      • 설하 Misoprostol 정을 사용한 임신 1분기 유산의 약물적 치료의 안전성과 효과, 그리고 성공적인 약물적 치료의 관련 인자에 대하여

        목적: 임신 1분기 유산의 치료에 있어서 허가사용 범위의 설하 misoprostol 정을 이용한 약물적 치료의 안전성 및 효과에 대하여 알아보고자 하였으며, 이와 더불어 성공적인 약물적 치료에 기여하는 관련 인자가 무엇인지 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법: 2013년 4월부터 2016년 6월 사이에 서울특별시보라매병원 산부인과에서 임신 14주 이내에 유산이 된 산모 중 약물적 치료를 희망했던 91명의 환자들을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 진행하였다. 면밀한 초음파 검사를 통해 유산이 확인되면, 600mcg 의 Misoprostol 정을 설하 복용 후, 첫 복용 4~6간 뒤에 동일 용량을 추가 복용하도록 하였다. 최초 약물 투약 후 최소 12시간이 지난 뒤 질식 초음파 검사를 통해 G-sac 의 자궁 내 잔존 여부를 확인하였고, 약물 복용 만으로 G-sac 이 저절로 만출 된 경우 성공적인 약물 치료로 간주하였다. 만약 G-sac 이 자궁 내에 그대로 남아있는 경우는 처음 약물 투약 24시간 이내에 소파술 등의 수술적 처치를 시행하였다. 투약으로 인한 부작용은 간호기록 및 의료기록을 참고 하였다. 결과: 투약 24시간 내에 대략 2/3 정도 (G-sac 만출 = 56명 (61.54%), G-sac 잔존 = 35 명 (38.46%)) 의 환자에게서 성공적인 약물 치료 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 투약 후 G-sac 만출까지의 평균 시간은 18시간 이었으며, 투약으로 인한 심각한 부작용은 없었다. 유산 진단 전 질출혈의 유무와 초음파에서 확인된 G-sac 모양의 이상 소견 여부, 근종 및 융모막하 출혈 유무가 성공적인 약물 치료와 연관이 있는지를 살펴 보았으나, 모두 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 현재 misoprostol 제제는 허가사항으로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구 기관에서는 2012년부터 IRB 승인을 받아 임신 1분기 유산 환자들에게 약물적 치료로 사용하고 있다. 설하 misoprostol 정은 임신 1분기 유산이 확인되었으나 수술적 치료를 원하지 않는 환자들에게 있어 심각한 부작용 없이 안전하게 사용되는 약물로 우선 고려 될 수 있겠으며, 이는 불필요한 마취나 수술적 처치 등을 감소하는데 일조를 할 것으로 생각된다.

      • XENIX OS에서 terminal을 이용한 Hangul 구현에 관한 연구

        The kernel of XENIX system cannot read or write Hangul, nor accept control such as Bios call and direct access to video ram. However, the scruting of XENIX system input/output will indicate the solution for the use of Hangul. The English version of XENIX OS disregards MSB input in 8bit code inputted at key board and strips it into 7bit ; to prevent this, stty-istrip command may be used. All Hangul versions may be used on the terminal by using stty-ixon command to block the XENIX's use of FOH-FFH codes as control code. stty-istrip txon command is inserted into each user's profile to satisfy the requirements. user/lib/mail/mail local programs are used, when letters are seut via standard XENIX mail. However, mail local does not accomodate Hangul, because mail. local program uses C function which converts all input codes over ASCII code 80H into the combination of octal code for output. The modified mail local enables the use of all Hangul versions. And by using conv.c sourse to convert the sources into octal code, shell script that contains Hangul echo commands, can process Hangul on the terminal. Hangul version is thus realized on the terminal of XENIX OS, by applying the process described above.

