본 연구는 학생의 목표지향성에 미치는 학생 개인의 변인과 부모 변인의 영향력, 그리고 이 변인들의 관계 파악을 통해 학생이 바람직한 학습동기를 갖도록 하는 데 기초가 될 자료를 구할 목적으로 수행되었다. 학생의 목표지향성에 영향을 미치는 학생 변인으로는 학생의 지능과 지능에 대한 신념 및 자아효능감을, 부모 변인으로는 부모의 사회경제적 지위, 목표지향성, 수용 및 성취압력의 양육태도를 설정하였다. 초등학교 5학년 학생 214명의 자료를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형을 검증한 결과, 학생의 숙달목표 및 수행접근목표에 미치는 학생의 지능에 대한 신념과 자아효능감의 정적 효과를 확인했다. 부모 변인은 학생 변인을 매개로 학생의 목표지향성에 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 사실도 발견되었다. 바람직한 목표지향성인 숙달목표에 가장 큰 효과를 보인 변인은 부모의 수용인 반면, 부적응적인 수행회피목표에 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 것은 부모의 성취압력인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 부모 양육태도는 부모의 목표지향성의 영향을 받는다는 사실이 확인됨으로써 바람직한 부모양육태도를 위한 부모교육에 시사점을 주었다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of students' intelligence, belief about intelligence, self-efficacy and parents' socioeconomic status, goal orientations, parenting attitudes on students' goal orientations. Parenting attitudes are divided into 'acceptance' and 'pressure'. Parental acceptance refers to parents' warm, supportive and responsive attitudes to their children. Parental pressure refers to parents' high expectations for their children to achieve good grades at school. Two structural equation models were applied to analyze 214 fifth-grade students' data and a final model was developed as a result. The results showed that students' goal orientations were affected by their parents' goal orientations through their parents' child-rearing attitude along with their own beliefs about their competence and intelligence. It confirmed the previous studies that showed the positive effects of self-efficacy and incremental belief about intelligence on goal orientations. Parental acceptance did have the greatest effect on students' mastery goals, and parental pressure did have the greatest effect on students' performance-avoidance goals. But parental pressure also showed positive effect on students' mastery goals. This finding suggest that it be necessary to study this variable with parental acceptance in depth.

We present a lightweight pedestrian motion prediction algorithm for use in corridors. Constant-velocity models work reasonably well for short-term predictions of pedestrian motion. For longer predictions, the uncertainty increases. We augment the constantvelocity model with information about the flow of the corridor to reduce this uncertainty. This model uses information from graph-based roadmaps present in many public buildings.

Methane is considered the second most important greenhouse gas in the atmosphere and has 21 times high global warming potential(GWP) of CO2. Methane emissions have increased by more than 150% since 1750, with agriculture being the major source for human living. In Korea, approximately 22% of domestic methane(CH4) emissions are emitted from rice cultivation. Study for reducing methane emission from paddy soil is needed. Biochar has the potential to mitigate CH4 emissions from flooded soils that has characteristic of wetlands and irrigated fields cropped to rice(paddy soils). In this study, biochar(BC) is pyrolyzed from diverse temperature and time condition. BC pyrolyzed from 200,300,400,500°C(BC-200, 300, 400, 500) and lasted for 1,3,5 hours are injected to rice paddy and monitored to evaluate which one has best potential for reducing methane. For BC-500 sample, methane generation rate(MGR) is high at week 4 while BC-300,400 sample has highest MGR at week 5. For blank and BC-200 sample has highest MGR at week 6. Further monitoring is needed to evaluate which BC has a high potential for mitigating CH4.
