        句法平面上"V1P完"結構的探究

        본 논문은 구조주의 언어학의 생성문법 이론과 마칭주 교수의 의미기능문법이론을 중국어에 응용해서 언어의 보편성을 탐구하는 관점에서 중국어 "V1P-를 마치다" 구문을 위주로 해서 통사론적 의미기능 분석과 구조에 대한 연구·토론을 진행한다. 그리고 과정의미 구문을 구성하는 두 중심 동사 및 관련 성분의 성질과 상호 관계에 대한 세밀한 분석과 연구를 통해서 "시작하다"와 "마치다"라고 하는 서로 대립되는 두 동사에 의해서 그 경계가 결정되는 범주를 지닌 구문을 "과정의미 동사 구문"이라고 하는 새로운 관점을 제시한다. 또한 "마치다"는 과정의미 구문의 상위문 동사로 지칭하고자 한다.

        교장의 수업지도성이 고등학생의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 공변량 구조분석

        본 연구에서 교장의 수업지도성은 교장의 수업지도성과 학교수준 변인인 학교 풍토, 수업조직화의 세 가지 요인을 포함하는 명칭을 의미한다. 교장의 수업 지도성, 학교수준 변인인 학교 풍토, 수업조직화가 고등학생들의 학업성취도에 인과적으로 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 규명하기 위해 이론적 접근과 자료 분석 을 시도하였다 학교장 수업지도성, 학교수준 변인인 학교풍토, 수업조직화 관련 측정 도구는 교육행정 전문가 10 인의 자문을 구하고 예비 설문 분석을 통해 최종 82문항을 재개발하였다 검사는 10월의 사설 모의고사를 친 울산, 경남, 전남지역 인문계 고교 교사 570 명을 대상으로 질시하였다. 분석 후 얻은 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교장의 수업지도성은 학교풍토에 직접 미치는 영향은 매우 크게 나타났다 둘째, 교장의 수업지도성이 수엽 조직에 직접 미치는 영향 역시 유의미한 영향을 마쳤다. 셋째, 학교풍토와 수업 조직이 학업성취도에 직접 미치는 영향은 높지는 않지만 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 나타냈다 넷째, 교장의 수업지도성이 학교풍토를 거쳐 학생의 학업성취도에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 교장의 수업지도성이 수업조직화를 거쳐 학업성취도에 간접적으로 미치는 영향은 적지만 영향을 미치는 데 의의를 보여 주었다. 여섯째, 학업성취도가 높은 학교와 낮은 학교간의 비교에서 교사들의 지각은 학업성취도가 높은 학교가 낮은 학교에 비해 교장의 수업지도성파 학교수준 변인인 수업조직화, 학교풍토 요인에서 학생들의 학업 생취도가 더 잘 나타나는 차이를 나타냈다. This study is to examine direct effects of principals' instructional leadership, school climate and Instructional organization on students' achievement, direct effects of principals' instructional leadership on school climate and instructional organization, and indirect effects of principals' instruction leadership on students' achievement through school climate and teachers' Instructional organization. This study is carried out the literature review and survey research in order to find the effects of principals' Instructional leadership, school climate, and instructional organization on students' achievement. For the survey questionnaire, Hallinger and Murphy's PIMERS(Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale) was used for instructional leadership, Lezotte's School Learning Climate for school climate, and Mohan's questionnaire for the factors of teacher instructional behavior. The subject of study is limited to 570 teachers who are teaching the second grade students Korean, English, Society, and Science In academic high schools. This study includes 31 academic high schools which are located In Ilsan, Jeonnam, and Kyungnam regions. Students' achievement is confined to the second grade In each school that had private practice exam in October 2003 The results on each research question can be summarized as follows. Frist, principals' instructional leadership showed slight effect in .057 on students' achievement. ① The direct effect of instructional organization on students' achievement can be seen very slight. ② It was found that the general effects principals' instructional leadership affects on students' achievement indirectly were a little slight in .177. Second, the cause and effect relationship among principals' instructional leadership, school climate and students' achievement was shown various. ① The result that principals' instructional leadership affected to a considerable extent on school climate in 954 suggests schools should laster learning climate to improve students' achievement. ② School climate had a little inconsiderable effect in .119 on students' achievement. ③ It was shown that the indirect effect of principals' instructional leadership on students' achievement through school climate was a little inconsiderable in .113. Third, the cause and effect relationship among principals' instructional leadership, teachers' instructional organization and students' achievement appeared various ① It was also shown that the direct effect of principals' instructional leadership on teachers' instructional organization was great in .799 ② The direct effect of teachers' instructional organization on students' achievement was very slight in .006. ③ It was found that the indirect effect of principals' instructional leadership on students' achievement through teachers' instructional organization was quite inconsiderable in .004. The overall results of study turned out while principals' instructional leadership had great effect on school climate and teachers' instructional organization, principals' instructional leadership and teachers' instructional organization affected very slightly on students' achievement Instructional leadership had slight indirect effect on students' achievement through school climate, and principals' instructional leadership affects on students' achievement through instructional organization.

