        중도중복장애학생 수업에 대한 특수교사의 인식과 지원요구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to look into the special education teachers’ perception and support needs on lesson for students with severe-multiple disabilities. Method: 153 special education teachers completed questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a paired t-test, and IPA matrix analysis method. Results: According to IPA analysis to find out the priority support areas and items for the classes of students with severe-multiple disabilities, the areas that should be maintained in the first quadrant were teaching-learning plans, teaching-learning courses, class management, and the areas that are of high importance but low performance urgent for improvement efforts were to Analysis of tasks according to student s skill level , Planning teaching-learning method suitable for student s characteristics , Selecting teaching-learning materials considering student s characteristics , Efforts to improve the class by teaching strategy for students with severe-multiple disabilities and improving teaching-learning methods , and Studying the curriculum (achievement standards, textbooks, etc.). Conclusion: Based on the results, various practical strategies to improve teaching-learning for students with severe-multiple disabilities were suggested.

        특수교사의 소진과 수업역량, 직무만족도의 관계 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교사의 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특수교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 281명을 대상으로 소진, 직무만족도, 수업역량에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, SEM 검증을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사의 소진, 직무만족도, 수업역량에 대한 인식 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 소진은 직무만족도에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족도는 수업역량에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 특수교사의 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 특수교사의 직무만족도는 소진이 수업역량에 미치는 영향에서 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 특수교사의 수업역량을 향상시키는 한 가지 실질적, 그리고 효과적 전략으로서 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. Purpose: This study aimed to explore the effects of burnout on teaching competency of special education teachers. In addition, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was explored. Method: 281 special education teachers were asked to complete the questionnaires on burnout, teaching competency, and job satisfaction. And then, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and SEM. Results: First, the level of burnout, teaching competency, and job satisfaction of special education teachers was positive. Second, there were statistically significant effects of burnout of special education teachers on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction on teaching competency. However, there was no significant effect of burnout on teaching competency of special education teachers. At the same time, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was identified. Conclusion: Based on these results, practical and useful strategies to facilitate job satisfaction of special education teachers as means of improving the teaching competency were suggested.

        ICF-CY를 활용한 지체장애학생의 활동과 참여 기능 및 수준 분석

        Recently the problems of applying national special education curriculum and of planning IEP for students with physical disabilities have come to the fore as condition of their disabilities become severe and multiple. For this reason, this study conducted a survey on the actual state of the major education and support areas such as application of learning and knowledge, communication, self-help skill and frequency of participating in daily routine by employing questionnaire. Questionnaire was formed considering activity and participation domain of WHO’s ICF-CY(International classification of functioning, disability and health children & youth version) that was developed to evaluate major functions of students with disabilities and investigate appropriate supports as a conceptual framework. A total of 112 subjects who are special education teachers completed questionnaire. According to variables of students with physical disabilities, present function levels and relations on 4 areas were considered statistically. At the same time, validity of applying ICF-CY to IEP and issues on IEP and special education support system were discussed. The results which were as follows. First, the students with physical disabilities need the more diversified and systematic supports for basic learning functions in the area of the learning and applying knowledge. Second, the results is suggested that ICF-CY plays an important role of evaluating the communication skills. Third, ICF-CY is the useful tool for evaluating the self-care. Forth, in the result of evaluating FPQ, activities and participation level of the students with physical disabilities were very low, especially outdoor activities. Fifth, activities and participation level of the students with physical disabilities were diversified to the disabilities level. Sixth, three sub-element of the activities and participation in ICF-CY was high corelation to the frequency of the living participation level.

        특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 : 일반교사와의 비교를 중심으로

        연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 수준을 일반교사와 비교하여 살피보자 하였다. 연구방법: 특수교사 100명, 일반교사 100명을 대상으로 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 교직적응탄력성 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 환경만족과 정책적 지지에서 두 집단 간 유의미한 인식 차이가 나타났다. 또한 특수교사는 학교 유형, 일반교사는 학교급에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 확인되었으며, 행정가 지지에 대해 특수교사와 일반교사 간 유의미한 인식 차이가 나타났다. 또한 특수교사의 경력, 일반교사의 학교급에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 특수교사와 일반교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구에서 탐색된 결과를 바탕으로 일반교사와는 차별화되는 특수교사의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 특성에 적합한 지원 방안을 제시하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine and compare the perception on the teaching adaptive resilience and social support of special education teachers to understand the characteristics of the teaching adaptive resilience and social support in special teachers and seek support plans for them. Method: To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 200 teachers, including 100 special education teachers and 100 general education teachers, on the teaching adaptive resilience and social support. After that, based on the collected data, it was analyzed according to the set of research problems. Results: First, it was found that the level of teaching adaptive resilience of special and general education teachers was positive, and there was a significant difference in perception between the two groups in domains such as environmental satisfaction and policy support. Second, the level of perception of the social support of special and general education teachers was confirmed to be positive, and there was a significant difference in perception between special and general education teachers regarding the support of administrators. Third, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the teaching adaptive resilience and social support of special education teachers and general education teachers. Conclusion: Based on the findings in this study, a support plan suitable for the characteristics of special education teachers adaptability to teaching and social support differentiated from general education teachers was suggested.

