        We applied electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array and small-loop electromagnetic survey to delineate the zone of seawater inflow through a tide embankment. The tide embankment is generally affected by tidal variation and has low resistivity characteristic due to the high saturation of seawater. For this reason, the electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array, which is relatively more effective to the conductive media, was carried out to detect the inflow zone of seawater and small-loop electromagnetic survey using multi-frequency with 300 to 20,010 Hz was conducted. As a result of both electrical resistivity survey using modified pole-pole array and small -loop electromagnetic survey, these survey methods are found to be quite effective for investigation of seawater inflow zone in the sea dike.

        For properation of Red liquor (Hong-Ju) which is well known in korea as Tonic liquor. Lithospermi Radix has been utilized as coloring material. Followings are the study of toxicity and T. L. C. on Lithospermi pigment. The pigment of Lithospermi Radix is obtained from benzene extraction of Lithospermi Radix which is barked and washed with water. The pigmental substance is subnitted on Thine-layer Chromatography and obtained 6 chromatogram. When pigmental substance is hydrolyzed with alkali solution, only chromatogram Ⅲ is enlarged. May be, one can guess enlarged chromatogram Ⅲ as Shikonin. Lethal dose of the Lithospermi Radix pigmental substance by oral administration to mice is 297.4-400.2㎎/㎏.

        High Functional GdB2C3O7-x Thin Films Fabricated by Pulsed Laser Deposition

        REBCO coated conductors (RE: rare earth elements) have recently drawn great attention since they are known to possess stronger flux pinning centers in high magnetic fields compared with YBCO coated conductors. In this study, GdBa2Cu3O7-d(GdBCO) was selected to investigate the influence of the distance between target and substrate and substrate temperature on the superconducting properties of GdBCO films on the SrTiO3(100) substrate. Samples were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) with a Nd:YAG laser (355nm). Under a given oxygen pressure of 800mTorr, we changed the distance between target and substrate from 5.5cm to 7.0cm and the substrate temperature from 750℃ to 850℃. The crystallinity and texture of GdBCO films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the surface morphology was observed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Tc and Jc values were measured by the four point probe method. High quality GdBCO films with Tc of 89.7K and Jc over 1 MA/cm2 at 77 K in self field were successfully fabricated by optimizing processing parameters. The detailed processing conditions, microstructure and superconducting properties will be presented for a discussion.

        Modulith SLK 체외충격파쇄석기를 이용한 요로결석 440례의 임상경험

        Purpose: We describe our clinical experience of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(SWL) using Modulith SLK in 440 cases of urinary calculi. Materials and Methods: The records of 440 cases of urinary stones treated by Modulith SLK lithotriptor, from October, 2002 to June, 2004, were reviewed retrospectively. The size and location of stones, number of sessions, auxiliary procedures, success rate and complications were statistically analysed. Results: The total success rate was 95.7%(421/440 cases), and according to stone location was 98.2% in the kidney and 94.1% in the ureter. The success rate according to stone size was 97.1%, 91.1%, 92.9% and 80% for below 10mm, 11-20mm, 21-30mm and over 30mm, respectively. The success rate within 3 sessions was 82.7%. The average number of treatment session was 2.14. The complications after SWL were gross hematuria in 316 cases(71.8%), renal colic in 83(18.9%), steinstrasse in 19(4.3%), and fever in 2(0.5%). All of the complications were controlled by conservative management only. As an auxiliary procedure, double J stent insertion was done in 22 cases, percutaneous nephrostomy(PCN) in 1, ureteroscopic removal of stone(URS) in 15, percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PNL) in 3, and ureterolithotomy in 1. Conclusions: Modulith SLK lithotriptor is considered to be an effective and safe tool for the first line treatment of urinary calculi.

        3차원 구조를 고려한 전기비저항 탐사자료 해석을 통한 국내 저수지 제체 안전성 분석

        저수지 제체는 3차원 전기비저항 구조로 구성되어 있기 때문에, 전기비저항 격자구조에 담수호의 수위변화에따른 제체 내부의 침윤선 변동과 함께 담수호의 전기전도도가 고려되지 않는 경우 전기비저항 역산 결과가 왜곡될 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 3차원 전기비저항 탐사 모델링을 통하여, 저수지의 3차원 비저항 구조와 저수지 수위의 변화에 따른제체 내부의 비저항 변화를 해석하였다. 이 분석 결과에 근거하여 국내 283개소 저수지를 대상으로 3차원 모델링에 의한2차원 이론자료와 현장 2차원 탐사자료에 대한 역산 결과를 비교하였다. 마지막으로 두 역산의 비가 50% 이상이 되는저수지를 추가 정밀조사 대상 저수지로 선정하였다. Resistivity inversion result may be distorted if the seepage line fluctuation within central core with the change of reservoir water level as well as the conductivity of the reservoir water is not taken into consideration because the reservoir dike is composed of three-dimensional (3D) resistivity structure. Consequently, to accurately analyze the resistivity changes inside the reservoir dike according to the change of reservoir water level, 3D electrical resistivity modeling for the 2D survey line considering topography and physical properties of dam components was carried out. In addition, 2D inversion was performed with the simulated 2D resistivity data for a given 3D model in order to compare it with the inversion result of real field data. For 283 reservoirs in Korea, 2D inversion results for the simulated 2D data and field 2D resistivity data were compared. Finally, the reservoirs with an inversion ratio of 50% or less were selected as reservoirs that require further precise investigation.