        Facial massage 적용에 따른 안면 피부온도 변화

        This study was performed to verify the influence of facial skin temperature's changes in manipulative therapy. experimental group was given facial massage a experimental group consists of 6 subjects. The thermography and temperature changes were measured by using Digital Infrared Imaging system IRIS-5000 and Thermistor to measure physiological index HEM 650, electronic sphygmomanometer was used. Collected data were verified for the analysis of T-test and correlations by using SPSS 12.0 program. Experimental results, it is verified that performing facial massage is effective in the facial temperature and thermography rising effect. and Changes of physiological reaction index in Experimental was decreased. Therefore it can be applied as an efficient skin treatment method to increase effects 마사지의 생리적 반응은 혈관확장으로 땀샘의 자극과 피부혈류의 증가에 따른 피부온도 상승을 들 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 피부관리 현장에서 적용하고 있는 수기요법이 피부온도 변화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 시도되었으며, 6명의 대상자들에게 facial massage를 시행하여 안면 피부의 체열 및 온도변화, 혈압, 맥박을 측정하였다. 체열과 온도변화는 Digital Infrared Imaging System IRIS-5000과 Thermistor를 이용하였고, 혈압과 맥박은 전자혈압계 HEM 650을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 대상자들의 안면피부 부위별 체열 값과 온도 값이 facial massage 적용 후 모두 상승하였다(p<0.05). 생리반응 변화정도는 facial massage 적용 후 혈압과 맥박이 감소하였다 (p<0.05).

      • 男子大學生의 衣服購買行動에 관한 연구

        This research was designed to analyze empirically the clothing purchasing behavior of the male college students, and to clarify the effect of their external variables upon their clothing purchasing behavior. The study used the questionarize method. The subjects of the study were 434 male college students living in Seoul. As for the analytic method, frequency and relative frequency were used. X2 - Cross tabulation was applied in examining the relationship between external variables and clothing purchasing behavior. The major findings are as follows, 1.Clothing Purchasing Behavior 1) Stage of Problem Recognition : The main motive of purchasing the clothing was to replace the worn-out clothes, And the purchase was initiated by in the order of themselves and their parents. 2) Stage of Search Information : They gathered the information mainly from the items displayed in the stores. And they visited two of three stores before the purchase. Most of interviewees made plans before the purchase. 3) Stage of Evaluating Alternative In evaluating the alternative, DesignㆍStyle, Price, Color Pattern in sequence influenced the selection of the products. 4) Stage of Deciding Purchase ; In the stage of deciding purchase, markets were usually used. Most of the purchasers accompanied their parents but made the decision by themselves. Less than 10,000 won were spent on clothes a month on the average. And in most of the case, their parents bore the expenses. The study showed that half of the interviewees had an experience on repeated purchase. 2.Clothing Purchasing Behavior Concerning the External Variables 1) As the purchasers grew older, the rate of expenses which their parents bore was decreasing and the frequency of independent purchase was increasing. 2) Students in art schools gather information from desplayed clothes, are less frequently accompanied by their parents and less influenced by companions when they purchase clothes more than students in other colleges. 3) Students who have many brothers and sisters are less suggested about the needs of purchasing clothes by parents, and more accompanied by their brothers and sisters. 4) The more incomes people got, the more answers they gave that they bought new clothes because of weariness of old clothes. They prefered department stores. As a family's income is high, the expense of purchasing clothes of them is increasing.

      • 시각적 표현 기법을 이용한 사용자 인터페이스에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to design a visual display function of simple algorithms as a learning concept. The usual method of learning algorithms has been to depend on text presentation. On the other hand, this dynamic presentation of algorithms' flow is that the learners can more effectively grasp the algorithms and allow them to easily and effectively understand its concept. The details of the part selected by the learners was systematically explained. Finally, this system was designed to be processed by a desired language. It seems that the visual display function of an algorithm will contribute to concentrating learners interest and to improve the formulation of its concept and program coding.

        피부미용 전공 학생들을 위한 팀기반학습(TBL) 수업 개발 및 적용 효과 분석 - 문제해결능력과 협력적 자기효능감을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to develop Team Based Learning (TBL) course for students majoring skin care and analyze the effectiveness as well as derive improvement plans. TBL focuses on putting pre-class learning about learning content and the time saved by it into practice activities that apply what is learned. The ADDIE model and the TBL model were applied as the developmental research methodology, and the 'skin care' subject, which was previously taught by lecture base, was redesigned as a TBL class. In addition, the study developed weekly based pre-class learning materials, quiz items for checking pre-class learning, and the team activities’plan. Then, an experimental study was conducted with 43 university students and the effects of TBL instruction were analyzed as follows. First, students who participated in the TBL class showed higher achievement than those who participated in the lecture class, which is a comparative group, especially in the academic achievement that evaluated the acquisition and application of the major concept. Second, there was no significant difference in pretest and posttest results on problem solving ability and cooperative self-efficacy for TBL students. Third, overall satisfaction with TBL class was 4.0, which is high. The discussion of these findings was described, and three suggestions for improving and researching TBL classes were presented.
