      • 단감을 이용한 발효 와인의 제조 및 특성

        단감의 이용성 증대를 위하여 경남 창원지방에서 생산된 단감으로 단감 와인을 제조하고, 그 특성을 조사하였다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCTC 7106, 7238, 7904의 3 균주를 $20^{\circ}C$ 무교반 상태에서 단감에 대하여 알콜 발효를 시도하여 발효 21일째에 가장 높은 알콜 생성능을 보인 KCTC 7106를 단감 와인 제조 균주로 선별하였다. KCTC 7106 효모를 이용하여 1년간 저장된 저품질 단감에 설탕을 첨가하여 25%로 총당을 설정하여 $30^{\circ}C$에서 120 rpm으로 교반하면서 알콜 발효를 진행한 결과, 15일째에 11.6%의 알콜이 생성되었고 그 이후 25일까지 비슷한 량이 관찰되었다. 한편, 발효 초기 pH는 5근처이다가 점차 감소하여 발효 5일째에는 4까지 감소한 후 계속 유지되었다. Vit C의 경우 초기 $5.04\;{\mu}g/ml$이다가 발효가 진행됨에 따라 서서히 감소하였다. 또한, $20^{\circ}C$와 $30^{\circ}C$에서 교반을 하지 않고 당해 연도에 수확한 단감을 이용하여 발효를 수행한 결과, $20^{\circ}C$에서 발효하였을 때 30일 경과시 13%의 알콜이 생성되었으며, $30^{\circ}C$에서 발효한 경우에는 15일째에 11.8%, 35일째에 13.4%의 알콜이 생성되었다. In this study, three kinds of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains (KCTC 7106, 7238, 7904) were tested with respect to the ability of alcohol fermentation at $20^{\circ}C$ for 3 weeks, and S. cerevisiae KCTC 7106 was the most effective strain in alcohol fermentation with sweet persimmon. To increase the utility of sweet persimmon, the fruits stored for 1 year were used to make an alcohol beverage. It was adjusted 25% of total sugar content and allowed alcohol fermentation with shaking at 120 rpm and $30^{\circ}C$. The alcohol content of 11.6% showed at 15 days and it did not change until 25 days. The initial pH of the fermentation was near 5 then decreased to 4 within 5 days and the initial vitamin C content, 5.04 ${\mu}g/ml$, gradually decreased with fermentation periods. In the other study, the alcohol fermentation from fresh harvested persimmons showed 13% alcohol content at $20^{\circ}C$ for 30 days without agitation, while the alcohol content of the fermentation at $30^{\circ}C$ was 11.8% at 25 days and 13.4% at 35 days.

        야외창고 재고실사 자동화를 위한 시스템 개발

        Inventory inspection is an important task to eliminate the inconsistency between real assets and inventory management systems, and it is performed periodically at the site. In the case of a large-sized property, it is mainly managed in an outdoor workshop or a warehouse. However, due to the large area of the outdoor area, it is relatively difficult to identify the quantity and location of the property and is also vulnerable to theft. To solve this problem, we proposed a method and system for performing a warehouse inventory inspection using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacons. The proposed method has the following advantages. First of all, if we carry out inventory inspection by utilizing UAV, we can minimize user’s effort compared to existing methods. The method of recognizing the asset by attaching the BLE beacon is more costly than using the existing RFID technology, but it is advantageous because the recognition distance is increased and the battery life of the tag is drastically increased. We also designed a BLE beacon reader for the system and implemented a prototype to show the feasibility of the proposed system. The prototype is based on Genuino 101, which is a kind of arduino, and adds HM-10 and Neo-6m modules to provide Bluetooth and GPS functions. The BLE beacon reader was tested in outdoor, and attached in drone. We also developed an inventory checking system based on the web to display results of inventory checking. The proposed approach enables the users to automate the operation of inventory checking on an outdoor warehouse.

        We consider a dynamic lot-sizing model for production time windows. For this model, we review a known optimal solution procedure and perform computational experiments. The result shows that the procedure, although it guarantees an optimal solution, takes much time for large planning horizon, e.g., 40. For practical perspective, we conclude that pseudo-polynomial algorithm or heuristic algorithm needs to be designed.

      • 닷넷 기반 시스템 개발 방법론

        Recently Microsoft proposed the .NET environment for heterogeneous and complex enterprise computing. The environment has been adopted in many SI projects. However, few development methodology properly supports the projects on .NET environment, and the MSF/CD(Microsoft Solution Framework for Component Design) is still unfamiliar to system developers. In this paper, new development methodology for .NET environment is proposed, which is based on the unified process (UP) and the MSF/CD. The MSF/CD is composed of conceptual design, logical design, and physical design. The first two step of the methodology is similar to legacy object-oriented methodology but the physical design step is unique and should be adapted new methodology because the step is based on the COM+ model - Microsoft component model. The main skeleton of new methodology is object-oriented methodology - UP, and the model is modified using MSF/CD. The proposed methodology is familiar to system developers and adapts Microsoft COM+ model. A prototype system also- developed to verify the applicability of the methodology.

        Effect of subcritical water extraction conditions on the activity of alcohol metabolizing enzymes, ACE inhibition, and tyrosinase inhibition in Protaetia brevitarsis larvae

        In order to develop processing methods withhigh physiological activity for Protaetia brevitarsis larvae(PBL), subcritical water (SCW) extraction was applied. The dried powder (1 g) of PBL was extracted with 10 mLdistilled water at 100, 200, and 300 C for 30 min. TheSCW treatment significantly (p\0.05) increased somephysiological activities of the PBL extracts. The SCWextract at 300 C increased alcohol dehydrogenase,acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, and tyrosinase inhibitoryactivities from 192.3 ± 4.1% to 452.2 ± 0.5%,125.4 ± 2.9% to 153.3 ± 0.4%, and - 7.0 ± 0.7% to26.1 ± 1.4%, respectively, compared to the extract at100 C. Contrarily, the inhibition activity of angiotensinconverting enzyme was the highest at 200 C. These resultssuggest that SCW is a suitable method to extract andmaintain the physiological activity of PBL.

        중소기업을 위한 인간-기계 인터페이스(HMI) 기능 확장: 사출성형기업 중심으로

        As the 4th industrial revolution emerges, the implementation of smart factories are essential in the manufacturing industry. However, 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises that have introduced smart factories remain at the basic level. In addition, in root industries such as injection molding, PLC and HMI software are used to implement functions that simply show operation data aggregated by facilities in real time. This has limitations for managers to make decisions related to product production other than viewing data. This study presents a method for upgrading the level of smart factories to suit the reality of small and medium-sized enterprises. By monitoring the data collected from the facility, it is possible to determine whether there is an abnormal situation by proposing an appropriate algorithm for meaningful decision-making, and an alarm sounds when the process is out of control. In this study, the function of HMI has been expanded to check the failure frequency rate, facility time operation rate, average time between failures, and average time between failures based on facility operation signals. For the injection molding industry, an HMI prototype including the extended function proposed in this study was implemented. This is expected to provide a foundation for SMEs that do not have sufficient IT capabilities to advance to the middle level of smart factories without making large investments.
