운동선수들의 대인간 갈등이 집단효능감 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of interpersonal conflict on collective efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior of athletes. To achieve the purpose, a survey, consisting of a questionnaire containing 43 items, was conducted with athletes who participated in the 97th national athletic competition. As a result, a total of 210 athletes were selected using a convenience sampling method and responded with data for the final analysis. For data analysis, a descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done using SPSS 18.0 statistics programs. The results are as follow. First, interpersonal conflict partial influenced on collective efficacy. Second, interpersonal conflict partial influenced on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, collective efficacy partial influenced on organizational citizenship behavior.

약국 경영성과의 영향 요인

The growth rate of domestic pharmacies has been recently suppressed because of environmental changes around hospitals, an increase in the number of drugs, changes in consumer buying behavior caused by the emergence of the new distribution systems, and the entry of domestic conglomerates and global distribution companies in drugstore businesses. This study investigates 11 influencing factors on the business performance of local pharmacies by analyzing 161 study samples. Empirical results show that 1) the most influencing factor on the business performance of the pharmacies is the Number of nearby clinics, 2) the location conditions are distinct factors to determine the business type of pharmacy and 3) the influencing factors on each type of the pharmacies are different. The paper contributes to enhance the competitiveness of local pharmacies by verifying the crucial factors on their business performance.

무용전공 예술고등학생의 신체-외모 자기지각 정서가 무용경연 스트레스와 무용자신감에 미치는 영향

This study identified the influence of body and appearance self-conscious emotions on competitive performance stress and dance confidence of art high school students majoring in dance. The participants of this study were 316 students majoring in dance at four arts high school in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Province. The collected data were analyzed with frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics Version 23.0. First, body and appearance self-conscious emotions had influenced on competitive performance stress significantly. Secondly, body and appearance self-conscious emotions had influenced on dance confidence significantly. Third, competitive performance stress had influenced on dance confidence significantly. Based on the above findings, the body and appearance self-conscious emotions had decided as important factor to decrease competitive performance stress and at the same time to increase the dance confidence of arts high school students majoring in Dance.

태권도 겨루기 선수들의 사회적지지가 자기결정성과 정서 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social support on self-determination, emotion and athletic performances of Taekwondo athletes. Quantitative survey of this study was done at high schools, universities, and professional teams located at Soeul, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Chungcheong-do, and Daegu Metropolitan City. 330 Questionnaire were performed using a self-administration method and 314 were used for final analysis. The frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used in this study. Conclusions were as follows, First, social support of taekwondo players had influenced on their self-determination significantly. Second, social support of taekwondo players had influenced on their emotions significantly. Third, social support of taekwondo players had influenced on their athletic performance significantly. Fourth, self-determination of taekwondo players had influenced on their athletic performance significantly. Fifth, emotion of taekwondo players had influenced on their athletic performance significantly.

소프트웨어 개발비 예측을 위한 노력방정식 : 국내 중소규모 소프트웨어 개발사례를 중심으로

기존의 소프트웨어 개발비 예측을 위한 노력방정식들은 미국, 일본등지에서 수집된 소프트웨어 개발비 자료를 바탕으로 하였으므로 국내에 직접 적용하기에 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발된 중소규모 소프트웨어 개발비 자료를 바탕으로 COCOMO와 유사한 새로운 노력방정식을 제시하였고 기존의 노력방정식들과 비교평가하였다. 제시된 노력방정식은 국내자료를 바탕으로 한것이므로 국내에서 적용하기 적합하다. Existing software development effort equations are not suitable for Korean environment, because most of them are based on American environment. In this paper, we propose the effort equations, which is similar to COCOMO model, from the small size software development data in Korean environment, and compare them with the existing equations. The proposed effort equations are the most suitable for predicting the software development efforts in Korea.

We investigated the characteristics of temperature variations under different land covers (paddy field, upland, urban park, and urban residential area) during hot summer (July 15 to August 19, 2005). The temperatures were monitored using data loggers at one hour intervals in study sites. The mean temperature generally increased with the distance from edge of paddy fields, being $1.5^{\circ}C$ higher at a site 170-m far from paddy fields than at a paddy field area at 22 h. The mean daily temperatures in the study period followed the ordo. of paddy field $(26.6^{\circ}C)$ < upland $(27.0^{\circ}C)$ < park $(27.5^{\circ}C)$ < residential area $(28.0^{\circ}C)$. The paddy field area has shown remarkable cooling effects compared to the residential area: Mean duration of temperature below $25^{\circ}C$ in the paddy field area was longer (8.6 hrs) than in the residential area; The time to fall to below $25^{\circ}C$ in the paddy field area was sooner (22.4 hr) than in the residential area; Mean daily minimum temperature in the paddy field area was much lower $(2.4^{\circ}C)$ than in the residential area. More research is needed to better clarify the mechanism of cooling effect of a paddy field area by investigating heat balance of a paddy field.

대학 팀운동선수의 감성지능이 집단응집력과 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on group cohesiveness and resilience of University team sport athletes. Using a purposive sampling method, subject of this study were 260 university team sport athletes from Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungnam Province. Data were collected through the self-administrated questionaires which were used by preceding study. The frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used to solve the problems in this study. The conclusions were drawn as follows. First, the emotional intelligence influenced on group cohesiveness significantly. Second, the emotional intelligence influenced on resilience significantly. Third, the group cohesiveness influenced on resilience significantly. Therefore, various ways to increase the emotional intelligence have to be developed practically. they will contribute to athletic performance and athletes" satisfaction.
