        Needs Analysis for Developing a Culture-focused Teacher Training Course

        Ever since a massive scale government-funded teacher training was started in 1996 for elementary school teachers of English, many changes and improvement have been made in terms of its curriculum, instruction, and evaluation. However, it has been reported that the level of teachers’ English language competence and cultural understanding still remain to be the major problem areas to be improved. Cultural understanding serves as a foundation of developing English proficiency. Therefore, it is important to develop teacher training programs where cultural understanding can be enhanced along with culture teaching skills. The purpose of this study is to examine how Korean elementary school teachers perceive English-speaking culture and what attitude they have toward it, and identify their needs and wants for developing a teacher training course to promote cultural understanding and to improve culture teaching skills. A questionnaire survey was conducted among one hundred and eighty three elementary school teachers of English who teach at the elementary schools located in Gwangju and Jeonnam region. The results showed that informal learning experiences or resources provided them with more cultural information than formal education including college courses or teacher training programs. They also wanted culture to be integrated into communicative skill-oriented classes.

        기업의 기술혁신 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향연구: 혁신저항의 매개적 효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 그동안 기술혁신 활동이 자체 기업 또는 조직, 인적 구성원의 역량과 활동 방법에 따라 다름에도 불구하고 이의 실행에 대한 혁신저항을 적극 고려하지 않았던 기존 연구의 한계를 보완하여 기업의 기술혁신 역량과 활동이 조직 내 혁신저항과 성과에 미치는 영향력이 어느 정도 차이가 있는지 이를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 국내 IT, BT기업 293개사를 대상으로 실증 조사하였다. 그 결과를 보면 첫째, 가설1의 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 기술혁신 저항에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 둘째, 가설2의 기술혁신 활동은 기술혁신 저항에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었다. 셋째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 넷째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 성과 사이에 매개 효과는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었다. 다섯째, 기술혁신 저항은 기술혁신 활동과 기술혁신 성과 사이에 매개효과는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않아 기각되었다. 전체적으로 기술혁신 역량이 높을수록 기술혁신 저항에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 상관성을 갖고 기술혁신 저항 또한 저항 정도에 따라 기술혁신 역량과 성과를 증진 또는 저하시킬 수 있음을 시사해 주었다. Although the technological innovation activities have depended on corporate, organizational and personal capabilities and activities, innovation resistance to practice was not actively considered in previous studies. This study is intended to the effects of corporate technology innovation capabilities and activities on intra-organizational innovation resistance and performance by compensating the limit of previous studies. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 293 domestic IT and BT companies. First, technological innovation competencies had a positive effect on technological innovation resistance, adopting hypothesis 1. Second, technological innovation activities had no positive effect on technological innovation resistance, rejecting hypothesis 2. Third, technological innovation resistance had a positive effect on technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 3. Fourth, technological innovation resistance was positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation competencies and technological innovation performance, adopting hypothesis 4. Fifth, technological innovation resistance was not positively mediated in the relationship between technological innovation activities and technological innovation performance, rejecting hypothesis 5. Overall, the higher technological innovation competencies had a significant effect on technological innovation resistance. Consequently, technological innovation resistance can improve or reduce technological innovation competencies and performance depending on the level of resistance.

      • Paraneoplastic Autoimmune Multiorgan Syndrome으로 인하여 구강 내 국소적으로 발생한 과다혈관성 궤양의 방사선 근접치료 시 자체 제작한 Mold의 유용성 평가

        Purpose: Evaluate the mold we have made to improve the reproducibility of the patient position and make homogeneous dose distribution to the treatment volume effectively when treating the patient who has hypervascular ulcer on her tongue caused by paraneoplastic autoimmune multiorgan syndrome by mold brachytherapy. Materials and Methods: The mold is consisted of upper and lower parts. We inserted 2 mm of lead sheet on the gums toward the oral cavity to protect them from unnecessary irradiation during the treatment. We had planned on orthogonal images obtained the patient. 200 cGy was delivered in every fraction with a total dose of 3000 cGy. To evaluate the effect of the lead sheet, we made a measurement with a phantom that has gums and tongue made of tissue with an equivalent material (bolus). Five of TLDs were placed on the interesting points of gums to measure the dose during irradiation with lead sheet and without lead sheet for three times respectively. Results: The result of the measurement without lead sheet are A: 33.9 cGy, B: 30.1 cGy, C: 31.8 cGy, D: 23.3 cGy, E: 24.1 cGy. The results of measurement with lead sheet are A: 20.6 cGy, B: 18.8 cGy, C: 19.6 cGy, D: 14.7 cGy, E: 15.1 cGy. Conclusion: Since we are using the mold made in our department during the treatment of the patient with hypervascular ulcer on tongue, we could deliver a proper dose to the treatment volume. In addition, the mold provided highly accurate and reproducible treatment and reduced the dose to the gums and teeth. Therefore, the possibility of side effects could be decreased significantly.

