요가는 고대 인도의 종교와 철학을 배경으로 전승되어온 심신 수련법이며 내면의 성찰과 사마디 (samadhi) 라고 하는 심신통합의 과정을 통해서 해탈 (moksha)을 지향한다. 현재의 요가는 서구를 중심으로 대중화, 과학화된 스포츠구조의 현대요가이며 미용과 다이어트의 특징을 가지고 있다. 근래의 한국요가 역시 심신통합이라는 거창한 목적보다는 좀 더 대중 에게 다가갈 수 있는 방향의 모색과 함께 스포츠화 현상을 보이고 있다. 더 나아가서는 이것을 제도화하려는 움직임까지 보이는 것이다. 이러한 현상은 요가가 즐거운 스포츠처럼 대중에게 생활화 될 수 있는 전환점을 마련하고 있다는 점에서 중대한 모멘텀을 맞이하고 있다고 본다. 우려되는 부분은 스포츠화에 대한 준비과정에서 이에 대한 호감과 반감으로 양분화 된 요가계의 모습이다. 이는 요가의 스포츠화에 이어 질 득과 실에 대한 관망이나 기득 계층의 위상, 요가에 대한 보수와 혁신의 갈등일 수도 있다. 그러므로 요가와 스포츠에 대한 폭넓은 지식과 정보를 통해서 하나의 대상이 스포츠화 되는 과정을 이해하고 요가의 스포츠화에 대한 예측과 전망이 필요하다. Yoga a mind-body training method that has been transmitted up to now from ancient India based on its religion and philosophy. It pursues moksha through the process of introspection and mind-body integration, so-called samādhi. The yoga of this age is modern yoga equipped with the structure of a sport popularized, diversified, and scientified in the West, and it is characterized by its beauty care and diet purposes. Currently, Korean yoga is also becoming a sport pursuing its goal to approach the public more closely instead of its original, big goal to integrate mind and body. Moreover, they even intend to institutionalize it. With this phenomenon, we can see that yoga is facing a critical, transitional moment at the point that it can turn out to be a habit of life to the public as an enjoyable sport. But what our concern is that the circles of yoga are divided into two, pros and cons about the process of preparing for making it a sport. This is attributed to the prospect of profit and loss resulted from making yoga a sport, the status of those with vested rights, and conflicts between conservatives and progressives about yoga. Therefore, based on broad knowledge and information about yoga and sports, it is needed to understand the process to make a certain object into a sport and predict how yoga will become a sport.

요가아사나와 관련된“하타 hatha 라는 단어는‘힘’을 의미하는데, 요가yoga 라는 단어와 결합된 하타요가라는 복합어는 일반적인 의미에서 힘 을 사용 하는 것 정도로 이해될 수 있고 전문적인 의미에서 이 요가는 힘에 의거한 요가로 번역될 수 있다.”이러한 시각에 착안하여 본고(本稿)는 요가아사나를 운동역학의 원리로 접근해 보았다. 요컨대 아사나를 해부학의 원리와 역학적인 관점에서는 어떻게 바라보고 있으며 또한 아사나의 움직임이 제한될 수밖에 없는 조건은 무엇이며 이를 고려하지 않을 때 아사나로 인해서 가져올 부상은 어떠한 것이며 그 대책은 무엇 인지에 관한 과학적인 방법의 접근을 시도해 보았다. 범위는 척주, 만곡을 통한 중력이 아사나의 균형과 중심이동에 미치는 원리와 장요근과 아사나의 연관성을 고찰한 후 우리의 생활환경과 관련된 서고, 앉고, 눕고, 엎드리며, 비트는 과정에 관련된 5가지의 아사나를 선별하여 운동역 학의 과학적인 방법을 차용하여 서술하였다. Regarding Yoga Asana,“ the word, hatha means‘ power’, and the compound word, hathayoga combined with the word, yoga can be generally understood as to use the power and in specific meaning, it can be translated as a kind of yoga based on the power.”Paying attention to this point of view, this study approaches Yoga Asana with kinematic principle. In short, this study took scientific approaches to Asana such as how to see Asana in anatomical principle and mechanical perspective; which condition restricts the movement of Asana; which injury will be brought by Asana if it’s not considered as well as its countermeasure. In the scope, this study describes the theory of gravity coming through the spinal column and the curvature of the spine affecting the balance of Asana and weight shift, and 5 types of Asana were selected regarding the courses of standing, sitting, lying, lying face down and twisting regarding our life environment to describe scientific method of kinetics after considering the relationship between iliopsoas muscle and Asana.

경제활동인구조사는 고용 관련 통계를 생성하는 국가조사로서, 국민의 경활상태(취업/실업/비경활)를 파악하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 정확한 통계를 내기 위해 무응답률을 낮추는 것이 중요하고, 이미 발생한 무응답을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 무응답 대체가 가능하다. 경제활동인구조사는 응답 방식이 순차적 흐름을 따라가기 때문에 구조적인 무응답이 존재한다. 또한 전체 가구원내 무응답 항목이 하나라도 있으면 해당 가족 구성원 전체를 무응답 처리하기에 최종 자료에는 항목 무응답이 아닌 단위 무응답만 존재한다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 구조적 무응답 이해 및 연계자료를 통한 과거 자료의 활용 등을 통해 기존의 방법보다 효과적인 무응답 대체 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 대체 모형의 성능을 일치도/비일치도를 기반으로 평가한다. 이를 위해, 2019년 11월 경제활동인구조사 자료를 기반으로 모의실험을 실시한다. 총 59,996명의 응답자 중 일부를 랜덤하게 선택한 뒤, 경활상태를 판정하는데 결정적인 설명변수 6개와 경활상태를 무응답 처리한다. 기존 무응답 대체 모형에서 사용하였던 설명 변수 이외에 산업변수와 종사상지위 변수를 추가함으로써 모형을 개선한다. 이는 과거자료의 연계 및 활용을 가정한 것으로, 기존의 모형모다 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인한다. 또한, 경활상태별 무응답자 수에 대한 다양한 시나리오를 고려한다. The Korean Economically Active Population Survey (KEAPS) is a national survey that produces employment-related statistics. The main purpose of the survey is to find out the economic activity status (employed/ unemployed/ non-employed) of the people. KEAPS has a unique characteristics caused by the survey method. In this study, through understanding of structural non-response and utilization of past data, we would like to present an improved imputation model. The performance of the proposed model is compared with the existing model through simulation. The performance of the imputation models is evaluated based on the degree of mathing/nonmatching rates. For this, we employ the KEAPS data in November 2019. For the randomly selected ones among the total 59,996 respondents, the six explanatory variables, which are critical in determining the economic activity states, are treated as non-response. The proposed model includes industry variable and job status variable in addition to the explanatory variables used in the precedent research. This is based on the linkage and utilization of past data. The simulation results confirm that the proposed model with additional variables outperforms the existing model in the precedent research. In addition, we consider various scenarios for the number of non-responders by the economic activity status.
