        한·일어에 나타난 영어 기원 색채 어휘의 소비 양상: 레드와 블랙을 중심으로

        . This paper analyzes the usage of ‘red’ and ‘black’ vocabulary, which originates from English, in Korea and Japan. The main research findings are summarized as follows. Firstly, the usage of both ‘red’ and ‘black’ words and expressions is more extensive in Korean compared to Japanese, and they have a larger vocabulary. Secondly, there are instances where some English-derived color vocabulary is interpreted differently in Korea and Japan. For example, the term ‘red line’ signifies ‘political and economic’ in Korean, while in Japanese, it is associated with ‘sports.’ Thirdly, the combination of ‘English + English’ is overwhelmingly predominant in both Korean and Japanese. Fourthly, concerning the color ‘red,’ Korean exhibits a greater number of modified and coined words. Fifthly, ‘black’ is perceived positively in Korean, indicating ‘high-end, luxury brands,’ which is a usage not found in Japanese.

        근로자 건강진단제도의 적용 확대에 관한 법적 연구: 특수형태근로종사자의 보호를 위한 관점

        「산업안전보건법」상 근로자 건강진단은 국민으로서의 건강권 보장의 차원이라기보다는 근로능력의 유지 및 발현을 위한 전제조건으로서 건강장해를 사전적으로 차단하거나 사후적으로 제거하기 위한 노동제도로서의 의의를 가진다. 그러나 노동법 영역에서 건강진단의 목적은 국민으로서 가지는 건강권의 가치와 결코 분리될 수는 없는 것이라는 점에서, 건강진단제도의 본질은 비단 노동영역의 산업재해 예방 및 건강 보호의 취지에만 국한되는 것이 아니라 국가전반적인 노동의 질을 담보한다는 차원에서 규명되어야 한다. 지금까지 「근로기준법」상 근로자가 아닌 노무제공자의 노동법적 보호 확장의 필요성 및 방안에 대한 다양한 논의는 지속되어 왔고, 현재 그 성과는 고용보험과 산재보험 적용대상의 확대로 전개되고 있다. 이러한 사후적 노동보호제도의 확대와 맞물려 사전적 노동보호제도인 건강진단의 확대 가능성은 충분한 설득력을 가진다. 그러나 통상적인 노무계약관계에서 형성되는 사업주와 근로자의 당사자관계와는 달리, 건강진단제도는 사업주의 건강진단 실시 의무 및 근로자의 건강진단 수검 의무를 중심으로 설계되어 있다. 따라서 건강진단제도를 통한 건강권의 보장은 권리내용의 자유로운 처분이 전제되어야 한다는 점에서, 건강진단 수검 의무 부과를 전제한 제도적 포섭은 제도적용여부에 대한 선택가능성을 보장하는 방향으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 고용보험 및 산재보험과는 달리, 건강진단은 「국민건강보험법」상의 건강검진수급권의 행사를 통하여 동일한 내용의 수검 보장이 가능하다는 점에서, 전속성을 전제하는 특수형태근로종사자에 대한 건강진단제도의 포섭이 특정 사업주에 대한 건강진단 실시 의무 및 건강진단대상자에 대한 수검 의무 부과에 따른 부담을 다소 면피할 수 있는 적정한 확대범위로 생각된다. Worker health examination under the 「Occupational Safety and Health Act」 is not intended to guarantee the right to health as a citizen, but is a prerequisite for maintaining and developing working ability and is meant as a labor system to prevent or eliminate health disorders in advance. However, in the field of labor law, the purpose of health examination cannot be separated from the value of the right to health as a citizen. Accordingly the essence of health examinations is not limited to the purpose of preventing industrial accidents and protecting health in the labor area, but also to the purpose of protecting the health of the national government. And It must be investigated with a view to ensuring the overall quality of labor. Until now, various discussions have continued on the necessity and ways to expand labor legal protection for labor providers other than employees under the 「Labor Standards Act」, and the results are currently being developed through the expansion of employment insurance and industrial accident insurance coverage. In conjunction with the expansion of this labor protection system, the possibility of expanding health examinations is sufficiently persuasive. However, unlike the relationship between employers and workers formed in a typical labor contract relationship, the health examination system is designed around the employer's obligation to conduct a health examination and the worker's obligation to undergo a health examination. Therefore, in that the guarantee of the right to health through the health examination system must be premised on the free disposal of the right, institutional inclusion based on the imposition of the obligation to undergo a health examination should be done in a way that guarantees the possibility of choosing whether or not to apply the system. In addition, because health examinations of the same content are possible through the exercise of the right to receive health screening under the 「National Health Insurance Act」 unlike employment insurance and industrial accident insurance, the inclusion of the health examination system for persons in Special Types of Employment is considered to be an appropriate scope of expansion that can somewhat avoid the burden of imposing the obligation to conduct health examinations on employers and the obligation to undergo medical examinations for those subject to health examinations.

