교과교실제 중학교의 평면구성 분석연구 - 2013년 LH 현상설계안과 실시설계의 비교 -

After the introduction of the 7th education program, educational facilities have been requested to change to face new curriculums and have been planned. The purpose of this study is to fill up a gap between the study of education facilities, building planning and real educational spot and also find difference of plan composition by analyzing latest middle school floor plans. In this regard, floor plans of 8 middle schools proposed in LH design competition is compared and analyzed in this study. To sum up this analysis, the guide lines suggested from Korean educational development institute(KEDI) has not been followed in many building planning. For subject classrooms, guide lines from KEDI were ignored and support facilities did not planned as necessary space calculated through scale estimation program. To select a planned proposal in the future, demand of scale estimation, various studies, real educational spot and etc. should be reflected.

실내·외 임시주거시설의 실용성 향상을 위한 개선방안에 관한 연구

In this study, prior studies were conducted to improve the practicality of inner and outer temporary housing and the actual cases of temporary housing used. Through this process, factors such as habitability, economics, construct ability and operation plan were derived that should ultimately be improved. Items that should be improved to enhance practicality at each stage were presented, divided into stages of production, transportation, construction, and storage according to the life cycle of inner and outer temporary housing. The proposed improvements are considered to help develop inner and outer temporary housing. 본 연구에서는 실내·외 임시주거시설의 실용성 향상을 위하여 선행연구와 실제 사용된 실내·외 임시주거시설의 사례를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로 개선해야 할 거주성, 경제성, 시공성, 운용방안이라는 요소를 도출하였다. 실내·외 임시주거시설의 생애주기에 따른 제작단계, 운반단계, 설치단계, 보관단계로 구분하여 각각의 단계에서 실용성 향상을 위해 개선해야할 사항을 제시하였다. 제시한 개선사항을 적용한다면 실용성이 향상된 실내·외 임시주거시설의 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

중·고등학교의 교사업무공간에 관한 연구 - 교과교실형 설계기반 중·고등학교를 중심으로 -

Aim of this research is suggesting a satisfied studying space for lecturer, student and curriculum by abstraction of improvement plan which based on investigation and analysis of the space that teacher is using in lecturer and study support facility in school which managed in 'Department system'. This research focused on analyse of teacher's laboratory, teacher's room, and common room in middle and high school which managed and designed by 'Department system' and registered on 'Seoul office of education' and designed in management of department system between 2009 and 2012. With these process, a conclusion of this research is as in the following. Firstly, plan of teachers' private place which is efficient and stable is required through to get out of module which can cover subject band and grade band. Secondly, we have to focus on size of teachers' convenience facilities for convenience or official usage, movement radius, and improvement of working environments. Thirdly, 'Subject type teachers' laboratory' which organized by teachers who teach same subject is more efficient than 'Task type laboratory' which organized by teachers who working on same task for management of school. In fourth, 'Task type teachers' laboratory' arranged regardless with teachers' class room to teach, and it makes lack of connectivity between teacher and class room.

