        종합병원 영양사의 조직문화 인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect dietitians' perceived organizational culture has on organizational commitment at hospital foodservices. A total of 382 dietitians working at general hospitals with 500 beds or more participated in the survey from January 16 to February 8, 2017. The result of perceived organizational culture showed hierarchical culture, rational culture, development culture, and group culture scored to be 5.29, 5.25, 5.15, and 4.97 out of 7, respectively. Differences in the perception of organizational culture and organizational commitment were observed according to the general demographics of subjects, but no significant differences were shown according to the general characteristics of hospitals. For organizational commitment perception, affective commitment (5.14), normative commitment (4.41), and continuance commitment (4.21) were identified. There were differences according to age, work experience at the present job, position, and education level by type of organizational culture. In terms of organizational commitment, there were significant differences in age, work experience at the present job, employment status, and possession of clinical dietitian certificate, position by type of commitment. A positive correlation between dietitians' perceived organizational culture and organizational commitment such as overall organizational commitment, affective commitment, and normative commitment was observed (P<0.01). Group culture, development culture, and hierarchical culture positively affected overall organizational commitment (P<0.001). Development culture, group culture, and hierarchical culture had positive effects on affective commitment, whereas rational culture had a negative influence. Development culture (P<0.05), group culture (P<0.001), and hierarchical culture (P<0.01) positively influenced normative commitment. Results suggest that it is necessary to develop plans for the improvement of rational culture, group culture, and development culture at hospital foodservice organizations.

        엘리트선수들이 부상과 재활과정에서 겪는 심리적 경험

        본 연구의 목적은 엘리트선수들이 부상과 재활과정에서 경험하는 심리적 경험에 대하여 조사하여 재활과정에서 적용할 수 있는 심리상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 국가대표 선수 82명을 대 상으로 부상과 재활과정에서의 심리적 경험에 대한 개방형 설문을 진행하였고 4명의 선수를 대상으로 심층면담을 진행 하였다. 부상 당시에는 총 196개의 자료가 수집되었으며 모든 선수들이 불안(46), 걱정(45), 좌절감(15), 지도자 눈치 (13), 후회(9) 등의 부정적인 감정을 경험하였다. 재활과정에서는 총 201개의 자료가 수집되었으며 부정적인 감정 (114)과 긍정적인 감정(87)을 모두 경험하였다. 부정적인 감정은 걱정(22), 불안(14), 지루함(14), 조급함(10), 힘 듦(9) 등으로 분류되었고 긍정적인 감정은 복귀 갈망(33), 회복 노력(14), 부상 예방 다짐(11), 정신력 강화(11), 건 강의 소중함 인식(7) 등으로 분류되었다. 그리고 선수들은 최대한 희망적인 이야기를 듣기를 원하고 있었다. 이 자료가 향후 선수들이 재활과정에서 겪는 심리적 고충에 대처할 수 있도록 도와주는 심리상담 프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological experiences of elite athletes during injury and rehabilitation and to provide basic data for developing counseling program that can be applied in rehabilitation process. To achieve this purpose, we conducted an open questionnaire survey targeting 82 elite national athletes and interviewed 4 players. At the time of injury, we collected 196 raw data and all the players experienced negative emotions such as anxiety(46), worry(45), frustration(15), difficulty reporting to coach(13), regret(9) and so on. During the rehabilitation, we collected 201 raw data and the athletes experienced both negative(114) and positive emotions(87). Negative emotions were categorized as worry(22), anxiety(14), boredom(14), impatience(10), hardness(9) and so on. Positive emotions were categorized as desire to return(33), effort for recovery(14), promise to prevent injury(11), strengthening the spirit(11), recognizing the important of health(7) and so on. They were also hoping to listen hopeful messages. We hope that this data can be used to develop a psychological counseling program that will help the athlete to cope with various psychological problems during the rehabilitation process.

