Single-walled carbon nanotubes have significant strengths in the application of various organic flexible electronic devices because of their unique stability and the degradation of device performance or stability due to the presence of surfactants used in ink manufacturing in the solution process. In this study, we studied printing and process optimization of SDS single-walled carbon nanotubes using inkjet printing, and Comprehensive analysis of electrochemical trap behavior between semiconductor and insulator mutual interfaces due to fluorine content of acrylate-based insulation, calculation and repeatability.

New in vitro anti-diabetes makgeolli was produced from rice by adding various quantities of Laminaria japonica,and the fermentation characteristics of the L. japonica makgeolli during the fermentation process were investigated. The contents of alcohol and reducing sugar, and viable count of yeast, of L. japonica makgeolli were not significantly changed when the proportion of L. japonica was increased. The total acid content decreased with an increase in L. japonica concentration; the pH and total bacterial cell count increased in proportion with the increase in L. japonica concentration. The L. japonica makgeolli contents of free sugars, such as fructose, glucose, and sucrose, and of organic acids, such as acetic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, and lactic acid, were altered during fermentation and showed various patterns. The effects of the quantity of L. japonica added on the acceptability and anti-diabetes activities of L. japonica makgeolli were also investigated. In a sensory evaluation, L. japonica makgeolli brewed by adding 2.5 or 5% L. japonica to the mash showed the best overall acceptability; the 12.5% L. japonica sample was least favored due to its seaweed flavor. L. japonica addition did not increase the peroxynitrite-scavenging activity of makgeolli. L. japonica makgeolli showed potent anti-diabetes activity, particularly that containing >7.5% L. japonica. Therefore, L. japonica makgeolli may represent a new functional makgeolli with anti-diabetes properties.
Design Optimization of a 4-2 Compressor for Low-cost Approximate Multipliers

Approximate computing can enhance hardware efficiency for error-tolerant applications. This technique can be applied to basic arithmetic operations such as multiplication. Approximate multiplication is generally implemented using several approximate compressors. In this paper, we propose an optimized 4-2 approximate compressor based on an existing compressor. We elaborate Boolean expressions for the compressor to replace the original gates with compound gates that reduce the hardware resource consumption. Compared to the original design, the optimized compressor's area and power are improved by 62.5% and 65.7%, respectively. When the proposed compressor is applied to multiplier configurations, it reduces the area and power by at least 13%. Additionally, our simulation results show that it achieves better hardware performance than other approximate compressors.

This paper proposes a new approximate adder using AND based carry prediction to improve accuracy. Compared to the lower-part OR adder (LOA) and error tolerant adder I (ETAI), the proposed approximate adder is the most accurate while sacrificing hardware cost. The proposed approximate adder enhances error rate (ER), mean error distance (MED), mean relative error distance (MRED), and mean squared error (MSE) compared to the LOA and ETAI. Specifically, the proposed adder reduces the MED and MRED by 49% compared to the ETAI. Furthermore, the proposed adder shows the best performance when jointly analyze the accuracy and hardware cost.

Global warming caused from the heavy consumption of fossil fuel is one of the biggest problems to be solved. Biofuel has been gained more attention as an alternative to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel. Recently, butanol produced from the genus Clostridium has been considered as one of the promising alternatives for gasoline, fossil based fuel. Nevertheless, the lack of the genome-engineering tools for the genus Clostridium is the major hurdle for the economic production of butanol. More recently, genome engineering tools have been developed for metabolic engineering of butanolproducing Clostridium species, which includes genome scale network model and genome editing tools on the basis of mobile group II introns and CRISPR/Cas system. In this study, the genome engineering tools for butanol-producing Clostridium species have been reviewed with a brief future perspective.
발목운동과 목운동이 성인남성의 허리 유연성에 미치는 영향

목적 : 이 연구는 발목과 목의 스트레칭이 성인남성의 허리 유연성 변화에 영향을 주는지 확인하는 것이다. 방법 : 건강한 성인남성 30명을 대상으로 실험군Ⅰ(목운동)과 실험군Ⅱ(발목운동)에 각각 15명씩 무직위 선정을 통해 배치하였다. 발목운동은 탄력밴드를 이용하여 족저굴곡, 내번 및 외번을 스트레칭 하였고, 목운동은 앞뒤, 좌우 4방향으로 스트레칭을 수행하였다. 연구는 2주에 걸쳐 진행되었으며 해당 운동을 1일 1회, 주 3회 실시하였다. 목과 발목의 스트레칭에 대한 효과를 확인하기 위해 몸통 굴곡과 ROM 고관절을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPPS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 반복 측정 ANOVA를 사용하였다. 결과 : 두 집단 모두에서 전방굽힘과 엉덩관절 ROM의 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, 각 집단 간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 결론 : 목 운동과 발목 운동 모두 허리 유연성을 개선시키는데 도움을 준다. 따라서 척추의 대체 중재 운동으로 발목과 목의 스트레칭을 동작을 제시하는 바이며, 이를 통해 직접적으로 허리를 강화하기 어려운 사람에게 하나의 대안으로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. Purpose : This study is to confirm that ankle and neck stretches affect changes in hip flexibility in adult men. Methode : Thirty healthy adult males were assigned to experimental group I (neck movement) and experimental group II (ankle movement) by 15 each through non-straightening selection. For ankle movement, the sole flexion, inner number and outer number were stretched using an elastic band, and for neck movement, stretching was performed in four directions, front and back and left and right. The study was conducted over a two-week period, with the exercise once daily and three times a week. Torso flexion and ROM hip joints were measured to confirm the effect on neck and ankle expansion and contraction. The data collected used repeated measures ANOVA through the SPPS 20.0 statistical program. Results : Both populations showed improvement in anterior flexion and hip ROM, but no difference between the populations. Conclusion : Both neck and ankle movements help improve hip flexibility. Therefore, it is an alternative intervention exercise of the spine to present the movement of ankle and neck stretching, and it is expected that it will be utilized as an alternative for those who have difficulty in directly strengthening the waist through this.
