의학계는 2020년 국내노인성 치매환자가 60만명을 넘을 것으로 예상하고 있다. 현재 연령별 치매 환자 비율은 70대 3%, 85~89세 23%, 95세 이상이 58%로 나이에 따라 급격히 증가한다는 것도 주목해야 할 일이다. "21세기의 병"이라 불리우고 있는 치매는 환자 자신뿐 아니라 가족들의 삶까지도 심각한 영향을 미치고 있으며 삶의 질을 떨어뜨려 결국은 가족을 황폐화시킬 정도로 많은 부담과 고통을 동반하고 사회적으로도 심각한 문제가 되고 있다는 지적도 있다. 본 논문은 치매예방센터를 운영하는 대학의 치매예방센터의 프로그램에 참여하여 일정기간 노인들과 함께 프로그램에 참여하며 치매예방 프로그램에 대한 적극적인 개발과 치매예방 인력의 전문화를 위해 노인들과 함께 했다. The medical world has predicted that in 2020, the numbers of senile dementia patients in Korea will be more than 600,000. Currently, the distributions of dementia patients according to ages are 3% in the 70s, 23% between 85-89 years, and 58% over 95 years; further, it should be noted that the incidence rates sharply increase with age. Dementia, dubbed "disease of the 21st century", affects not only the patient but also the lives of the patient's family, decreases the family's quality of life, and sometimes accompanies enough burden and pain to destroy some families, and it is sometimes noted to cause significant problems in the society. This study was conducted at a dementia prevention center at a university by enrolling senior patients participating in the dementia prevention center program. The study aimed to actively develop dementia prevention programs and train specialized workforce for dementia prevention.
3상 유동층 반응기에서 기상 Acetic acid의 광분해 반응에 관한 연구

Extensive works have been done on the photocatalytic treatment of environmental pollutants using semiconductors like TiO2 and metal/TiO2. However the photocatalytic reaction has a limitation to be used in industrial applications because the observed treatment capacity were very low. In order to increase the capacity ofphotocatalytic decomposition, the fluidized photocatalytic reactor system had been adopted in this study. As the results, higher photocatalytic decomposition for acetic acid was continuously kept until 1600 min compared with non-photocatalytic conditions. The acetic acid photodecomposition was the best in the case of 0.5g catalyst/L addition. In particular photocatalytic decomposition of acetic acid over pure TiO2 and AI-TiO2, AI-TiO2 had a higher removal rate than pure TiO2. It was attributed to increase of hydroxyl groups, structural stabilities and acidic site in AI-TiO2.
소도구 재활운동이 중년여성들의 기능적 체력과 근 통증유발 및 신체스트레스에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted for the purpose of improving life fitness, reducing muscle pain, and improving physical stress in middle-aged women through small tool rehabilitation exercises. A total of 20 subjects were divided into 10 exercise groups and 10 control groups. As a result of applying the small tool rehabilitation exercise for 8 weeks using 4 tools, the following conclusions could be drawn. As a result of performing rehabilitation exercise using small tools, all the factors (muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, and flexibility) increased in life fitness, and decreased in muscle pain induction and physical stress, showing statistically significant results. Looking at the above results, it could be concluded that the rehabilitation exercise with props improves life fitness, reduces muscle pain incidence, and improves physical stress in middle-aged women. This is because for middle-aged women who were not able to access small tools rehabilitation exercises in advance, a new type of rehabilitation exercise could prevent and reduce musculoskeletal diseases in real life. If you proceed in consideration of the intensity, frequency, and time of exercise, I expect that you will be able to live a healthy middle age and reach old age.

Objective The purpose of this case-control study was done to examine the relationship among the acute brain infarction, silent brain infarction and blood lipids. Methods We compared the components of blood lipids among acute brain infarction patients group (n=99), silent brain infarction patients group(n=101) and controls group (n=153). The analysis of the data was done by Frequency Analysis, one-way ANOVA, Post Hoc Test(Duncan), Pearson's Correlation. Results The results were as follows. High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-Chol) was significantly lower in patients of acute brain infarctions group. The blood levels of total cholesterol(T-Chol) was significantly higher in patients of silent brain infarctions. A study on the relationship among the significant variables ; In T-Chol and HDL-Chol, DM(No=0, Yes=1) and Age, they had positive correlation each other. Between Sex(Female=0, Male=1) and HDL-Chol, Age and HDL-Chol, DM and HDL-Chol, they had negative correlation each other. Conclusions These results suggest that low HDL-Chol may be risk factor of acute brain infarction.
재활필라테스 운동과 영양물질 섭취가 비만여성들의 대사성 질환 위험인자와 생리적 기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rehabilitation Pilates exercise and nutrients(catechin) intake on obese women who are interested in diet, and how they affect metabolic disease risk factors and physiological functions. Conclusions could be drawn. When looking at the risk factors of metabolic diseases in obese women, the body composition showed a statistically significant result with a decrease in body fat percentage and BMI. In addition, there was a statistically significant result with a decrease in waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, and an increase in HDL-C, and there was a significant change in TG and systolic and diastolic blood pressure, but no statistically significant result. The results of α-amylase, a stress factor that directly affects physiological function items in obese women, showed a statistically significant decrease after rehabilitation Pilates exercise and nutrients (catechin) intake. Therefore, as a result of performing rehabilitation Pilates exercise and catechin intake, it was concluded that it improves the metabolic disease risk factors and physiological functions. Therefore, rehabilitation Pilates exercise and nutrients(catechin) intake are thought to be able to prevent and improve not only the diet of obese women but also chronic diseases that can be found in middle age. It is expected that this exercise will lead to a healthy life if it is carried out in consideration of the intensity and time of exercise by continuously prolonging.
