Le centre de Seoul se transforme tres rapidement en un veritable C.B.D. a travers de la renovation urbaine acceleree par la ville de Seoul. La situation actuelle du centre(la mauvaise qualite de la construction, la congestion du trafic, le manque de l'espace vert, la concentration demesuree de la fonction urbaine centrale, etc.) justifierait cette transformation. Toutefois, la renovation urbaine en cours n'y remedie guere, et pose beaucoup de nouveaux problemes graves. Dans cette etude, nous avons analyse les caracteristiques, la consequence et les problemes de la renovation urbaine actuelle du centre de Seoul.

The transformation of Paris by Napoleon III and Haussmann, which is different from the ideal cities suggested by the early socialist theorists, had been the first large-scale modern urban planning project led by the government. It is true that its negative side-effects rather than its merits have more frequently been emphasized and criticized. Among the criticisms are the followings: the merciless planning to wipe out the existing city; the prevalent real-estate speculation encouraged by the public; a police-state planning to suppress riot and revolution; the reshaping of Paris as a Bourgeois city by driving the poor and labor class out to the suburbs. Despite many such shortcomings, however, it also has been valued that it realized the early ideals of the modern urban planning; thus influenced numerous urban restructuring projects in many countries world-wide, and has become the root to make the city of Paris function as an efficient contemporary city up-to-date. The study aims at properly understanding the meaning and the origin of the urban planning ongoing in our cities these days by investigating how the ideals of the urban planning in the last century have affected the reality and how it has been transformed in the process of its realization.

이 논문에서는 런던주의의 소위 제1세대에 속하는 8개의 New Towns (Basildon,Bracknell,Crawley,Harlow,Hatfield,Hemel Hempstead,StevenageWelwyn Garden City)와 빠리 주위의 5개의 신도시 (Cergy-Pontoise,Evry,St.-Quentin-en-Yveline,Marne-la-Vallee,Melun-Senart)를 대상으로 하여,신도시의 성격을 결정짓는 주요요소들인 도시의 입지,규모,도시구조, 인구와 고용구조의 특징을 비교 분석하고 이들 신도시들을 실현시킬수 있었던 행정조적과 재정을 살펴보았다.
Schottky Barrier Gate Charge Coupled Device의 전위와 전계 분포에 관한 2차원 해석

Two dimensional analysis for the potential and electric field distribution of Schottky barrier gate charge coupled device has been carried out by nonlinear over relaxation method for various channel thickness, plate length, doping concentration and gap size. More exact results are obtained by the two dimensional analysis which considers plate gap effect and other plate influence ignored in one dimensional analysis. As compared with SCCD and BCCD, the SBG-CCD is found to have advantages of providing a higher charge handling capacity and a higher efficiency. The maximum potential is found to be considerable sensitive to the doping concentration, gate length, channel thickness and gate voltage. It is also found that the fringing field and gap barrier were influenced by gate length, channel thickness and gate voltage.
2015 특수교육 기본 교육과정 과학과 성취기준의 중요도와 적합도에 대한 중등 특수교사의 인식

Purpose: This study sought to reconstruct the curriculum at the school site or present basic data on future curriculum revisions by determining whether the achievement standards of the 2015 Special Education Basic Curriculum "Science" are appropriate for middle and high school students. Method: The study survey was conducted on teachers who taught or majored in science at special schools, and a total of 80 responses were analyzed. The questionnaire was asked to respond according to a four-point Likert scale, and the difference between the importance and suitability of the achievement criteria in each area and the recognition of importance and suitability was analyzed. Results: The study, the importance and suitability of achievement standards in each area were higher in elementary schools than in middle schools or high schools, which are mostly in question, However, the importance and suitability of achievement standards, which are closely related to implementation, were higher in high school achievement standards. In other words, teachers are important to the content of the science department according to the degree of closeness to real life, and are perceived as suitable for students. The difference between materiality and conformity was different for each achievement criterion, However, almost all achievement criteria were found to be less suitable than materiality. Conclusion: The study suggest that achievement standards in the basic curriculum science department of special education need to be developed considering of the characteristics and levels of students with intellectual disabilities rather than simply lowering the level in the future.
