금융회사 대형 IT프로젝트 추진 시 외주직원에 대한 보안정책 적용 사례 연구

금융회사에서는 내부자에 의한 개인정보유출 방지 및 내부통제 강화를 위하여 출력물 보안, 인터넷 망 분리시 스템, 고객정보분리보관, 개인정보 암호화, 개인정보검색, DLP(Data Loss Prevention), 출력물보안, 개인정보모니터링 시스템 등의 보안 솔루션을 도입 운영하고 있다. 아울러 금융회사는 금융 소비채널의 변화 및 금융상품의 패러다임 변 화를 겪으며 무한경쟁시대로 진입하고 있다. 금융회사가 보유한 고객정보의 보안에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. ‘2014 년 1월 발생한 카드 3사 대량고객정보 유출 사고는 외주 직원 한 명이 주요 카드사의 고객 개인정보를 탈취하여 대출 광고업자와 대출모집인에게 팔아 넘겨졌던 사례이다. 대형 보안사고가 발생한지 3년여의 시간이 흐른 지금도 IT 외주 인력의 보안 위협은 여전하다. 정부 및 감독기관은 ’금융분야 개인정보 유출 재발방지 종합대책‘ 이행 점검 및 개인정보 유출에 대한 금융회사 제재수준 강화를 진행하고 있다. 본 논문은 금융회사 대형 IT프로젝트 추진 시에 외주직원에 대 한 보안정책 적용 사례 분석을 통해 IT프로젝트 성공 및 효율적인 보안 준수를 위한 정책 설정을 연구함으로서 대형 IT프로젝트의 성공과 외주인력의 보안사고 위험도를 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 사례를 통해 제시해 보고자 한다. Financial firms strengthen to protect personal information from the leakage, introducing various security solutions such as print output security, internet network Isolation system, isolationg strorage of customer information, encrypting personal information, personal information detecting system, data loss prevention, personal information monitoring system, and so on. Financial companies are also entering the era of cutthroat competition due to accept of the new channels and the paradigm shift of financial instruments. Accordingly, The needs for security for customer information held by financial firms are keep growing. The large security accidents from the three card companies on January 2014 were happened, the case in which one of the outsourcing personnel seized customer personal information from the system of the thress card companies and sold them illegally to a loan publisher and lender. Three years after the large security accidents had been passed, nevertheless the security threat of the IT outsourcing workforce still exists. The governments including the regulatory agency realted to the financail firms are conducting a review efforts to prevent the leakage of personal information as well as strengthening the extent of the sanction. Through the analysis on the application of security policy for outsourcing personnel in case of large-scale Financial IT projects and the case study of appropriate security policies for security compliance, the theis is proposing a solution for both successfully completing large-scale financial IT Project and so far as possible minizing the risk from the security accidents by the outsouring personnel.

Multimodal system by data fusion and synergetic neural network

In this paper, we present the multimodal system based on the fusion of two user-friendly biometric modalities: Iris and Face. In order to reach robust identification and verification we are going to combine two different biometric features. we specifically apply 2-D discrete wavelet transform to extract the feature sets of low dimensionality from iris and face. And then to obtain Reduced Joint Feature Vector(RJFV) from these feature sets, Direct Linear Discriminant Analysis (DLDA) is used in our multimodal system. In addition, the Synergetic Neural Network(SNN) is used to obtain matching score of the preprocessed data. This system can operate in two modes: to identify a particular person or to verify a person's claimed identity. Our results for both cases show that the proposed method leads to a reliable person authentication system.

얼굴인식을 위해 효과적인 차원축소 방법을 사용한 특징추출

얼굴 데이터를 사용하는 인식 시스템에서 특징 벡터의 차원은 일반적으로 매우 크다. 패턴인식에서 차원 축소는 중요한 문제로서, 효과적인 얼굴 인식을 위한 특징 벡터의 차원 축소는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 획득된 얼굴 데이터로부터 저 차원의 강건한 특징을 얻기 위하여 웨이블릿을 사용하고, 식별력 있는 특징을 얻기 위하여 direct linear discriminant analysis를 사용하였다. Direct linear discriminant analysis 방법을 사용하기 이전에 웨이블릿을 사용함으로써 계산 복잡도를 줄여줄 뿐만 아니라 식별력을 높여주고 효과적으로 얼굴 데이터의 차원을 축소할 수 있음을 보여준다. 얼굴의 패턴정합을 위해서는 최근접 평균 분류기(Nearest Mean Classifier)를 사용하였으며, 최근접 평균 분류기를 사용함으로써 분류를 위한 시간을 최소화하였다. 본 논문에서 인간의 얼굴인식을 위해 제시한 방법이 얼굴패턴을 표현하는 효과적인 방법이며, 시간 및 공간의 절약이라는 측면에서 유리하다는 것을 보여준다.

