기혼보육교사의 다중역할갈등이 출산의도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향

A married childcare teacher plays the very important role as a person that provides comprehensive services such as protecting and educating infants. Family support due to childbirth, and social advancement of the female population. In this study, married childcare teachers improved the conditions such as maternity leave and childcare leave based on gender equality and social culture so that the intentions of married childcare teachers could be achieved. The subjects of the study were 241 married childcare teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Province, and Cheonan. The participants answered questionnaires about the type of conflict and the desire and the degree of thought of the doctor or childbirth about the future pregnancy and the possibility of childbirth and turnover intention. We analyzed the data using SPSS 20.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, the lower the age group, the higher the intention to give birth to a childless teacher. Second, there was a significant correlation between tension conflict and childbirth. The more intense multi - role conflict, the higher the turnover intention. Third, it was shown that age and parent - child variables influenced birth intention. The higher the turnover experience, the tension conflict and the behavior conflict, the higher the turnover intention. This is to ensure that high-quality primary caregivers with early childhood child careers play a role in the home and workplace and that they are able to fully demonstrate their professionalism through multifaceted social support. Which suggests that national support is needed. 본 연구에서는 영유아 보육 전문가인 기혼보육교사들에게 양성 평등한 사회문화를 기반으로 제도를 개선하여 다중역할갈등에서 오는 어려움을 해소하고 더불어, 기혼보육교사의 양육의 경험을 바탕으로 같은 역할을 담당하고 있는 취업기혼여성들이 자녀양육의 도움자의 역할로 출산율을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울시와 경기, 천안의 어린이집에 재직중인 기혼보육교사 247명에게 갈등의 유형과 향후의 아이의 임신과 출산 가능성에 관한 의사또는 출산에 대한 욕구 및 생각의 정도 및 이직의도를 설문하여 SPSS 20.0 Program을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼보육교사의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 출산의도의 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 연령층이 낮고, 자녀가 없는 교사가 출산의도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기혼보육교사의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 다중역할갈등과 이직의도의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 긴장갈등이 출산의도와 유의미한 상관관계가 있으며, 다중역할갈등이 심할수록 이직의도도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기혼보육교사의 다중역할갈등과 출산의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 다중역할갈등 하위 요인중 긴장 갈등이 출산의도와 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기혼보육교사의 다중역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 다중역할갈등 변인들 중에서 긴장 갈등과 행동 갈등이 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 기혼보육교사의 출산률을 높이기 위해서는 긴장 갈등을 낮추고, 직장 이직율을 줄이기 위한 국가적 차원의 지원과 더불어 개인적인 힐링 방안 등의 모색이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

영상매체에 나타난 이육사 표상 연구 -드라마 <절정>(2011)을 중심으로

본 연구는 드라마 <절정>(2011)을 통해서 드라마에서 시 텍스트가 삽입되는 방식과 시인의 표상화 방식을 검토한다. 이 드라마는 시인이자 독립 운동가였던 이육사를 중심인물로 내세우고, 그의 생애를 따라가는 서사 구조를 택하고 있다. 드라마는 시인의 생에서 가장 극적인 순간에 그의 시를 환상적인 이미지와 함께 삽입함으로써 드라마의 서정성과 영상미를 극대화한다. 시와 함께 제시되는 이미지는 이육사의 치열한 고난을 극대화하는 한편으로, 시를 이 고난의 결정체로 그려낸다. 이로써 드라마 <절정>은 이육사의 시를 활용함으로써 중심인물 이육사의 내면세계를 영상으로 형상화한다. 이육사의 시를 이미지와 함께 활용하여 시의 아름다움과 곧은 정신세계를 지닌 시인의 표상화를 동시에 꾀하는 것이다. 이는 시인이자 독립 운동가였던 이육사를 행동하는 지식인으로서 균형감 있게 그려낸 결과이다. 드라마 <절정>은 영상을 통하여 시와 시인의 표상화를 진정성 있게 수행한 주요한 텍스트이다. This study examines the way poetry text is inserted in dramas and the way poets represent themselves through the drama "The climax" (2011). The drama features Lee Yuk-sa, a poet and independence activist, as a central figure and chooses a narrative structure that follows his life. The drama maximizes the lyricity and visual beauty of the drama by inserting his poems with fantastic images at the most dramatic moments of the poet's life. The image presented with the poem maximizes Lee Yuk-sa's intense hardship, while portraying the poem as a crystal of this hardship. Thus, the drama "The climax" uses Lee Yuk-sa's poetry to visualize the inner world of the central character Lee Yuk-sa. Lee Yuk-sa's poems are used in conjunction with his image to simultaneously represent the beauty of poetry and the upright spirit of the poet. This is the result of a balanced portrayal of Yi Yuk-sa, a poet and independence activist, as an intellectual who acts. The drama "The climax" is the main text that sincerely performed the representations of poems and poets through video.

영상매체에 나타난 김수영 이미지 연구 -드라마 <명동백작>(2004)을 중심으로

This study examines the strategy of delivering the drama's poet Kim Soo-young and his literary works to the public through the drama <The Count of Myeong-dong> (2004). This drama shows Kim's inner self and his literary view by inserting poems into scenes where the poet suffers internal conflict, while presenting relatively less well-known poems to broaden the public's understanding of poetry. In addition, the drama maintains viewers' interest by properly placing elements of conflict, and effectively shows how the conflict affected his life and the world of time. Therefore, the drama <The Count of Myeong-dong> is a meaningful text that embodies a poet named Kim Soo-young in three dimensions along with the historical transformation and social problems of the time and the literary chapter of the time through the video.