      • 中等學校 敎師가 參與하는 非公式組織의 類型, 動機 및 機能 分析

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the types. motives, and functions of teacher’s informal organizations in secondary schools. For the purpose of this study. the reseachers examined the characteristics of school organization and the concepts. formation factors, Types, and functions of the informal organization through reviewing previous studies and relative literatures. For this study, 500 questionnaires were distributed to teachers of 20 secondary schoools in Gyeong Nam Province, and 451 of them were used for the analyses of data. The questionnaire used in this study was developed by the reaearchers. It was composed of 25 questions on the types, Motives, and functions of teacher’s informal organizations. Conclusions of this study were as follows. First, the types of informal organization in which secondary school teachers participated were mainly for satisfying individual needs and having membership. This fact revealed that teachers’ informal organizations in schools are organized by the same reasons as the general formation factors of informal organization in other social organizations. Second, the main motives of participation in informal organization were for maintaining good human relationships, satisfying individual needs, enjoying hobbies, relaxing personal tensions and stresses, and enlarging mental capacity. This fact can be explained that teachers in secondary schools recognized the informal organization as a dicice to satisfy their psychological needs, to improve communications among colleagues, and to form the coorporative organizational atmosphere. Third, teachers recognized the function of informal organization positively. That is, they agreed in general that informal organizations have following functions: improving the teachers’ task performance; encouraging human relationships among colleagues; understanding of actual school situations: and decreasing organizational rigidity. Finally, on the basis of the above conclusions, three points can be suggested to school administrators for the efficent school management: the administrators should 1) recognize that teachers’ participation in informal organization is a universalized phenomenon; 2) pay continuous attentions to teachers’ informal organizations; and 3) attempt to take necessary measures that the informal organization would be a complementary subgroup in a school organization which alleviates negative aspects of formal organization, such as organizational stiffness and lack of personal interactions.

      • 정거장구간 배수시설 개선방안에 대한 연구

        정거장은 철도이용자와 영업적 입장을 고려하여 그 규모와 위치를 결정하는데 가능하면 시가지 또는 교통, 경제의 중심과 인접하고 평탄한 장소에 설치한다. 정거장이 설치되는 경우 기존의 배수체계를 유지할 수 있도록 배수계획을 수립하여야 하나 정거장 대부분은 1km 이상의 길이가 필요하여 유출부가 정거장 한쪽에 편중되어 있는 경우 토사측구 깊이가 증가하여 비합리적인 배수시설로 계획된다. 토사측구의 깊이가 증가하면 용지 폭 증가와 사람 또는 차량 추락 시 대형사고가 발생하므로 이를 방지할 수 있는 배수시설에 대해 연구하고자 한다. Station should be built on flat ground near in the urban district or traffic & economic zone and their size and location should be determined by considering passengers & business margin. During station construction stage, a drainage plan will be established to maintain the existing drainage system. Usually a drainage length of over 1km is required for this case, therefore if the outlet is inclined on either side, it creates an unreasonable drainage system because of the increase in depth of side gutter. If the depth of side gutter increases, it can generate large scale accident due to the fall of people of vehicles so we need to study drainage system capable of preventing it.