        방조제 제체 보강에 따른 기수호 수질 및 제체 수리지질 특성 변화

        To evaluate the effectiveness of reinforcement for prevention of seawater inflow through embankment, we carried out the spatial analysis with kriging method for measured electrical conductivities (EC) at eight points located within the brackish water reservoir and analyzed cross-correlation of water level variations with tide at four monitoring wells at the embankment before and after the reinforcement. From the EC variation during two years before and after reinforcement, it was inferred that seawater inflow regions were through the lower region of embankment where the high EC regions were identified before reinforcement while the high EC regions were moved to the inner brackish water reservoir after reinforcement. From correlation analysis results of water level variations at selected monitoring wells with tide, it was demonstrated that integrity of the embankment was improved because both time lags and maximum cross-correlation coefficient values were markedly increased and decreased, respectively. From this study, these two methods are revealed to be effective to evaluate reinforcement for embankment. 방조제 제체를 통한 해수유입의 차단 효과를 평가하기 위하여, 기수호 내 8개 지점에서 보강공사 전후 약 2년간 정기적으로 심도별 전기전도도 및 온도 변화를 측정하였다. 또한 제체에 설치된 4곳의 수위관측공에서 측정된 수위변화 자료를 조위변화와 교차상관분석을 실시하였다. 약 2년간의 전기전도도 분포를 분석한 결과 보강공사 이전에 북서쪽에 형성된 높은 전기전도도 분포 범위가 보강공사 이후 서쪽으로 변화했으며, 전체적으로 전기전도도값이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 제체에 설치된 수위관측공의 수위변화 자료를 조위와 교차상관 분석한 결과 시간지연과 교차상관계수가 각각 현저하게 증가 및 감소함에 따라 제체 보강공사에 의한 해수유입 현상이 차단되는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 정기적인 기수호내의 전기전도도 공간분석과 조위변화에 따른 제제내의 수위변화의 교차상관분석 기법은 방조제 제체의 보강효과를 평가하는데 유용한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

        제주도 지하수 관정 내 질산성질소 오염도 평가

        In this study, the evaluation standard for nitrate nitrogen contamination degree (WELCUP) was established using six factors that influence the groundwater quality in Jeju Island. To do this, weightings, ranges, and ratings were assigned for each factor and the relative possibility of nitrate nitrogen contamination degree was evaluated using WELCUP index for each well. As a result of calculating the WELCUP index using groundwater quality data of 5,112 wells in Jeju Island for 27 years (1993-2019), all 61 wells with the WELCUP index value higher than 100 are distributed in Daejung and Hangyung watershed with relatively large area of farmland in Jeju Island. In particular, as the ratio of private wells is more than 64%, it is necessary that systematic management is needed for private wells in terms of nitrate nitrogen contamination. Consequently, based on the results of applying the WELCUP evaluation standard, it is necessary to select the prioritization of nitrate nitrogen contamination pathways project for groundwater wells in Jeju Island.

        해외 지적측량사업 마케팅에 관한 연구 - 오만 및 중동지역을 대상으로 -

        우리나라의 지적제도는 1912년 토지조사 사업 이후 현재까지 100여 년 동안 국토의 효율적 이용과 국민의 소유권 보호를 위해 끊임없는 발전을 거듭해 왔다. 특히 GPS위성측량과 IT기술의 발전은 아날로그 지적측량방식을 디지털방식으로 탈바꿈하게 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대한지적공사는 70년 이상 축적된 높은 기술력과 현대화된 장비 및 풍부한 인적자원을 기반으로 지난 2006년부터 지적측량을 해외에 수출하기 시작하였으며 2009년 말 현재 총 7개국의 해외사업을 수주하여 업무수행을 완료하였다. 또한 현재 약 500만 달러 규모의 자메이카 토지행정관리사업과 아제르바이잔 신도시개발 사업을 수행 중에 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 해외사업은 先 계약, 後 사업수행 방식의 수동적 업무 형식을 채택하였으나, 2009년 말에는 오만 및 중동지역을 중심으로 최초의 공격적 마케팅 방식으로 사업을 수행하였다. 본 논문은 최근 지적공사가 오만에서 공격적으로 실시한 시장개척 사례를 분석해보고 마케팅 노하우를 공유하여 향후 중동지역을 비롯한 국외의 해외사업 개발에 있어서 효율적인 업무처리와 사전 준비에 따른 중복 투자를 배제하여 성공적인 마케팅을 수행할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. The Korean Cadastre system has been steadily developed to use the nation’s territory efficiently and protect public's land ownership for 100 years since the Land Investigation Project in 1912. Especially, the development of GPS satellite surveying and IT technology converted the analog process of cadastral survey into digital one. Based on those, Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation, what we call KCSC, has begun to perform overseas cadastre businesses with high technology, modernized equipment, and abundant manpower since 2006, and it has completed 7 overseas businesses. Furthermore, Jamaica and Azerbaijan projects are carrying on now. As a matter of fact, KCSC has preferred to perform overseas businesses after pre-contracts. However, KCSC aggressively tried to carry out marketing for overseas business at the end of 2009, particularly focusing on Oman and Middle East areas. The main objective of this study is to analyze the case of aggressive marketing in Oman and to share the marketing know-how for efficient business procedure and to avoid overlapping investment in middle east areas.