        초등학생의 융합적 문제해결력 함양을 위한수업모형 적용 사례 연구

        It is a hyper-connected society in which everything is connected, and the change to an uncertainera requires individual competitiveness in a new direction. This urges interest in improving theconvergence ability of school education, which has been developed around the knowledge and skills inthe subject. This study attempted to develop the teaching model by exploring the applicability of theSTEAM-based problem-solving teaching model through cases applied to elementary school classes, anddiscovering complementary points of the STEAM-based problem-solving teaching model based on this. To this end, a STEAM-based problem-solving lesson was devised based on the 7 problems thatelementary school students selected through questionnaire surveys and expert discussions, and 4thgrade elementary school students were selected as subjects for the study and applied. The collecteddata were analyzed qualitatively. As a result of the study, characteristics related to STEAM-basedproblem-solving ability were derived in each procedure of the STEAM-based problem-solving teachingmodel and in the overall course of the instruction. In the problem discovery and analysis stage,connect experiences and knowledge to understand problems, in the idea generation stage, connectexisting experiences and knowledge to create ideas, connect new knowledge to create ideas, inexecute plan stage, verify the validity of the problem solving method, specify various aspects of theproblem solving method, in the implementation stage, integrating in a virtual situation, integrating inlife, In the stage of sharing outcomes and in the stages of persuasion, communication, and reflection,the characteristics of critically reviewing thoughts through others, internalizing and inspectingthoughts appeared. In addition, in the overall STEAM-based problem-solving lesson, it was required toselect learner-centered topics for STEAM-based problem-solving, connect the components ofSTEAM-based problem-solving ability, and provide information and exploration methods to supportSTEAM-based problem-solving. Through this study, students can be provided with opportunities forSTEAM-based problem-solving, centered on learners, and teachers can provide concrete examples thatcan apply STEAM-based problem-solving lessons in the field. Based on this, it is hoped that it willcontribute to the improving convergent talents required by the future society by fosteringSTEAM-based problem-solving skills in elementary school. 모든 것이 이어지는 초연결 사회이자 불확실한 시대로의 변화는 개인에게 새로운 방향의 경쟁력을요구한다. 이는 동시에 교과 내의 지식과 기술을 중심으로 전개되어 온 학교 교육의 융합 능력 향상에대한 관심을 촉구한다. 이러한 배경 아래 융합적 문제해결력은 융합 인재를 양성하고자 하는 2015 개정 교육과정의 목표를 달성할 수 있는 핵심 요소가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 수업에 적용한 사례를 통해 융합적 문제해결 수업모형의 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 융합적 문제해결 수업모형의 보완점을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문조사와 전문가 토의를 거쳐 선정된 초등학생이 당면하는 7개의 문제를 바탕으로 융합적 문제해결 수업을 구안하고, 초등학교 4학년 학생을 연구 대상으로선정하여 수업을 적용하였으며 네 가지 방법으로 수집한 자료를 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 융합적 문제해결 수업모형의 각 절차와 수업의 전반적인 과정에서 융합적 문제해결력과 관련한 특징이도출되었다. 문제발견 및 분석 단계에서는 경험을 연결하여 문제 이해하기, 지식을 연결하여 문제 이해하기, 아이디어 생성 단계에서는 기존의 경험과 지식을 연결하여 아이디어 생성하기, 새로운 지식을연결하여 아이디어 생성하기, 실행 계획 단계에서는 문제해결방법에 대한 타당성 검증하기, 문제해결방법의 다양한 측면 구체화하기, 실행 단계에서는 가상의 상황에서 통합하기, 생활에서 통합하기, 결과물 공유 단계 및 설득, 소통, 성찰 단계에서는 타인을 통해 생각을 비판적으로 검토하기, 생각을 내면화하고 점검하기의 특징이 나타났다. 또한 융합적 문제해결 수업 전반에서는 융합적 문제해결을 위한 학습자 중심의 주제 선정, 융합적 문제해결력 구성 요소 간의 연결, 융합적 문제해결을 지원하는 정보 및 탐색 방법의 제공이 요구되고 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들에게는 학습자를 중심으로 한 융합적 문제해결의 기회를 제공할 수 있으며 교사들에게는 융합적 문제해결 수업을 현장에 적용할 수 있는구체적인 사례를 제공할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 초등학교 수업에서 융합적 문제해결력의 함양을 통해미래 사회에서 요구하는 융합적 인재 양성에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

        수소 공급사슬 위험요인 관리와 프로세스 개선이 물류성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        We conducted a survey for 34 days from October 11, 2023 to November 13, 2023 to analyze the effect of risk factor management on process improvement and process improvement on logistics performance for domestic hydrogen supply-related company worker. The collected 253 questionnaires were analyzed based on the SPSS program. As a research method, multiple regression analysis was performed between external and internal misogyny and process improvement, and multiple regression analysis was performed between process improvement and logistics performance. As a result of multiple regression analysis between risk factor and process improvement, it was found that competition and market had a high effect on response ability to external risk factor, and nature had a high effect on prediction accuracy. In terms of internal risk factor, capacity was found to have a high effect on response ability, and operation was found to have a high effect on prediction accuracy. As a result of multiple regression analysis between process improvement and logistics performance, it was found that response ability had a high effect on logistics performance. This means that through risk factor management, big data-based supply chain construction, IoT network-based disaster detection system construction, and customer-friendly order processing system improvement activities affect logistics performance.