유튜브 정치‧시사 콘텐츠 맞춤화 기능 이용 정도가 정치 커뮤니케이션 효과에 미치는 영향

Recently, in the information use environment, users select and subscribe to a desired media, genre, topic, etc., or use personalized information through an algorithm recommendation service is active. This study empirically verified how the use of customized functions provided by YouTube, one of the platforms that reveal the most distinct technical characteristics of these new media, affects political knowledge, political ideology extremity, and political participation intentions. Furthermore, the use of customized options verified the mediating effect of political ideology extremity and political knowledge in the relationship between political participation intentions. In addition, we analyzed how the relative degree of viewing of personal channels moderates the relationship between the use of customization and the political effect. For this purpose, a total of 167 samples were collected and analyzed through an online survey for a total of 14 days from September 9 to September 22, 2021. As a result of the study, first, the more the customization options was used, the higher the political knowledge, the higher the political ideology, and the higher the intention to participate in politics. Second, the relative degree of personal channel viewing did not show any moderating effect between the use of customized functions, political knowledge, and extreme political ideology. On the other hand, it was found that there was a significant moderating effect on the intention to participate in politics. 이 연구의 목적은 우선 유튜브 정치·시사 채널 이용자들의 맞춤화 기능 이용 정도가 정치 지식, 정치 이념 극단성, 정치 참여의사에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 더불어 유튜브 기반 채널의 상대적 시청 정도의 조절 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구문제 분석을 위해 온라인 설문조사를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 우선 이용자들의 정치·시사 채널 이용시 맞춤화 기능 이용 정도는 종속변인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 맞춤화 기능 이용이 많을수록 정치 지식 수준과 온·오프라인 정치 참여의사도 높았으며, 정치 이념의 극단성도 높게 나타났다. 다음으로 순수 유튜브 기반 채널의 상대적 시청 정도의 조절 효과는 부분적으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 맞춤화 기능 이용 정도가 정치 참여의사에 미치는 영향을 유의하게 조절하였다. 순수 유튜브 기반 채널 시청이 많은 집단에서는 맞춤화 기능 이용이 증가할수록 온·오프라인 정치 참여의사도 증가했다. 반면 순수 유튜브 기반 채널 시청이 적은 집단에서는 맞춤화 기능 이용 정도가 정치 참여의사에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

시각장애인들을 위한 무선 정보 전송 시스템

This paper proposes a new device for a portable braille device using Atmega128 and solenoid magnets. This braille device is composed of three panels, and each panel has six solenoid dots. This device aims to help the disabled people who cannot communicate with others. As an application example, when a disabled people approach a traffic light, it sends a message via Bluetooth to the proposed device letting people recognize a dangerous area. The message converted from the database is based on standard braille chart.

후판 표면 산화층 색상에 미치는 산화층의 표면 현상 및 상분율의 영향

It was known that the color of Hematite(Fe₂O₃) is red, while Magnetite(Fe₃O₄) is dark blue. To clarify the origin of red color on the steel plate, the relationship between the volume fraction of oxide phases and the color of steel plate was investigated in this study. The volume fraction of Wu¨stite, Magnetite, and Hematite was quantitatively evaluated by a direct comparison X-ray method using crystal structure informations. Furthermore, the effect of volume fraction and the manufacturing process on the surface color of steel plate was investigated. It was found that FRT(final rolling temperature) played an important role on the plate color.

홍채인식을 위한 강건한 특징추출 방법

본 논문에서는 웨이블릿 변환과 Direct LDA(DLDA)을 사용한 홍채 특징추출 방법을 제안한다. 이것은 획득한 홍채 영상으로부터 독특한 특징을 추출하기 위해 특별히 이차원 이산 웨이블릿 변환의 다중해상도 분해 방법을 사용하는 것이다. 또한 홍채의 다양한 웨이블릿 성분으로부터 변별력을 가진 특징을 얻을 수 있도록 DLDA기법을 적용하였다. 이러한 특징추출 방법은 이동이나 회전에 변하지 않는 알고리즘을 요구하는 홍채의 모양을 묘사하는데 적합하다. 홍채 패턴정합을 위해서는 최근접 평균 분류기 (Nearest Mean Classifier)를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 인간의 홍채인식을 위해 제시한 방법이 홍채패턴을 표현하는 효과적인 방법이며, 시간 및 공간의 절약이라는 측면에서 유리하다는 것을 보여준다.

단위 또는 약어의 의미에 맞는 풀 네임(full name) 음성 출력 방법에 관한 연구

현재까지의 음성 출력 시스템은 텍스트를 있는 그대로 읽어 주는 것에 불과했다. 단위, 약어의 경우 알파벳을 그대로 읽어 주게 되어 그 본래의 의미를 제대로 파악하기 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 단위나 약어의 본래의 의미를 찾아서 풀어서 음성 변환해 주는 방법을 제안함으로써 시각 장애인에게도 텍스트의 정확한 정보를 전달할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

최대 분산을 이용한 홍채 시스템의 기울기 보정

현재 연구되고 있는 대부분의 홍채인식 기술은 홍채영역 추출 시, 획득된 눈 영상의 기울기가 일정하다는 가정에 기초하고 있다. 그러나 머리가 일정한 기울기를 가지고 있지 않다면 인식률의 저하를 가져오게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 보완하기 위한 방안으로, PCA를 이용하여 분산이 최대가 되는 방향을 구하고 이를 기준으로 홍채데이터를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 우리가 제안하는 방법을 사용하여 실제 다양한 기울기로 취득한 모든 눈 영상에 대한 실험을 한 결과, 98.97%의 인식률을 얻어 비교적 일정한 홍채영역을 추출할 수 있음을 입증하였다.
