        도로표지판의 설치 높이에 따른 풍하중 특성에 관한 연구

        Road signs are important and make roads easier to use, so securing their structural stability is also important. Due to recent abnormal weather and strong winds, awareness of the safety of road facilities is being emphasized. The drag coefficient of road signs is uniformly applied as a value of 1.2 regardless of specifications and installation height. In this study, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed to analyze the drag coefficient of road signs according to the installation height. The drag coefficient was calculated from the ratio of the wind pressure in front and behind the road sign. Compared to road signs installed on the ground, the drag coefficient of road signs with a clearance ratio of 0.7 increased by 10.1%. The drag coefficient of road signs with a clearance ratio of 0.3 increased by 18.5%. It was found that as the installation height increases and the clearance ratio decreases, the drag coefficient of the road sign increases. This was due to the flow separation zone that occurs on the back of the road sign depending on the installation height.

        한국 고령 남성의 하지 비틀림 요소의 평균과 상관관계

        Objective: To investigate the mean values and correlations between the rotational profiles of bilateral lower extremities in Korean elderly men. Method: 100 lower extremities were examined for the rotational profiles of bilateral lower extremities with radiographic examination.Results: The mean values of femoral anteversion, axial rotation of the knee joint, proximal and distal tibial torsion, bimalleolar axis (BMA), and Q angle were 8.72°, 0.19°, 34.53°, 26.25°, 20.97°, 5.65°. In Korean elderly men, the result of tibial torsion and Q angle was smaller than the results of other studies, and the bilateral differences were detected in the measured profiles of lower extremities, except axial rotation of the knee joint. However, all profiles represented a positive correlation between right and left lower extremities. The correlation between proximal tibial torsion and BMA had a positive correlation, But the femoral anteversion and tibial torsion had no correlations among the profiles in Korean elderly men. Conclusion: We suspected that Korean elderly healthy men have reduced tibial torsion and more genu varus alignment, and the rotational profiles of lower extremities showed side to side difference, but there were symmetrical tendency. It will be helpful in assessing the evaluation, treating, researching of the musculoskeletal problem in Korean elderly people.

      • 실시간 도로 주행환경 예측·분석을 위한 빅 데이터 플랫폼 개발 연구

        본 논문에서는 도로교통 빅 데이터 기반의 주행환경 예측 플랫폼의 개발 방향을 제시하고, 이에 따른 기대효과를 나타냈다. 공공데이터를 비롯한 정형 데이터와 개별 차량의 센서를 통해 계측된 데이터, 소셜미디어 데이터 등의 비정형 데이터의 다종 빅 데이터를 수집하고 융합·분석이 가능한 플랫폼을 개발하고자 한다. 또한, 기존 시스템에서 제공하는 단편적인 데이터의 활용이 아닌 개별 차량 센서 데이터를 통하여 계측된 실시간 데이터의 수집·분석이 가능한 플랫폼을 개발하고자 한다. 개발 기술은 공공 데이터, 센서 데이터와 비정형 데이터 등의 다종 도로교통 데이터를 활용함으로서, 미시적인 도로 주행환경 정보 제공을 통하여 운전자들의 주행 안전도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 교통 예측 정보의 신뢰성이 향상될 것으로 예상된다.

