본 연구에서는 분할표에 대한 적합한 계층대수선형모형을 설정하기 위해 모자이크 그림 행렬을 이용하였다. Hartigan과 Kleiner의 모자이크 그림을 산점도 행렬과 같이 확장한 모자이크 그림 행렬로 초기모형과 최적모형을 기존의 방법과 비교하였다. 대상을 그림모형으로 하였을 때 모자이크 그림 행렬에서 직접 구할 수 있는 것을 보였다. This paper considers the MDM(Mosaic Display Matrix) of searching an optimal hierarchical loglinear model in high-dimensional contigency tables. The mosaic displays are expanded to MDM like a scatter plot to search initial loglinear model and optimal loglinear model. We compared the MDM and previously used method. It is observed that The MDM searches directly optimal loglinear model in graphical model.

이 논문은 2003년 경성대학교 행정발전 연구과제용으로 작성되었다. 본 연구는 도서관이 보유하고 있는 학술정보와 지식컨텐츠를 바탕으로 교수나 연구자들이 논문작성 등 연구를 수행하는데 필요한 전 과정을 1:1 맞춤서비스 및 One-Stop 서비스를 지원하는 시스템을 구축하고자 연구되었다. 이 시스템은 학습·연구자의 연구 Project를 등록하고, 연구 Project의 과정을 시스템 내에서 수행하게 함으로써, 개인별 Project 전 과정을 관리·지원하는 Project 수행 포탈 시스템을 지향한다.

직무분석을 활용한 전문대학 교육과정 개발에 관한 실증적 연구

현재 대학졸업자는 과잉공급 되고 있으나 산업계에서 필요로 하는 인력은 절대적으로 부족하며, 대학 졸업자에 대한 기업의 불만족과 재교육 비용의 부담중가는 전반적인 대학교육과 산업체 현장과의 괴리현상을 야기하고 있다. 특히 전문대학은 직무중심의 직업교육을 목적으로 사회각 분야에 관한 전문적인 이론과 지식을 교수, 연구하고 재능을 연마하며, 국가사회 발전에 필요한 전문 직업 인력을 양성할 목적으로 설립하였다. 그러나 오늘날의 전문대학은 이러한 설립목적에 크게 벗어나 있으며, 이는 산업체의 니즈를 반영한 교육과정의 개발를 통하여 전문대학의 본래의 설립취지 및 설립목적에 맞는 교육기관으로의 변화를 사회가 요구되기에 이르렀다. 산업체 현장의 니즈를 반영한 교육과정개발이란 "산업체의 각 직무단위에서 직무분석을 통하여 요구하는 직무역량을 갖추기 위해 대학에서 교육 되어야 할 교과목 목록과 각 교과목들의 중요도 와 발생빈도 등을 분석하여 교육과정 개발에 반영하고, 이를 통하여 산업체에서 요구하는 직무 와 대학의 교육과정에서 오는 괴리현상을 제거하기 위한 연구"이다 연구방법으로는 직무분석 중심의 교육과정 개발에 일반적으로 사용되는 DACUM 기법을 활용하였으며, 이를 통하여 교과목 스킬 대비표, 조사대상기업의 선정 직무모형의 설정, 직무명세서 및 작업명세서 둥을 작성하여 직무를 분석하였으며, 이를 전문가 집단을 활용한 면접평가 방법과 WEB을 통한 설문지 조사방법으로 교육과정의 결과를 평가하여 산업체 현장의 니즈가 반영된 교육과정을 개발하였다. Current oversupply of college graduates is the need in the industry, but the absolute lack of manpower and the company`s dissatisfaction with graduates of the retraining costs borne by businesses increases with the overall gap between university education and industry is causing a scene. Particularly job-oriented vocational training colleges for the purpose of sahoegak areas of professional knowledge, teaching theory, research, and cultivate talent, and social development of countries required to cultivate professional personnel for the purpose were established. However, the purpose of today`s college founded largely on these off, which reflects the needs of industry through the development of the curriculum of colleges established in the original intent and purpose of the on demand came to be intellectually and socially. Reflect the needs of industrial on-site training is the development "of industrial units for each job through the job analysis is required in college to acquire job skills training to be a list of subjects and the importance of each subject and analyzed the incidence and Curriculum Development Reflected in and through which industry and the job comes from the college curriculum to eliminate the gap between research. Research - oriented job analysis methods commonly used in curriculum development, DACUM technique was used, through which subjects daebipyo skills, selection of the companies surveyed set of job model, job creation and the job description and job specification we analyze it using a group of experts to evaluate the interview and questionnaire via WEB to evaluate the results of the educational process.

임상간호사의 의사소통능력, 직무스트레스, 직무만족도와의 관계

목적 본 연구는 임상 간호사의 의사소통능력과 직무스트레스, 직무만족도 수준을 확인하고 그 차이와 관계를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 방법 서울과 경기지역의 임상간호사 209명을 대상으로 대인 의사소통능력 척도(GICC), 간호직무스트레스척도, 간호사 직무만족도구를 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석 및 t-test, ANOVA를 SPSS 16.0 program으로 분석하였다. 결과 임상간호사의 의사소통능력 평균은 3.30(±0.43)이며, 임상간호사가 느끼는 직무스트레스 평균은 2.90(±0.33), 직무만족도 평균은 3.01(±0.30)이었다. 의사소통능력과 직무스트레스(r=-.247, p<.001) 그리고 직무스트레스와 직무만족도(r=-.215, p=.002)간에는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계가, 의사소통과 직무만족도(r=.248, p<.001)간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 제시되었다. 결론 본 연구는 임상간호사를 대상으로 의사소통능력이 현재의 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도와 관련성이 있음을 규명하여 임상간호사의 직무스트레스를 감소시키고 만족도를 높이는 효율적 인력 관리를 위한 방안으로서 의사소통능력의 활용가능성과 의사소통능력 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 필요성을 제시하였다. Purpose The aim of this study was to identify the differences and relations among the communication competence, job stress and job satisfaction of clinical nurses. Method The participants included 209 nurses who worked at general hospitals in metropolitan Seoul and Gyenggi province. The instruments used for this study were the revised version of the Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale(GICC), the Job Stress Scale, and the Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed using frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient with the SPSS 16.0 program. Result The results of this study were as follows: The mean score for communication competence was 3.30(±0.43). For job stress and job satisfactions mean score were 2.90(±0.33) and 3.01(±0.30). Significant negative correlation were found between the communication competence and job stress of clinical nurse(r=-.247, p<..001). Significant positive correlation between the communication competence and Job Satisfaction of clinical nurse(r=.248, p<.001) was also found. Conclusion The findings of this study support the importance of the communication competence of clinical nurses for efficient human resource management. Studies for developing programs to facilitate communication competence of clinical nurses are highly recommended.
