      • 액상박리방지제를 사용한 아스팔트 혼합물의 수분 민감 저항성 평가

        아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 포토홀은 최근 차량 파손등 운전자의 쾌적한 주행에 악영향을 주고 있다. 포토 홀은 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 수분민감저항성이 떨어져 발생하는 파손형태로 국토교통부에서 아스팔트 혼합물의 간정인장강도비를 80% 상향 조정하였으며 80%에 미달하는 아스팔트 혼합물은 박리방지제를 사 용하도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아스팔트 혼합물의 수분민감 저항성을 증가시키기 위하여 박리방지제 사용하였으며, 초 기 박리방지제의 성능검증을 판별하기 위해 보일링(Boiling Water Test, ASTM D 3625-96) 시험을 실 시 하였다. 간접인장강도 시험은 시편을 7.0±0.5% 공극률로 제작하였으며, 습윤(동결융해), 건조 샘플을 나누어 실험을 진행하였고 간접인장강도(Indirect Tensile Strength)를 측정하여 간접인장강도비 (Tensile Strength Ratio)를 산정하였다. 간접인장강도 시험 분석결과 습윤시편과 건조시편의 강도 차이가 무첨가 아스팔트 혼합물에서는 차이 가 분명하게 나타났지만, 액상박리방지제 첨가 시편들에서는 근소하게 나타났다. 간접인장강도비 분석결 과 액상박리방지제 무첨가 시편은 53%, 개발한 액상방리방지제 첨가 시편은 기준치인 80% 이상으로 나 타나 미국의 상용 박리방지재와 별 차이가 없었다.

        시맨틱 웹을 이용한 온톨로지 기반의 정보검색 시스템 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, the purpose of this paper is to lay the foundation for the search system by using and building an online search engine suitable for the search domain and enabling search, conversion, integration and sharing of information. It is to use the ontology to infer hierarchical relationships, deduce objects based on that layer, and extract attributes to search areas that are relevant to the data that the user wants. In order to search for information in this way, the information search system was implemented by entering key words related to 'qualifications'. The implemented system arranged the meaning and relationship of each attribute online so that the general public can search information quickly, easily, and accurately. In addition, the implementation results were compared with two different search engines. Comparable search engines are Naver and Daum, the two major search engines. The search engine of this study, which was built using an ontology suitable for the search domain to perform searches using the semantic web, was evaluated to have excellent results. However, it is thought that a more formalized online location is necessary to increase the accuracy and reliability of search engines and to include more comprehensive categories of search terms. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 검색 수행을 위해 검색 도메인에 알맞은 온톨로지를 이용, 구축하고 정보에 관한 검색, 변환, 통합, 공유가 가능한 검색 엔진을 구현하여 검색 시스템의 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 기존 방식에서 벗어나 온톨로지를 활용하여 계층 관계를 추론하고, 그 계층을 근거로 개체를 추론한 다음 속성을 추출하여 사용자가 원하는 자료와 관련있는 분야를 검색하는 것이다. 이러한 방식으로 정보를 검색할 수 있도록 정보검색 시스템을 ‘자격증’과 관련된 키워드를 입력하여 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 온톨로지에서 각 속성들의 의미와 관계를 정리하여 일반인 정보검색을 사용자가 빠르고 쉽게, 정확한 검색을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 구현 결과를 2개의 다른 검색엔진과 비교하였다. 비교한 검색엔진은 대표적인 검색엔진인 ‘네이버’와 ‘다음’이다. 시맨틱 웹을 이용한 검색을 수행하기 위해 검색 도메인에 맞는 온톨로지를 이용하여 구축한 본 연구의 검색 엔진은 상당히 우수한 결과를 보여주는 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 검색 엔진의 정확성과 신뢰성을 높이고 좀 더 포괄적인 범주의 검색어 포함하기 위해서는 더욱 정형화된 온톨로지가 필요하다고 사료된다.

