        유형별 해변공간으로의 거리가 주택가격에 미치는 영향: 인천광역시를 중심으로

        본 연구는 해변공간의 유형을 구분하고, 유형별 해변 공간으로의 접근성이 주택가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 해변공간의 유형은 항구, 산업시설 등이 입지한 산업해안과 그 외의 일반적인 해안으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 공간적 범위는 인천광역시이며, 시간적 범위는 2019년이다. 연구의 방법은 면적당 주택 가격을 종속변수로 하는 특성가격모형을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 해변공간으로의 접근성은 주택가격에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 해변도 강이나 공원과 같은 도시 내 어메니티와 마찬가지로 그 접근성이 주택가격에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두번째, 산업해안으로의 접근성도 일반해안과 마찬가지로 주택가격에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 산업해안을 비선호시설로 판단할 수는 없으며, 어메니티로서의 역할을 일부 수행하는 것으로 판단된다. 세번째, 산업해안의 접근성이 주택가격에 미치는 정의 영향의 크기는 일반해안의 절반수준으로 나타났다. 산업해안도 선호되는 어메니티로서 기능하고 있으나, 그 선호의 정도는 일반해안의 절반인 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과에 따른 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 해안의 유형을 고려한 도시기능의 배치 및 주택의 입지 전략이 요구된다. 두 번째, 산업해안의 전략적 활용과 환경 개선 방안이 필요하다. This study classifies coastal spcae by type and analyzes the effect of access to beach spaces on housing prices. The types of coastal spaces were divided into industrial coasts where the ports or industrial facilities were located and general coasts. The spatial scope of this study is Incheon, which includes a variety of coatal spaces with active housing transactions. The time scope of study is 2019. We used the hedonic price model with the housing price per area as a dependent variable. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, access to coastal space has a positive effect on housing prices. Coastal spaces, like other urban amenity such as rivers and parks, have a positive impact on housing prices. Second, access to industrial coasts had a positive impact on housing prices, as did the general coast. Therefore, the industrial coast can not be judged as a non-preferred facility, and it seems to play a role as an urban amenity. Third, the magnitude of the positive impact of access to industrial coasts on housing prices was half that of general coasts. The industrial coast also functions as a preferred amenity, but the degree of preference is considered to be half that of the general coast. The policy implications of the results of this study are as follows. First, urban function placement and housing location strategies are required, considering the type of coast. Second, there is a need for strategic utilization of industrial coasts and ways to improve the environment.

      • IMD 공정특성 예측을 위한 사출 및 필름성형 간의 연계해석

        Recently, in-mold decoration (IMD) process is one of the popular manufacturing methods to produce exterior plastic parts. IMD process is widely utilized and expanded whole industry owing to proceeding injection molding process and film forming process simultaneously. In the IMD process, rheological resin is directly injected behind film surface with high temperature and pressure conditions, and then local deformation characteristics such as thickness variation, stress and temperature distribution arise on film surface. To predict this local deformation, it is necessary to analyze the IMD process by linking between injection molding process and film forming process. In the present study, to predict this local deformation on film surface, the methodology of connecting CAE analysis was proposed between the film forming analysis and the injection molding analysis. First, injection molding analysis was carried out by using finite element method, and then shape of resin injected at each time step was depicted as a punch objective from film deformation analysis. With results of connecting CAE analysis, it was figure out that highest stress was applied to around injection gate and film thickness near the corner of plastic parts has thinned. In conclusion, it was predicted that local deformation characteristics was obtained by the methodology of connecting CAE analysis on film surface of plastic part.

        IMD 공정 중 필름 변형 특성 파악을 위한 사출 및 필름성형 간 연계해석

        In various manufacturing industries, an in-mold decoration (IMD) process for plastic objects is widely utilized because a film forming and an injection molding processes run simultaneously. In the present study, the deformation of polymer film and filling of resin in the IMD process were numerically investigated to evaluate the quality of the plastic object formed by the IMD process, which consists of thermoforming and injection molding processes. To obtain the initial shape of the polymer film during the injection molding process, the deformation of the polymer film in the thermoforming process was pre-formed using the vacuum conditions to attach the film to a cavity. Since the properties and deformation of polymer film are greatly affected by the behavior of polymer resin being injected into a mold cavity, numerical simulations for the injection molding and film forming were performed with one-way coupling method. The results showed that the injected resin could lead to the tearing of the polymer film in local regions near the corners. In order to verify the proposed numerical methodology, the numerical results of the deformation patterns printed on the initial polymer film were compared with the experimental data. The proposed methodology to couple film forming analysis with injection molding analysis can be used to predict the deformation of film in IMD process.

        It is important to predict the behavior of liquid film in painting process of small plastic objects. From this process, the film sagging phenomenon around the corners of object easily occurs due to the surface tension of liquid film. In the present study, the behavior of liquid film around the corners of object was numerically simulated for the prediction of film sagging phenomenon by using the VOF method. The behavior of liquid film was predicted with the density, viscosity and surface tension coefficient of liquid film obtained from the experiment. The numerical result of behavior of liquid film was in good agreement with experimental result. In order to decrease the film sagging phenomenon, the effect of geometric factor is also analyzed. From these simulations, the modified comer shape was obtained to reduce the film sagging phenomenon. The results of present study can be provided as useful information for improving the quality of painting process.

      • 스프레이 도장에서 제품 모서리의 도료 뭉침 현상에 대한 수치해석적 연구

        It is important to predict the paint sagging in the spray painting for the quality assurance and quality improvement of painting process. With the effect of surface tension of paint film around object, the paint sagging easily occurs around the corner of object. In the present study, the two-phase interfacial flow of the paint film on the small plastic object was numerically investigated by using a VOF method. For the simulation of paint sagging phenomenon, the paint properties such as density, viscosity and surface tension coefficient was measured with the paint used in the spray painting of plastic object. With these paint properties, the behavior of paint film was predicted with the specific initial film thickness around the painted object. In the steady state of film behavior, the numerical results of film thickness showed a good agreement with the experimental results. The characteristics of paint sagging around corner were numerically analyzed with various geometric model.