이용자를 고려한 전통시장 환경 개선 방안- 인천광역시 동구 송현시장의 이용자 행태분석을 중심으로 -

Traditional markets played a role in local community distribution and in helping local people communicate. However, since the 1990s, the roles and functions of the local community have declined due to the aging of infrastructure, the expansion of large distribution companies, and changes in consumption behavior. Thus, the government implemented various support projects to revitalize the traditional market, and attempted to improve the physical environment through modernizing the commercial infrastructure of the traditional market. However, the visible traditional market has not been activated. Thus, this study conducted a user behavior analysis on customers to improve the environment of traditional markets. For the purpose of conducting the research, user behavior survey was conducted in the Songhyeon market, and the user's movements and place of residence were recorded on the survey table. They also took pictures of each user's behavior. Through this process, user behavior was divided into movements and places of residence, and preference was analyzed for selecting movements and directions. As a result, the government proposed an environment improvement plan considering users in terms of space boundary, space, and information comprised of facilities in traditional markets. 전통시장은 지역커뮤니티에서 지역의 유통기능을 수행하고 지역민들의 커뮤니케이션을 돕는 역할을 수행한 공간이다. 그러나 1990년대 이후 기반시설의 노후화, 대형유통업체의 진출, 소비행태의 변화로 지역 내에서의 역할과 기능이 쇠퇴하였다. 이에 정부는 전통시장의 활성화를 위하여 다양한 지원사업을 실시하였으며, 그중 전통시장 상업기반시설 현대화사업을 통하여 물리적 환경의 개선을 시도하였음에도 가시적인 전통시장의 활성화가 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 전통시장의 환경을 개선하기 위하여 고객을 대상으로 이용자 행태분석을 진행하였다. 연구의 진행을 위하여 송현시장에서 이용자 행태조사를 실시하였으며, 이용자의 동선과 체류장소를 조사표에 기록하였다. 또한 각 이용자의 행태를 사진으로 촬영하였다. 이를 통하여 이용자 행태를 동선과 체류장소로 구분하고, 동선과 방향선택에서의 선호를 분석하였다. 그 결과 전통시장의 시설물로 구성되는 공간의 경계, 공간, 정보의 측면에서 이용자를 고려한 환경 개반 방안을 제안하였다.

Most primary and secondary schools in Korea provide school meals to students. After the implementation of the manual in the development of foodservice facilities within schools in the Seoul metropolitan area, this study had been instituted towards the improvement on the design of the school. Through the investigation of the use of school foodservice facilities and the establishment of putting the designer's design to the users into effect, primary and secondary schools have been observed in the study to conclude the following research: Spatial Configuration and Usage Characteristics within Elementary, Middle, and High school.

LH공사 발코니확장형아파트 단위세대 평면계획경향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the type of extended-balcony floor plan which has been reflected as a various forms after making amendment to the apartment extended-balcony legislation on December 2005 and to understand the design tendency of housing unit plan and the characteristic of living space planning by the type of size(pyeong) and extension. The objects of analysis and the plans are 333 example(235 of 84㎡, 98 of 59㎡) from the LH corporation competition. The design tendency of balcony space after extension is as follows; First, a type of extension for simple area to increase the area of room adjacent to balcony through balcony extension. Second, a type of functional reinforcement for private room to separate the mixed function followed by strengthening the individual function of the private room. Third, a type of a-room to play new functions as hobby room, study room, soho-type room with working from home by extending balcony. Fourth, a integrated type to increase flexible efficiency of bed room, living room and kitchen by integrating extended-balcony from the flexible plan. Along with the evaluation of living style through user’s environment-behavior research and the counterplan for evacuation space, indoor thermal environment and space for fulfilling the original function of balcony should be proposed in the future study.

명동의 음악 문화 활성화 계획

Myeongdong was the center of culture and art past. But due to the commercial, arts and culture is gradually disappearing. Among them, music culture is the first to disappear. This plan is one solution to the vanishing arts and culture through music culture. The plan analyzed the following data; history and music culture of Myeongdong, the current status of Myeongdong, Travel time of the visitors, a floating population in the streets, purpose of building, etc. As a result, the final purpose is to set a place, and to plan a building that can coexist with commercial facilities.

마니아를 위한 커뮤니티 공간에 관한 연구

In a lot of change, modern society has been gradually diversified and specialized along the trend of the times, to accommodate a wide variety of cultures and values accordingly. People build a relationship with each other while exchanging information about a particular field with similar interests. Along the flow of the changing times, people with the temperament of mania has been increased and it is also increasing the polulation to form the mania group. In such a society, there is a need for an attempt to modern interpretation of the new community space. In this study, by utilizing the characteristics of mania such a obstructive and openness, we propose a new community space to accommodate the diversified, specialized modern society.