        토지의 감정평가를 위한 GIS 공간분석 활용에 관한 연구

          토지에 대한 감정평가는 현장조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 감정평사사의 지식ㆍ경험ㆍ판단력에 의존하는 경향이 크다. 따라서 평가관련 자료의 효율적인 수집과 감정평가의 과학화 및 정보화를 통해 감정평가 업무의 신뢰성 향상과 효율성을 극대화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 여구에서는 평가관련 자료를 GIS 기능을 이용하여 수집하고 DB를 구축함으로써 현장 중심의 자료 수집을 최소화 하였으며, 감정평가 지원을 위한 GIS 공간분석 적용에 대한 활용성을 검토하였다. 특히 공간정보와 공간분석을 통해 감정평가 업무의 난해하고 복잡한 공간문제를 해결하고 감정평가의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 하였다.   The land valuation is done by the data collected from the field survey and is too much dependent on the appraiser"s knowledge, experience and judgment. Accordingly, it is necessary to greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of the valuation works through the effective collection of evaluation data and with high levels of scientific methods and information. In this study, we minimized the field survey by collecting the valuation data with means of GIS functions and by storing the database in the computer. And we examined the applicability of GIS-based spatial analysis to support the valuation work. Especially, through the spatial information and analysis, we provided the appraisers with options to solve the difficult and complicated spatial problems in valuation works and for their rapid and clear decision-making of valuation.

        장애아동 어머니의 행복에 대한 인식

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how mothers of children with disabilities perceive their own happiness level, to offer information enhancing the quality of life of mothers and their children with disabilities, and to explore ways to support them. To this ends, mothers of children with disabilities were required to complete the questionnaire consisting of 3 domains; existence, relatedness and growth. Then data were used to examine the perception of happiness and to compare the happiness level according to mothers’ personal background. Results were as follows. First, mothers’ perception of happiness was more or less positive and, in particular, showed the highest level in relatedness domain. Also mothers perceived their present happiness level lower than the importance level of happiness. Second, there were statistically significant differences in the following variables: mother’s level of education, employment status and classification of their children’s disabilities.

        장애아동 어머니의 부모역량 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 장애아동 어머니들이 인식하는 부모의 역량요소를 구인하고, 역량에 대한 어머니들의 인식 경향을 살피며, 이에 영향을 주는 사회인구학적 변인을 탐색하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 43개 역량요소에 대한 지식, 기술, 태도를 평정하도록 구성된 어머니용 부모역량 질문지를 B시의 장애아동 어머니들에게 의뢰하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 장애아동 부모의 역량요소는 ‘사회적 역량’, ‘자기체계 역량’, ‘양육기반 역량’, ‘양육수행 역량’으로 구인되었다. 둘째, 장애아동 어머니들의 부모역량에 대한 인식은 다소 긍정적인 경향을 나타내었는데, 4가지의 역량요소 중 사회적 역량을 더 많이 보유하고 있다고 여기고 있었고, 지식과 태도보다 기술의 습득정도를 더 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 장애아동 어머니들의 부모역량에 대한 인식에는 어머니의 학력과 연령이 영향을 주는 변인으로 나타났으며, 직업 유무나 소득수준의 영향은 미미하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 장애아동 부모가 자녀를 양육하며 주도적인 삶을 살기 위한 역량의 요소들을 찾아내고, 어머니들의 역량 수준에 대한 인식을 구체적으로 살펴 이들에 대한 이해를 넓히며, 장애아동 부모들을 지원하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색하는 계기를 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to construct parental competence perceived by mothers of children with disabilities, explore the tendency of perception on their own competence, and identify variables affecting the perception. To these ends, mothers of children with disabilities were asked to rate the questionnaire composed of 43 competences elements, each was formed by 3 levels, such as knowledge, skill and attitude. The results are as follows. First, competences were constructed by 4 domains like ‘social competence’, ‘self-system competence’, ‘development support competence’ and ‘parenting implement competence’. Second, almost mothers perceived on competence positively, and, in particular, thought they have more social competences than the others. In addition, they perceived they possess less skills than knowledge and attitude of competences. Finally, there were statistically significant differences in following variables such as mother’s educational level and age, but mother’s job or income level affected little. Based on these results, it will be possible to identify competence elements which help mothers of children with disabilities live self-directed life, raise the understanding level on competence, and offer the specific supports.