        드론사진측량에 의한 도로표지 위치정보 정확도 평가

        The road sign location information installed on national roads is continuously updated using MMS (Mobile Mapping System) technology. It is possible to map accurate road facilities by MMS, but the equipment is very expensive and requires specialized technology. Also, the accuracy of the position of the object greatly depends on the GPS (Global Positioning System) accuracy. In the case of road facility mapping, the advantage of drone is more remarkable than that of field survey or conventional aerial photogrammetry. In particular, it is more efficient than field surveying and it is possible to acquire high resolution images with low budget compared to conventional aerial photogrammetry. In this study, the accuracy of the location information measured by the existing MMS is compared with the GPS survey result and the accuracy analysis is performed by the drone aerial photogrammetry. In order to confirm the space accuracy that can be obtained when conducting drone aerial photogrammetry, the accuracy of the change in the number of ground control points and the degree of overlap was evaluated. As a result of the experiment, it was possible to obtain sufficient accuracy with two ground control points distributed at both ends of the road and 60% overlap. 전국 국도에 설치된 도로표지 위치정보는 MMS(Mobile Mapping System) 기술을 이용하여 지속적으로 갱신하고 있다. MMS에 의해 정확한 도로시설물 매핑이 가능하지만 장비가 고가이고 전문적인 기술이 요구된다. 또한 대상물의 위치 정확도가 GPS 정확도에 크게 좌우된다. 도로시설물 매핑의 경우, 지상 측량이나 유인 항공기에 비해 드론의 운용 장점이 부각되는 분야이다. 특히, 지상 측량에 비해 효율적이고, 유인 항공기에 비해 저예산으로 고해상도의 영상의 획득이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 도로표지를 대상으로 기존의 모바일 매핑 시스템에 의해 측정된 위치정보의 정확도를 GPS 지상 측량에 의해 검증하고 드론 항공사진 측량 결과와 비교분석 하였다. 드론 항공사진측량에 의한 경우 획득 가능한 공간 정확성을 확인하기 위해 기준점 수 및 중복도에 변화에 따른 정확성을 평가 해보았다. 실험 결과 도로 양 끝에 분포한 2개의 기준점으로 충분한 정확도를 얻을 수 있었으며 60%의 중복도로 도로표지의 좌표를 산출하는데 활용할 수 있었다.

        A Study on Prediction of Traffic Volume Using Road Management Big Data

        In reflection of road expansion and increasing use rates, interest has blossomed in predicting driving environment. In addition, a gigantic scale of big data is applied to almost every area around the world. Recently, technology development is being promoted in the area of road traffic particularly for traffic information service and analysis system in utilization of big data. This study examines actual cases of road management systems and road information analysis technologies, home and abroad. Based on the result, the limitations of existing technologies and road management systems are analyzed. In this study, a development direction and expected effort of the prediction of road information are presented. This study also examines regression analysis about relationship between guide name and traffic volume. According to the development of driving environment prediction platform, it will be possible to serve more reliable road information and also it will make safe and smart road infrastructures.

        공간시간론 : 유형간의 선후와 고유한 의의

        Category can be divided, according to its characteristics, into Consciousness Category (Erkenntnis Kategorie), Being Category (Seins Kategorie), and Existenoe Category (Existenz Kategorie). The same goes to Space and Time as a kind of category. Space and Time as Consciousness Category are regarded as the a priori Form of the Consciousness in general. As Being Category, they are understood through the direct contact with the would in the everyday experience of the Present Being(Dasein). Space and Time as Existential Category is defined as a principle which gives order to the Being in general, regardless of the Consciousness and the Present Being. Thus, Heidegger approches the Kantian Space and Time defined as an a priori form of the Conscousness in general, from die viewpoint of the developmental theory through the experience of the Existence, while Hartmann approches them from the viewpoint of realism through the reflection of the Consciousness. They can be characterized as a form of Consciousness Category, Existence Category, or Being Category, according to where lies the origin of Space and TIme. In other words, laying the origin of Space and Time in the human consciousness, not only the world but also man's life is defined in terms of this consciousness. If we find the origin of Space and Time in the everyday expenence of man, both the world and the man is understood and interpreted from this point of view. Similarly, if the world is organized orderly both in Spaoe and in Time, man's existential life and conscious activities are developed on this ordered horizon. The Consciousness composes the world, and The World can be understood from the Existential Life, depending on whether the Consciousness determines the Being and Life, or The Existential Expehence determines the Being in general and the Consciousness, or The Being determines the Consciousness and the Existential life. Furthermore, it happens that Being can be reflected into the Consciousness and the Existential life. Consequently, the world is defined as the object world, the environmental world, and the world as it really is, respectively. In the relationship between the Consciousness and the object world, it is objective appropriateness of the academic notion of the world that matters, whereas in the relationship between the Present Being and environmental world, it is the Meaning of the Being of the world that matters. And in the world as it really is, it is Being itself that matters, regardless of the Consciousness and the Present Being. If we perceive the world as the object world or give its Meaning of Being as an environmental world, it is a world refracted by man's Consciousness and man's Present Being. The world is neither the only world of man's Consciousness nor the environment of man's Present Being. Object world and environmental world are not the world as it really is. This view of the world is indeed the result of the narrow and man-oriented thinking. Accordingly, by analyzing and comparing those definitions on Space and Time especially in the ontological and developmental viewpoint.
