Efficient one-pot synthesis of AMF from fructose

The depletion of fossil fuel reserves and increasing energy demands have encouraged new process development for converting biomass into valuable platform chemicals and renewable fuel components. Therefore, one of promising green platform chemical, we have suggested 5-acetoxymethylfurfural (AMF). Although, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is also considered as one of the promising green platform chemicals, AMF shows better physical properties derived less hydrophilic acetoxymethyl group wich make easy separation and purification possible. Therefore, with the importance of AMF in minde, we have newly devised efficient one-pot synthetic process of AMF from fructose using ionic liquid as a reaction media which could be simply resued several times.

The growing concern of the depletion of fossil fuel reserves and increasing energy demands have encouraged the exploration of new process develoment for converting biomass into valuable chemicals and renewable fuel components. From this point of veiw, we have recentry developed the synthetic process of the adipic acid which is one of the most important dicarboxylic acid, annually produced about 2.5 bilion kilograms and mainly used for the monomerof nylon from the most abundant monosaccharide galctose. To remove rech oxygen contents, we applied DODH reaction, rhenium catalyzed reduction, and it was successfully appied to afford the desired product with good efficiency. Especiallly, here in we would like to report DODH reaction with heterogeneous aluminium supported rhenium catalyst which intended to esay seperation and recycle.

The growing concern of the depletion of fossil fuel reserves and increasing energy demands have encouraged the exploration of new processes for converting biomass into valuable chemicals and renewable fuel components. Among those biomass, cellulosic biomass has attracted much attention as a renewable and sustainable neutral and inexpensive feedstock. However, in order to use cellulosic biomass as an alternative to petro-based platform chemicals, normally consisting of hydrocarbons, the removal of oxygen-rich functional groups is prerequisite. Therefore, we have recently developed the microwave-assisted deoxydehydration reaction with metal catalyst. This synthetic process was sucessfully applied to the synthesis of the adipic acid which is one of the most important dicarboxylic acid, annually produced about 2.5 bilion kilograms and mainly to be used for the monomer of nylon from cellulosic biomass espeacially most abundant monosaccharide galactose.
Synthetic studies toward (-)-zampanolide

(-)-Zampanolide having a unsaturated 20 membered macrolactone incorporating a cis-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyran exhibit significant cytotoxic activity(IC50 1-5 ng/mL) against a variety of tumor cell lines including P388, HT29, A549, and MEL28. The impressive biological activity and unique structure attract great attention. For the synthesis of (-)-Zampanolide, here in We describe the new efficient synthetic approach toward cis-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyran unit by stereo selective intramolecular addition of a cyclopropanol moiety to highly functionalized aldehyde fragment. The cyclopropanol moiety synthesized via Ti mediated hydroxylcyclopropanation of homoallylic alcohol in which 1,4-diol arrayed on the oxocarbenium ion prepared form proper aldehyde under the condition suggested by Noyori group prompting 7-membered acetal intermediate, and this intermediate might rearrange to the cis-2,6-disubstituted tetrahydropyran unit.

The depletion of fossil fuel reserves and increasing energy demands have encouraged new process development for converting biomass into valuable platform chemicals and renewable fuel components. 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is considered as one of the promising green platform chemicals, but still multiple issues associated with its production has been remaining. Therefore, our group have previously reported efficient synthesis of 5-acetoxymethylfurfural (AMF) which can be used as an alternative to HMF. The less hydrohpilc acetoxymethyl group of AMF than HMF makes it possible to practical separation and purification. Herein, we report another synthetic approach for 5-acetoxymethylfurfural (AMF) via microwave-assisted dehydration of monosaccharides under acidic conditions.

학급경영에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석(2000~2016)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends of classroom management research by collecting, sorting, and analyzing the academic articles and theses related to classroom management that have been published in Korea since 2000 and to suggest implications for future class management research in the basis of research results. To do this, we selected 166 classroom management related researches from 2000 to 2016, analyzed the research year, research topic, research methods, research subjects, researcher characteristics. And the characteristics of Korean classroom management research are derived. As a result of the analysis, the study related to class management appeared to be decreasing for 17 years, and it showed characteristics of practical nature such as analysis of actual condition and suggestion of class management. Quantitative research was the most studied method. Teachers and students were the most studied subjects, and the most research was done at elementary school level. Based on the results of this study, the characteristics of Korean classroom management research are derived, and the future activation, specialization, and theorization of classroom management research are suggested as implications. 이 연구는 2000년 이후 국내에서 발표된 학급경영에 대한 학술논문과 학위논문을 수집․선별하여 분석 준거에 따라 학급경영 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 분석 결과를 토대로 앞으로의 학급경영 연구에 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년 이후부터 2016년까지 발표된 학급경영 관련 연구 166편을 분석 대상으로 선정한 후, 연구연도, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구대상, 연구자 특성에 대한 동향을 분석하였다. 연구동향 분석 결과, 최근 17년간 학급경영 관련 연구는 감소하는 추세를 보였고, 학급경영에 대한 실태분석이나 방안제시 등 실천적 성격의 연구가 주로 이루어졌으며, 연구방법으로는 양적연구가 가장 많이 수행되었다. 연구대상은 교사와 학생이 가장 많았고, 초등학교 급에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 학급경영 연구의 특징을 도출하고, 추후 학급경영 연구의 시사점으로 활성화, 전문화, 이론화 등을 제시하였다.
