        밀키트(가정간편식) 중 농산물의 잔류농약 안전성 조사

        밀키트 중 농산물의 잔류농약 안전성 조사를 위해 인천광역시 내 대형마트, 밀키트 전문점 및 온라인 스토어에서 밀키트 27개 제품을 수거하여 원재료 중 채소류 76품목, 버섯류 37품목을 대상으로 잔류농약 339 항목에 대해 분석하였다. 채소류 76품목 중 23품목에서 잔류농약이 검출되었으며, 버섯류 37품목은 검출되지 않았다. 잔류농약 검출률은 20.4%(23건/113건)를 보였으며 평균적으로 인천광역시 유통 농산물의 잔류농약 검출률이 8.0%인것과 비교해 보면 2배 이상 높게 검출된 것을 알 수 있었다. 조사결과 23건의 잔류농약이 검출된 시료에서 총 45 항목이 검출되었으며, 잔류농약 종류는 29 항목인 것으로 나타났다. 살충제 17 항목(37.8%), 살균제 16 항목(35.5%), 살응애제(살비제) 9 항목(20%), 식물생장조절제 3 항목(6.7%)이었다. 검출된 잔류농약 중 청경채에서 2건이 농약 잔류허용기준을 초과하였으며 초과된 농약은 famoxadone 0.034 mg/kg(기준: 0.01 mg/kg 이하, PLS), fenpyroximate 0.302 mg/kg(기준: 0.01 mg/kg 이하, PLS)이었다. 부적합률은 1.8%(2건/113건)이며, 평균적인 부적합률 1.2%와 비슷하게 나타났다. 이번 조사를 통해 밀키트 중 농산물에 다양한 종류의 농약이 잔류하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 밀키트 제품의 특성상 농산물에 대한 잔류농약 기준이 따로 설정되어 있지 않기 때문에 잔류농약에 대한 지속적인 모니터링이 필요하다고 판단된다. To investigate residual pesticide levels in agricultural products contained in Meal-kits, 27 Meal-kit products were collected from marts, Meal-kit shops, and online stores in Incheon City, South Korea. Seventy-six vegetable and thirty-seven mushroom products were analyzed for residual levels of 339 pesticides. Residual pesticides were detected in 23 out of 76 vegetables and were not present in the 37 mushroom products. The residual pesticide detection rate was 20.4% (23/113 cases). The pesticides famoxadone 0.034 mg/kg (standard: 0.01 mg/kg or less, PLS) and fenpyroximate 0.302 mg/kg (standard: 0.01 mg/kg or less, PLS) exceeded their maximum residue levels (MRL). This survey revealed that various types of pesticides remain in agricultural products in Meal-kits. Due to the nature of Meal-kit products, there is no separate standard for residual pesticides in agricultural products. Therefore, continuous monitoring of residual pesticides is necessary.

        마황(麻黃) 추출물이 항산화에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidative effects of Ephedrae Herba extract. Methods : Total antioxidant status was examined by total antioxidant capacity(TAC), total antioxidant response(TAR) against potent free radical reactions, total phenolic content, DPPH radical scavenging activities, and the inhibitory effect of the extract on lipid peroxidation in rat liver mitochondria. Results : 1. TAC and TAR of Ephedrae Herba extract at the concentration of 5mg/ml were 3.76 and 1.65 mM Trolox equivalents , respectively. 2. Total phenolic content of Ephedrae Herba extract at the concenuation of 5mg/ml was 3.52 mM gallic acid equivalent. 3. Concentration of Ephedrae Herba extract at which DPPH radical scavenging activity was inhibited by 50% was 0.46mg/ml as compared to 100% by pyrogallol solution as a reference. 4. Ephedrae Herba extract at the concentration of 2mg/ml significantly decreased TBARS concentration by 97%, showing that Ephedrae Herba extract prevented lipid peroxidation at the low concentration. Conclusion : Thus antioxidant effects of Ephedrae Herba extract appear to be due to, at least in part, the prevention from free radicalsinduced oxidation, followed by inhibition of lipid peroxidation.

        정치,법교육에서의 대안적 학습 경험 제안 -자유와 자유권을 중심으로-

        The concepts of liberty and right to freedom are one of the most important contents in civic education. But the analysis of curriculum and textbooks revealed that there are less contents which can achieve democratic, active, autonomous objectives related to liberty. Rather, Textbooks have only list of right of freedom statically. Can it be helpful students in gaining democratic capacity? For this reason, I propose that the harm principle can be used in education of liberty on behalf of list of right to freedom. The harm principle, articulated by John Stuart Mill, holds that the actions of individuals should only be limited to prevent harm to other individuals. It is considered that it has several advantages to put this principle to use in civic education. For example, this principle can help students to improve their own thinking abilities. Furthermore, it can also give reality to students to make a decision such as moral enforcement problems. Therefore, I hope the harm principle can be reflected in textbooks and curriculum, or teaching and learning situations.