영상매체의 한국문학 의미화 양상 연구 - 드라마 <명동백작>(2004)을 중심으로

우리는 드라마 <명동백작>(2004)을 통해서 드라마가 1950년대 한국문화와 문학을 대중에게 전달하는 양상을 검토한다. 이 드라마는 명동에 주목하여 1950년대의 사회와 문학을 조망한다. 이 드라마는 평범한 사람들을 등장시켜 서 당시의 사회상을 현실적으로 시청자들에게 소개할 뿐만 아니라, 연구자들의 인터뷰를 삽입하여 시청자들의 이해를 돕는다. 또한 시인 이봉구의 시선을 통하여 서로 다른 문학인들과 그들의 문학을 연결시켜서 서사적 완결성을 얻어내 는 동시에, 시청자들로 하여금 문학인들의 내면을 이해할 수 있게 한다. 주인공 이봉구는 드라마의 결말에서 다시 등 장하는데, 그의 평가는 후대의 평가에 대한 의미 있는 강변이자, 1950년대의 한국문학을 시대적 아픔을 낭만적 정취 와 문학적 열정으로 극복하고자 한 결과물로서 의미화한다. 특히 이 드라마는 1950년대 전후(戰後)라는 시대적 배경 에 대한 시청자들의 이해와 실감, 문화적 맥락에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 전문가와 해설자를 등장시켜 설명한다. 비록 드라마의 직접적인 해설에 의한 제한적인 해석이라는 또다른 함정을 내포하게 하지만, 맥락 속에서 인물들 의 선택을 이해하고, 더 나아가 이들의 문학관을 이해하게 하는 데에 주효하였던 것은 분명하다. 그러므로 드라마 <명동백작>은 영상을 통하여 1950년대의 문학과 문화 풍경을 대중적이고도 진정성 있게 시청자에게 전달한 의미 있 는 텍스트이다. We examines the aspect of dramas delivering Korean culture and literature to the public in the 1950s through the drama <The Count of Myeong-dongt>(2004). This drama focuses on Myeong-dong and views society and literature in the 1950s. This drama not only introduces ordinary people to viewers realistically, but also helps viewers understand by inserting interviews with researchers. In addition, through the gaze of poet Lee Bong-gu, they connect their literature with different literary people to obtain narrative completeness while helping viewers understand the inner side of the literary people. At the end of the drama, Lee Bong-gu's voice is a meaningful riverside for future evaluations, and it means the result of overcoming the pain of the 1950s with a romantic atmosphere and literary passion. Therefore, the drama The Count of Myeongdong is a meaningful text that delivered the literature and cultural landscape of the 1950s to viewers in a popular and sincere manner through the video.

영화 <동주>(2015)에 표상된 윤동주 시 활용양상 연구

This study examines how cinematic texts are used in movies through Lee Jun-ik's 2015 film, <Dongju> and what narrative and visual effects are obtained through them. This film portrays poet Yun Dong-ju as a central figure and chooses to reconstruct his life. The movie, <Dongju>, used Yun's poetry as a device to maximize the lyricism of the film and to suggest a change in the fate of the character and the inside. In other words, <Dongju> uses Yun Dong-ju's poetry to aesthetically express the inner change of the characters in the film and the sensitivity of the film. Through this, I visualize Yun Dong-ju as poet Yun Dong-ju, a poet who was stuffed in literary books, as a normal literary youth. It is also a reminder of the weight of the reality that the present youth is experiencing and the problem of an individual living in history. In this respect, the movie <Dongju> is a major text that depicts the poetry and poetry of the time, and the age of poet through the media. 'Poetry' as the text of the text delivered with the image maximized the lyricism of the image and led to high aesthetic achievement. Through poetry and poetry, it can be regarded as the main text approaching the problems of history, individual, literature and reality. 본 연구는 이준익 감독의 2015년작 <동주>를 통해서 영화에서 시 텍스트가 어떻게 활용되며, 이로써 어떠한서사적이고도 영상적 효과를 얻어내었는가를 검토한다. 이 영화는 시인 윤동주를 중심인물로 내세우고, 그의 생애를재구성하는 내용을 선택하고 있다. 영화 <동주>에서는 윤동주의 시를 영화의 서정성을 극대화하는 장치이자, 인물의운명과 내면의 변화를 암시하는 방식으로 활용하였다. 즉, 영화 <동주>는 윤동주의 시를 활용함으로써, 영화 속 인물의 내적 변화와 감성을 미적으로 수준 높게 형상화한다. 그리고 이를 통해 시인 윤동주를 평범한 문학청년으로 조명함으로써, 문학책 속에 박제되어 있던 윤동주를 고뇌하는 청춘의 한 표상으로 이미지화한다. 이는 현재의 청년들이 겪고 있는 현실의 무게에 대한 위로이자, 역사를 살아가는 한 개인의 문제를 조망한 것이기도 하다. 이러한 측면에서 영화 <동주>는 영상 매체를 통해 시와 시인의 초상, 그리고 시인의 시대를 다채롭게 그려낸 주요한 텍스트라 할 수 있다. 영상과 함께 전달되는 문자 텍스트로서의‘시’는 영상의 서정성을 더욱 극대화하였으며, 높은 미학적 성취까지로 이어졌다. 시와 시인을 통해 역사와 개인, 문학과 현실이라는 문제에 접근하고 있는 주요한 텍스트라 평가할 수 있다.