        김정은 시기의 북한의 대남 군사도발의 유형과 변화 양상

        This study empirically analyzes the invasion and provocation of South Korea from 2009 to 2018 when Kim Jong-un appeared on the front of the North Korean regime, examines the types and characteristics of changes, and analyzes the nature and cause of provocation. It will help to find the direction to maintain and develop the types and frequencies of invasion and provocation of South Korea, which are the subject of empirical analysis, were classified according to types of ground local provocation, maritime local provocation, aerial local provocation, nuclear test provocation, missile provocation, etc. The case presented a case of bypass infiltration. As a result of the analysis, the characteristics and aspects of the military provocations under the Kim Jong-un regime were overwhelmingly high in strategic provocations such as the invasion of the NLL in the West Sea and nuclear and missile provocations. In particular, the missile test launch, which has the second highest frequency among provocation types, succeeded in miniaturizing and lightening nuclear weapons, and is currently seeking to diversify and multiply. In addition, the intensity of North Korea's provocation against South Korea has become stronger as Kim Jong-un's status is strengthened. North Korea's military provocations are clearly contrary to the 9.19 military agreement that prohibits mutual hostility between North and South Korea last year. There needs to be an active and effective response that can be curbed.

        관골궁 골절 환자에서 함몰 방지를 위한 Aqua splint?를 이용한 보호대

        Purpose: The zygomatic arch is a key element which composes the facial contour. In many cases of zygomatic arch fracture, it is difficult to fix rigidly the fractured segments. If reduced bone segments were not fixed rigidly, they are proven to be displaced by mastication or unintentional external forces. So, unfixed zygomatic arch fracture after reduction may require a external device of prevention of collapse. We introduce a new protector which stabilizing the fractured segments to prevent for collapse of the reduced zygomatic arch fracture.Methods: After reduction of zygomatic arch with blind approach(Gillies', Dingman or Keen's approach), bone segments was pulled with percutaneous traction suture in medial aspect of zygomatic arch. Then, the suture was fixed with Aqua splint, externally. And intraoperative and postoperative X-ray was done. The splint was removed on 14 days after the operation.Results: 5 patients were treated with this method. 4 patients of total patients had no collapse in zygomatic arch. There was minimal collapse in one patient. Postoperative complications such as facial nerve injury, mouth opening difficulty, contour deformity, infection, scar were not observed. Conclusion: In comparison with other techniques, this technique has several advantages which are simple and easy method, short operation time, no scar, less soft tissue injury, and facilitated removal of splint. Therefore, Aqua splint would be a good alternative to prevent for collapse in unstable zygomatic arch fractures

        200W급 COB LED를 적용한 방열 엔진 설계 및 최적화

        In this paper, to replace high power luminaire of halogen lamp, heat - dissipating engine for 200W COB LED was studied. In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of high flux and high power LED luminaire thermal design and analysis were studied equipped with heat pipe and cooling fan. Thermal design using heat pipes and cooling fans reduced weight by 24% than aluminum heat sink. When the number of heat pipes and dissipation fins were 8 and 53, respectively, heat dissipation performance can lower the maximum surface temperature to 67.0℃. The required flow rate satisfying the heat dissipation performance was calculated by controlling the speeds of the upper and the lower cooling fan separately, and it was found that the maximum surface temperature can be cooled to 65.2℃ under the optimum control condition.

        블루투스와 엔코더를 이용한 이동로봇의 위치 인식 방법

        This paper presents a positioning method using range-based Bluetooth RSSI data and odometry data for a mobile robot. These days, Bluetooth beacons are widely used for various applications which are based on both location and environmental information. There are two localization methods: a range-free method called the ‘fingerprint method’ and a range-based method called the ‘triangulation method’. Because of the Bluetooth RSSI resolution, most researches are using the fingerprint method. In this paper, the localization method, which uses odometry data and range-based Bluetooth RSSI data, is proposed. The range data from Bluetooth RSSI is directly used without triangulation. Also, the particle filter is adopted to combine the odometry data with the range data from Bluetooth RSSI. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by simulations and experiments.