        한국인과 일본인의 영어 자음 지각 비교

        Twenty two Koreans and twelve Japanese living in South Korea have been examined for their perceptual identification of an initial consonant in English syllables with or without white noise. A confusion matrix was then subject to analyses of additive clustering, individual difference scaling, and the probability of transmitted information, the results of which were compared to those of four English speakers living in South Korea. Koreans were confused with sounds which have the same place of articulation but the different manner of articulation (closure and continuant) like /ʤ/-/z/, /s/-/ɵ/, /b/-/v/, /d/-/ð/ pairs. Japanese were confused with the sounds which have the same manner of articulation but the different place of articulation like /l/-/r/, /s/-/ɵ/, /z/-/ð/, and /f/-/ɵ/ pairs. The overall results showed that Korean and Japanese who were assumed to have the same difficulties in perceiving English consonants actually have the quite different error patterns with English consonants. These difference might be caused by their perceptual structure with mother languages. This study suggests that the method for acquisition of English phonology should be modified depending on learner's phonology of mother language. 한국인 22 명과 한국에 거주하는 일본인 12 명을 대상으로 영어 초성에 대한 지각을 조사하고, 두 언어민들이 영어 자음을 범주화하는 심리적 구조를 비교하였다. 통제 비교를 위해, 영어민 4 인의 지각 혼동을 함께 조사, 분석하였다. 음성 자극은 영어 19 개 자음이 ‘a’ 모음과 함께 발음된 개음절이었다. 실험에서 음성 자극은 백색 소음에 중첩되어 제시되거나 소음 없이 정상적으로 제시되었다. 청취자들이 음성 자극을 판단한 반응 결과는 자음들 간의 혼동 행렬로 구성되었으며, 이 행렬에 대해 가산군집분석, 개별차이척도법 및 정보전달율을 계산하였다. 가산군집분석 결과, 한국인이 가장 많이 혼동하는 영어 자음쌍은 /ʤ/-/z/, /s/-/ɵ/, /b/-/v/, /d/-/ð/로 조음 위치가 같은 폐쇄음과 마찰음 쌍이었으며, 일본인은 /l/-/r/, /s/-/ɵ/, /z/-/ð/, /f/-/ɵ/로 조음 방법은 같으나 조음위치가 다른 소리 쌍이었다. 소음 조건의 혼동 결과에 개별차이척도법을 적용하고, 각 언어민에서 4 개의 유의한 기저 차원을 추출하였다. 이 차원 구조를 영어민 자료와 비교한 결과, 영어민의 경우, 차원 구조에서 음운적 부류가 뚜렷하게 드러나는 반면, 한국인과 일본인의 차원 구조는 분산적이고 경계가 모호하였다. 이는 모국어와 외국어 음운 지각의 차이를 반영하는 것으로 보인다. 소음 조건에서 한국인과 일본인의 심적 차원 구조는 거의 유사하였다. 구체적인 음운 자질들의 심리적 사용을 조사하기 위해, SPE(Sound Pattern of English) 자질들(Chomsky & Halle, 1968)의 정보 전달율을 분석하였다. 한국인과 일본인, 영어민의 비교에서 특이한 점만을 열거하면, 첫째, 한국인 자료에서는 조음 방법의 자질들인 지속성(continuant)과 방출 지연(delayed release)의 정보전달율이 상당히 낮았다. 둘째, 일본인들은 다른 언어민에 비해, /l/의 변별 자질인 설측성(lateral)의 전달율이 낮았고, 조음위치를 전방성(anterior) 자질을 중심으로 판단하였다. 셋째, 영어민 자료에서 특기할만한 점은 유성성(voiced) 자질의 정보전달율이 낮게 나타난 것이다. 이는 현대 영어에서 /ð/-/ɵ/의 음운적 대립이 약해진 것을 반영하는 듯하다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국인과 일본인은 모두 영어 음운을 지각할 때 큰 어려움을 겪지만, 그 구체적인 양상은 다르다는 것을 보여주었다. 이는 외국어 음운을 지각할 때, 모국어의 음운 구조가 큰 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 외국어 음운 학습을 위한 전략은 학습자의 모국어 음운 구조에 따라 달라져야 함을 시사한다.

        통역 분야 활용 목적의 작업기억폭 검사 신뢰도 연구

        Researchers interested in the relationship between working memory and interpreting tend to adopt working memory (WM) span tasks developed by psychologists as WM measurement tools. Among the most commonly used are those that consist of words and sentences such as the reading span task. The reliability of such tasks has been verified in several studies in cognitive psychology. However, no study has been found to demonstrate that reliability is maintained when the WM span tasks are administered to interpreters. This study aimed to examine and compare the reliability of reading span tasks which involve linguistic elements and that of an operation span task, a language-independent WM span task. For this purpose, student interpreters were invited to perform the WM span tasks and then the equivalent form test reliability and the test-retest reliability of the tasks were measured. The results suggest that only the operation span task is a reliable tool for testing the WM capacity of interpreters.

        동계 종목 엘리트 선수들의 상기도 감염 경험과 상기도 감염이 훈련, 경기 참가에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the experience of the upper respiratory infection of the elite winter sports athletes and its effect on training and competition. Methods: We conducted survey on elite athletes preparing for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games. The general characteristics, training and competition loss due to upper respiratory infection were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Multiple regression analysis was performed to find out the factors that influence on training loss due to upper respiratory infection. A p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant and data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 24.0. Results: A total 65 players answered the questionnaire. Sixteen players (24.7%) reported that they got an upper respiratory infection more than three times a year. The month mainly affected by upper respiratory infection was September to November. Main symptom of upper respiratory infection was rhinorrhea mostly, followed by sore throat, cough, sputum. Six players (9.2%) answered that they were excluded from training more than three times due to upper respiratory infection for 1 year. Seven players (10.7%) answered that they were excluded from competition one time due to upper respiratory infection for 1 year. The factors that influence on training loss due to upper respiratory syndrome were the numbers of getting upper respiratory infection for 1 year and age. Conclusion: Elite winter athletes are vulnerable to upper respiratory and it has a bad effect on training and competition. So we need to take care of elite athletes’ illness like upper respiratory infection.

        통역 사용자를 대상으로 한 통역 모드 선호도 조사: 인간 통역, AI 통역, 자막 비교

        In this study, a survey was conducted of users of interpreting services to find out which mode of interpreting they preferred the most. Forty Korean employees of a foreign financial institution in Korea, who work with interpreters on a regular basis, participated in this study. Participants were instructed to answer questions on two different settings of interpreting: conference and in-house interpreting. In the conference interpreting setting, participants were asked to choose between human interpreting, AI interpreting and subtitles after watching an English speech with the three modes of interpreting into Korean. They liked subtitles the most, followed by human interpreting, and AI was the least preferred. Accuracy of interpreting was found not to be a decisive factor in user preferences because AI was the least preferred despite being the most accurate. That said, accuracy still influenced their choice as participants preferred human interpreters more when they were more accurate. The reasons participants chose human interpreters over AI included natural tone and comfortable voice. In the in-house interpreting setting where the choice was between human and AI interpreting, human interpreters were favored over AI for their ability to engage in open discussions, their knowledge of the internal matters of the company, etc. These results show that user preferences are influenced by a variety of non-linguistic factors while users certainly value accuracy of interpreting. This suggests that it is the very human qualities that give human interpreters a competitive advantage over AI, and that there is still significant demand for these uniquely human roles.