        사회과 교과서의 텍스트 구조 분석을 위한 기초 연구 -정량적 분석 방법의 제안-

        The purpose of this study is to suggest ‘a method of quantitative analysis about textbook content structure’ on the textbook analysis. A good text of textbooks have well-organized coherence and structuring which are characterized by textuality. However, previous studies of social studies textbook analysis seemed not to be rigorously on methodology aspects and so leaned to content analysis which is not likely to be extended universally. In this article, thus, the analysis index that can be extended universally is developed through quantitative analysis about structure of text. This index is based upon five categories of text structure; that is, the relation of ‘core-description’, ‘enumeration’, ‘equivalence’, ‘cause and effect’, and ‘problem-settlement’. And the categories are weighted in accordance with the degree of text completion. Then, the analysis index named ‘textuality index’ is developed. It is hoped that this method of analysis will be contributed to extend the related area of studies such as comparative analysis among content or textbook.

        사회과 교육과정 연구의 동향 분석

        This article is aimed at exploratory analysis of trends of social studies curriculum researches and it also aims to draw implication about future direction of curriculum research from the analysis. The criteria of analysis include research topic, research method, research area and year of research publication. And based on this, frequency and cross-tab analysis is conducted. First, The results of domestic research trends are as follows: There are features accounted for the curriculum and textbook analysis being a large proportion of research topic, the quantitative research being a large proportion of research method and the research about entire area being a large proportion of research area. In addition to this, the number of social studies curriculum researches increases sharply since 2000. Also, this study found that in the area of curriculum transition and development, qualitative research is employed to a considerable at significant-level. Also, literature and theoretical research is significant in terms of curriculum research area. Lastly, quantitative research is significant in terms of curriculum and textbook analysis. The fact that qualitative research is prevalent in the early 2000`s and quantitative research is prevalent since the late 2000`s is a noteworthy feature. Next, the results of international comparative analysis are as follows: Compared to the foreign research, domestic research has a striking convergence to research topic and method aspects. Furthermore, we have found that our domestic research have a distinguishing research tendency: first, the field of individual subject curriculum is actively discussed and studied, second the number of study about curriculum field soars since 2000`s. We need to develop.

        준법교육의 의의와 한계에 관한 고찰

        If a compliance education can be regarded with educational activities that carry out compliance with laws and universal values directly or indirectly, recent LRE(Law-Related Education) is thought to be inclined to compliance activities. In a compliance education, the significance that we ought to concentrate on are : to prevent crime and delinquency more effectively; to reduce the recidivism rate of juvenile delinquents; to enhance the learner``s cognitive abilities about the law and order; to promote social skills such as personal relations, decision-making abilities and so on; to cultivate attitudes and values that is related to law systems and orders. Despite these achievements, a compliance education also has some limitations in terms of psychological and educational aspects. First, some students who simply forced to comply with the rules of the law can be one of the useless case in internalizing pro-social values. Second, citizenship education is beyond cultivating compliance with law and social values. After all, alternative LRE such as law-making education, judicial review education are added to a compliance training activities.

        인터넷 사용과 청소년의 법의식

        The purpose of this study is to verify Legal Consciousness of Youth depending on the type of internet use. Internet using type factor is classified 1) Internet Day average using time(hour), 2) Internet total using period(year), 3) mainly using content of internet(six sub-factor, that is chat/messenger, on-line game, getting information, managing homepage, and many others). In order to measure correlation of legal consciousness of youth and the type of internet use, survey method was particularly conducted. The findings from data analyses are as follows. First, legal consciousness of youth is decreased gradually as internet day average using time is increased. (esp., legal knowledge, legal interest, confidence to the law) Second, this study has found no significant correlation of Internet total using period and legal consciousness of youth. Third, legal consciousness of youth is partially differentiated depending on the mainly using content of internet(esp., legal knowledge and legal interest). However there was no significant interaction effect between Internet Day average using time factor and mainly using content factor.

      • 가우시안 잡음 제거를 위한 소벨 연산자 기반의 개선된 가이디드 이미지 필터링 기법

        최근 촬영 기기의 기술발전으로 인해 디지털 영상의 해상도가 증가함에 따라 선명한 디지털 영상에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구에도 불구하고 디지털 영상 내 가우시안 잡음 (gaussian noise)은 촬영 기기를 통해 영상 획득 및 처리 과정에서 발생하여 화질을 열화 시킨다. 디지털 이미지에서 발생하는 가우시안 잡음을 제거하기 위해서 기존의 저대역 통과 필터 (low-pass filter: LPF)를 사용하연 잡음은 제거되지만, 블러링 현상 (blurring phenomenon)이 나타난다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 소벨 연산자 (sobel operator)를 사용하여 영상 내 에지 맵 (edge-map)을 생생하여 에지 영역과 동질 영역을 구분한다. 에지 영역에서는 약한 저역 필터 (weak low-pass filter)를 사용하고, 그 외의 이미지 영역에서는 강한 저역 필터 (strong low-pass filter)를 사용하는 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 그리고 다양한 이미지에 대하여 기존 알고리듬과 제안한 알고리듬의 적용한 결과를 통해 주관적 화질 비교하였고 객관적 지표로 최대 신호 대 잡음비 (peak signal-to noise ratio: PSNR) 와 구조 유사성 (structural similarity: SSIM)을 사용하여 성능을 평가하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 알고리듬이 잡음 재거 및 외곽선 보존의 우수함을 확인하였다.