        The Effect of SNS Quality Factors on Perceived Value and Consumer Purchase Intention in the Food Service Industry Culture

        This study intends to study the impact of SNS quality factors of food service industry Culture on perceived value and purchase Intention fromthe perspectives of both consumers and companies in the food service industry Culture, as well as how perceived value factors effect purchase Intention. Data for the survey was collected from general consumers that utilize the SNS of food service companies through questionnaires, and analysis of the data was performed via SPSS and AMOS software. Based on previous studies, the SNS quality factors of food service companies were classified as information quality, system quality, and service quality. The research model was set based on the effect perceived value towards food service companies had on a consumer’s purchase Intention. Results of the study revealed that information quality and service quality had positive effects on perceived value, that systemquality had a positive effect on purchase Intention, and that perceived value had a positive effect on purchase Intention. In other words, it was found that the quality factors of information and service affected behavior intention of consumers through their impact on perceived value, and that systemquality affected behavior intention of consumers directly. The results of this study confirmed the importance of SNS quality factors in the food service companies. It was confirmed that accuracy, diversity, and timeliness of information, as well as the quality of generic and special services provided by food service companies on their SNS was crucial in order to increase perceived value of consumers. Furthermore, it was observed that the quality of data processing systems and management of software were key factors in increasing consumer purchase Intention. It is anticipated that the results of this study will aid in the development of SNS programs and increase the quality of the food service industry Culture.

        효과적인 초급 일본어 작문 수업 모형 연구

        Among four functional skills of a language - speaking, listening, reading and writing ? writing is indispensible for learners and the most complex task, especially for teachers who are involved with low-level students. This study, thus, is designed and implemented to improve writing competency of low-level learners of Japanese. According to Kageyama (影山 2011,「ライティング?ワ?クショップの秘 密」), learning effect and students’ ‘preference’ and ‘satisfaction’ are critically correlated. Focusing on this point, this study, first, surveys students’ needs and readiness in order to stimulate their motivation and interest in the lessons. Then students are encouraged to choose topics on their own four times. During the lessons, teachers apply appropriate teaching methods depending on the writing themes selected by the students, including teacher-centered correction, peer-responses, and teacher-student conference after peer activities. After each session, questionnaires on students’ level of satisfaction are filled in and collected. To evaluate the effects of the lessons, simple achievement tests are also given. Through these questionnaires and test results, how learners’ satisfaction and motivation affect learning is examined and analyzed. With the result of this analysis, finally, a model lesson is suggested to provide effective writing education for low-level Japanese learners.

