantages of inexpensive, facile embodiment of computer 3D files into physical objects. Later, 4D printing was introduced by adding the temporal dimension to 3D. Stimuli such as heat, humidity, pH, and light trigger the actuation of printed objects without motors or wires. Smart materials that respond to external stimuli are good candidates for 4D printing. In this paper, we review the recent research on 4D printing, and categorize it with respect to the activating stimuli. The mechanical properties of 4D printing materials are mentioned as well. Finally, the future of 4D printing is discussed.

Flow field and near-field noise of a centrifugal fan has been studied with an efficient compressible method and STAR-CD. The flow field of the centrifugal fan is assumed to be two-dimensional. Most of the compressible studies have been done by inviscid solver because viscous simulation shows little difference. The near field noise is estimated in terms of sound pressure level in frequency domain transformed from the computed pressure fluctuations using FFT. The simulation has been done on various design elements such as impeller blade shapes, the number of blades and cut-off clearance. The comparison shows that the number of blades has a significant effect on near-field noise without losing aerodynamic performance.

In spite of progress in tribological research, machine component failure due to friction and wear has been reported frequently. This failure may lead to secondary damage that can cause huge expense for maintenance and repair. To prevent economic loss, it is important to detect and predict the initial failure point. In this sense, various researchers have been tried to develop Condition Monitoring (CM) method using Acoustic Emission (AE) generated while the materials undergo failure. In this study, effect of particles on friction and wear was investigated using the pin-on-plate friction test and AE signal was recorded with a band-width type AE sensor. The experiments were performed in dry and lubricant conditions using steel and glass as specimens. After the experiment, 3D laser microscope image was captured to evaluate the wear behavior quantitatively. The AE signal was analyzed in time-domain and frequency-domain. The amplitude was compared with the frictional results. The results of this study showed that particle generation accelerate wear, generate high magnitude AE signal and change the frequency characteristics of the signal. Also, lubricant condition test results showed low coefficient of friction, low wear rate, and low magnitude of AE signal compared to the dry condition. It is expected that the results of this study will aid in better assessment of wear in CM technology.
