        경기권 여가산업의 현황분석 및 발전전망에 관한 연구

        - An Analysis of the practical pattern and prospect in Kyeong Gi Area - The tourism and leisure industry, a strategic industry, has become the most important resources of national industry at large in terms of the rate of foreign exchange earning. Since the industrial revolution the leisure time has rapidly increased with the advance of technology and skills. The leisure industry in Kyeong Gi province can be classified into two kinds by purpose. One is the leisure activity to act. If tour is a spatial movement from a residential area to its destination, more studies should be made on time and space in the tourism and leisure industry for the effective and rational management of tourism resources. For the 2000s to come, it is also important to analyze the future demand forecast Dorean leisure industry. This study has examined the development of leisure industry on the bats of Kyeong Gi area of leisure industry Finally, it can be said that this research on leisure theory has been made on the systematical and theoretical ground for the sound growth of Korean leisure industry as a whole.

        문화관광조사의 방법론적 代案: 퍼지시스템 개념의 적용

        This article deals with methodological issues around cultural tourism studies, in which author tries to suggest methodological alternatives. Author first reviews existing cultural tourism studies appeared in Journal of Tourism Sciences published recently and figure out current condition and problems cultural tourism studies are faced with. Against the revealed problems in methodology he recommend Fuzzy model as an alternative remedy for approaching those issues. Writer notes that fuzzy system model has been applied to various disciplines involving economics, sociology, management studies, psychology and linguistics for decision-making under the ambiguous situations and specification of unclear objects.         The purpose of this study is to provide the information of economic analysis for tourism development. The data for this study is provided by young il man hot spring co, ltd's rough planning and the method of analysis used net present value(NPV) The results of this study are summarized as follows; (1) The HOT SPA is the best investment planning in this company. (2) The internal return rate of hotel is 10.29%, HOT SPA is 22.09%, and SPARK is 16.19% The limitation of this study is small size and the lack of reliability of data. Thus consistent studies on this are needed in the future.

        As the income level of the public increase and the rapid urbanization motivated e public's desires for leisure life, e public's demand for more tour programs have increased greatly in the world. Therefore, tourism industry has become a dynamically owing industry for hi앙 additional values and a key industry that will lead the development of national or local economies in the 21st century. Also, the worldwide tendency of globalization, localization and informationalization as well as the frequent and expansive human and material interactions and cooperations between nations and regions have formed multi-perspective and wide interactions environment of the global societies in social economic and cultural aspects, In particular, the Government's effort to separate local powers, to balance the local developments and to establish tourism industry as the nation's key industry has motivated most local government offices nationwide to focus on the tour industry as the key to the vitalization of local economies and to make various efforts to grow eir local tour industry. Such atmospheric environment influenced Gyeongju region to focus on the development of tourism industry, but the its understanding on the properties and evaluation factors of the development of tourism industry has not improved, Persistence of such situation will interfere with the compound and sustainable development of Gyeongju's tourism that would minimize the environmental destruction, maximize the tourists' satisfaction and guarantee the profitability of local residents and investments, Consequently, it will ultimately fail to improve the the public's enjoyment of tourism and will suppress the development of tourism and the growth of tourism industry, Also, this study searches for possible new tourism development strategy for activation of Gyeong-Ju tourism on Korea Train Express era. 가처분 소득의 증가와 급속한 도시화현상으로 인해 관광에 대한 인간의 욕구는 갈수록 커져가고 있으며, 관광산업은 세계에서 부가가치가 가장 큰 성장산업으로써 지역과 국가발전을 선도하는 산업으로 인식되고 있다. 또한 국가 및 지역간의 빈번하고 폭발적인 인적, 물적교류 및 상호협력과 함께 국제화, 지역화, 정보화로 총칭되는 국제사회의 추세에 맞추어 사회, 경제, 문화적 관점에서 관광산업의 영역은 더욱 확대일로에 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 관광산업의 중요성을 인식한 세계각국에서는 지역경제의 활성화와 관련산업의 발전을 위해 지역의 특색에 맞는 차별화된 관광개발정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 최대의 문화관광도시인 경주도 지역발전의 성장동력으로 관광산업을 적극 육성하고 있지만, 여러 제약요건으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 고속철도시대를 맞이하여 위기를 겪고 있는 경주 관광산업의 구조적인 문제를 해결하고, 경주 문화관광산업의 활성화 전략을 제시하고자 하였다.

        외식산업의 경영전략 성과측정에 의한 블루오션 대응전략

        Food service industry has emerged as the high-value-added growth engine and the key industry that can lead the national and local economic development in the 21st century. The results were used to implement another double-test on supplier value and consumer-oriented purchaser value in order to derive the ERRC evaluation variables of each corporate. Then, the blue ocean strategy for new demands and the market expansion through value innovation were derived. The most important point of this study was to examine the traditional competition strategies based on the existing industrial structures. Since it was determined that the existing traditional competition strategies would not be able to break away from the current situations of tourism corporate, this study attempted a substantial study on blue ocean strategy that can create new demands and promote sustainable growth through value innovation of both purchasers and suppliers. The findings of this study could be used to derive new strategic measures to create a blue ocean through value innovation and provide basic information to establish specific food service industry management plans including marketing plans.

      • 관광시장세분화를 통한 경주세계문화엑스포의 影響度 측정 연구

        Using a factor-cluster market segmentation approach, this study attempted to delineate the motivation of tourist who travel for '98 Kyongju World Cultural Expo Event. Based on five delineated impact factors, cluster analysis was employed to identify similar respondents based on their motivation. The finding show that there are three distinct group : Image group, region impact group, foreign effectiveness group. Advertisement and P.R, the importance of Expo Event, make-decision of revisit variables were shown to be statistically significant among the three groups. The article concludes with marketing implications of the study results and suggestions for future research. Future research is also needed in the comparison between residents and tourists. Though such a comparison, tourism and market planner could see whether a destination is providing appropriate facilities and tourism resources that can satisfy motivation of travelers.

        관광학 연구동향 및 교육과정 분석과 『觀光學總論』의 구성체계

        Tourism study in Korea has evolved so much quantitatively as well as qualitatively. However, we still need to establish the identity of Tourism study academically and the standards of curriculum for education. This paper is to examine the point of issue which may affect on erecting general principles of tourism sciences. Authors observe recent research trends in which 60% of research are sorts of theory of Business administration followed by 10.8% of Economics and 4.8% of Sociology. It is clear that Business administration account for the largest proportion of tourism research. Secondly, in terms of curriculum, university curriculum in Korea has many problems academically and practically compared with university curriculum in foreign country. Writers thus arguably one need 'general principles of tourism sciences' as a guideline for better research and education.