        현행 근로기준법 제74조 임산부 근로자 휴가제도에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to review the history of protection holidays system for pregnant workers and to discuss legal arguments on legislative issues as defined in Article 74 of the Labor Standards Act. For female workers, the expression of maternal function such as pregnancy and childbirth has a dual meaning both at the individual level and at the national level, but also requires a degree of physical function recovery equivalent to a 'disease'. Even in the cases of births and deaths that do not reach birth, it is necessary to take a vacation to recover the body's ability to exercise normal working ability. Thus, since the establishment of the first Labor Standards Act in 1953, the legislation has extended the scope of protection through the holiday system to protect pregnant workers. Nevertheless, our society is experiencing a drastic change in the labor environment than ever before, and demands a realistic labor protection system that can ensure effectiveness in the workplace. Moreover, in the reality of 'cliff population', the necessity of the protection legislation on the special object of 'pregnant workers' is emphasized even when compared with the historical period. For this reason, this study needs to consider the possibility of adjusting the total number of holidays before and after childbirth, the protection of workers who are concerned about premature birth, Whether or not to protect maternal workers for the 'illegal operation', and whether to introduce the unpaid holidays system. Through this study, it is expected that the protection of maternity workers will be replenished more realistically for a great cause. 본 연구는 현행 근로기준법 제74조를 통하여 규정되고 있는 임산부 근로자의 보호휴가에 관한 연혁적 검토 및 입법적 쟁점에 관한 법리적 논의를 목적으로 하고있다. 여성 근로자에게 있어 임신 및 출산 등의 모성기능 발현은 개인적 차원 및국가적 차원의 이중적 의미가 있을 뿐만 아니라 ‘질병’에 준할 정도의 신체적 기능회복을 요한다. 또한 출산에 이르지 못하는 유・사산의 경우라 하더라도 통상의 근로능력을 발휘할 수 있을 만큼의 신체기능 회복을 위한 휴가가 필요하다. 이에, 1953년 최초 근로기준법 제정 이후 현재에 이르기까지 법제는 임산부 근로자를 보호하기 위하여 휴가제도를 통한 보호범위를 확대해 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리사회는 그 어느 때보다 급격한 노동환경의 변화를 겪고 있으며, 노동현장에서는 실효성이 확보될 수 있는 현실적 노동보호제도를 요구하고 있다. 더구나, ‘인구절벽’이라는 현실 속에서 그 어느 역사적 시기와 비교하여 보더라도 ‘임산부 근로자’라는특별한 대상에 관한 보호법제의 필요성은 매우 강조되고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 기인하여, 본 연구에서는 출산전후휴가 총일수 조정, ‘조산의 우려가 있는 근로자’에대한 보호, 당사자의 청구를 원인으로 하는 유・사산휴가청구권 부여의 타당성 여부, ‘현행법상 허용되지 아니하는 인공유산’에 대한 임산부 근로자 보호의 여부, 무급휴가제도의 도입 여부 등 주요쟁점에 관하여 살펴보았다. 제도의 입법화 못지않게 중요한 것이 제도의 실현임을 감안할 때, 본 연구를 통하여 향후 임산부 근로자보호 내용이 보다 현실적이고 대의적으로 보충되기를 기대한다.

        Correlation of intuitionistic fuzzy sets

        When we deal with crisp data, it is common to find the correalation between variables. In this paper, we propose a method to calculate the correlation coefficient for intuitionistic fuzzy data, by adopting the concepts from the conventional statistics. The value of the correlation coefficient computed from our formula not only provides us the strength of the relationship of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, but also shows that the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are positively or negatively related.

        A quantitative approach for cardiovascular safety evaluation of a generic drug

        In generic drug development, comparative pharmacokinetic (PK) studies are conducted to assessequivalence in pharmacokinetics and safety profiles between test and reference formulations. However,there is no established quantitative approach available for safety assessment. This study aimedto propose a method for drug safety evaluation in generic drug development, as assessed by druginfluence on blood pressure and heart rate change. Data were taken from a randomized, open label,2-way cross-over comparative PK study for megestrol conducted in 39 healthy male volunteers. Vitalsigns of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) weremeasured at 0 (pre-dose), 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours after the dose. Safety parametersused in the analysis were area under vital sign change versus time curve to the last measured time(AUVlast) and maximum vital sign change (Vmax). Considering highly variable nature of vitalsigns, the scaled bioequivalence approach developed by US FDA was adopted as a decision rule forsafety evaluation between formulations. With the FDA scaled approach, 90% confidence intervals ofgeometric mean ratio for DBP, 0.7969~1.0377 for Vmax and 0.7304~1.0660 for AUVlast, were bothincluded in the equivalence ranges of 0.7694~1.2997 and 0.6815~1.4674, respectively, and similarly,those for HR were included in their respective scaled equivalence limits, while SBP satisfied theconventional equivalence criterion of 0.8-1.25. These results illustrate the feasibility of applying thesuggested approach in cardiovascular safety evaluation in a generic drug

        Interval-valued fuzzy soft sets

        This paper extends the work of Maji et al. (2001) to present the concept of interval-valued fuzzy soft sets and to present analgorithm for nding where the degree of membership are represented by interval values in[0,1]. The proposed methodis more exible than the one presented in Maji et al. (2001) due to the fact that it allows the degrees of membership ofobject for parameters to be represented by interval-values rather than crisp real values between zero and one.
