        확장된 계획행동이론을 통한 무주 태권도공원 방문객의 방문의도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to predict travelers` behavioral intention to visit the Muju Taekwondo Park, based on extended Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Tourists` motivation was newly included in determining their behavioral intention to visit the park along with existing three components of traditional Theory of Planned Behavior(attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control). To this end, a total of 241 Taekwondo masters was selected using a conveniently sampling method and responded to a survey questionnaire. The 206 usable questionnaires were utilized to the final data analyses. Statistical Package of PASW 15.0 was used for data analyses including descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, attitudes toward visiting the park had a significant impact on visiting the park Secondly, subjective norms had a significant influence on visiting the park. Thirdly, perceived behavioral control significantly affected behavioral intention to visit the park. Lastly, motivation was a significant predictor of subjects` visiting the park. Additionally, practical implications of the findings and suggestions were discussed.

        설악산국립공원 지역의 노루 서식지 이용 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to obtain the basic research about Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus), and to establish a conservation area into Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park, South Korea. We recorded Siberian roe deer field signs (bedding sites, feeding areas, feces and tracks etc), and habitat variables such as nearest distance to the watercourse, trails, slope, aspect, forest type and land cover etc. from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2007 in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. According to the research of habitat characteristics of Siberian roe deer inhabited in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park preferred mixed forest consisted of aged forest and middle-aged forest on the gentle slope which was close to hydrosphere in the middle elevation area of altitude of 400~600m above sea level in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. The results indicated that Siberian roe deer appeared to prefer south slope or north slope during the snow season and west or east slope during the non-snow season. The area of most suitable habitat for Siberian roe deer in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park was 125.8km2 (32% of the total area) followed by 244.3km2 buffer area (62.2% of the total area), and 22.9km2 unsuitable habitat area (5.8% of the total area), which means environmentally unsuitable habitat for Siberian roe deer was rare in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. Thus, the area classified as major area in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park appeared to be most important for the protection of Siberian roe deer.

        서식지 적합성 평가를 통한 국립공원 탐방로 관리 방안 연구 - 무등산 국립공원 내 담비 서식지를 중심으로 -

        This study carried out for establishing the synthetic restoration plan to improve ecological quality of Mt. Mudeung National Park based on the results of conservation value assessment for yellow-throated marten habitats. Yellow-throated marten has significant implications as umbrella species for the wildlife habitats conservation, therefore, this species could be used to ecological restoration plan of the damaged forest ecosystem in Mt. Mudeung National Park. In this study, we diagnosed the quality of yellow-throated marten habitats in Mt. Mudeung National Park based on five natural and two artificial factors. In addition, we evaluated the integrity of each zone divided by trails quantitatively based on land use intensity. As a result, forest landscape quality in Mt. Mudeung National Park was influenced greatly by human activity and the degree was depended on the intensity of trails. Therefore, in this study, we suggested the closing of trails composed of the illegal and 36 legal trails. And then, we modeled the changes of habitats quality of Yellow-throated marten for each closing step. As a result the area of core habitats increased by two times and wildlife habitats quality improved in the whole area of the Mt. Mudeung National Park. As a result, the results of this study indicate that man-made linear landscape elements play a key role in the quality of habitats for predators, which require large habitats area like the Yellow-throated marten. Therefore, in order to establish an ecological restoration plan in the mountainous area, we recommend the concept of the linear landscape should be applied with the concept of area landscape.

        This paper presents a study regarding a construction of the slide cases through the useful and practical design using presentation tool-Microsoft Powerpoint, which can offer to the person in charge with more useful and practical information for the construction of the slide cases. In this study, Presentation program is used to construct case in the slides. The results of this study may be summarized as follows : First, it is possible to construct useful and practical case in the slides with presentation program. Second, this study proposes directions for the construction of slides with presentation program.

        한우 체외 수정란의 배반포 단계, 체외 배양 일령 및 등급이 산자의 생산에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수정란이식의 현장 적용 측면을 중심으로, 한우 체외 수정란의 발생 단계, 일자 및 등급이 젖소 대리모에 이식 후 임신과 유산, 분만과 관련된 임신기간, 생시체중, 난산 및 쌍자율을 조사하였다. 또한 단자 및 쌍자 분만에 따른 임신기간, 생시체중, 성비 및 폐사율을 분석하였다. 발생 단계에 따른 임신율은 배반포 단계(64.4%), 유산율은 부화 배반포(HB) 단계(21.4%)가 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 발생 일령에 따른 임신율은 7일령 배가 49.0%로서 8일 및 9일령의 36.4 및 15.4%보다 유의하게 높았으나(p<0.05), 유산율은 0$\sim$10.7%로 비슷한 경향이었다. 등급에 따른 임신율은 41.4$\sim$42.5%, 유산율은 9.3$\sim$16.5%로서 차이가 없었다. 발생 단계에 따른 임신기간, 송아지의 체중 및 난산율은 비슷한 경향이었으나, 쌍자율은 HB 단계가 44%로서 배반포 단계의 15.8%보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05). 발생 일령에 따른 임신 기간, 난산율 및 쌍자율은 차이가 없었으나, 송아지의 체중은 9일령의 것이 평균 35.5 kg으로서 7일령 및 8일령의 평균 25.2 및 26.2kg보다 유의하게 무거웠다(p<0.05). 등급에 따른 임신 기간은 1등 및 2등급이 평균 278.5 및 276.1일로서 3등급의 평균 273.7일에 비하여 유의하게 길었으나(p<0.05), 체중, 난산율 및 쌍자율은 차이가 없었다. 분만한 송아지의 개체 수에 따른 임신기간은 단자가 평균 278.5일로서 쌍자의 평균 272.5일보다 유의하게 길었다(p<0.05). 생시 체중도 단자가 평균 29.6 kg으로서 쌍자의 평균 22.3kg에 비하여 유의하게 무거웠으나(p<0.05), 성비와 폐사율은 유사한 경향이었다. This study examined the effects of the in vitro produced (IVP) Hanwoo blastocyst stage (blastocyst, expanded blastocyst and hatched blastocyst), in vitro culture day (7, 8, and 9) and blastocyst grade (1, 2 and 3) on the pregnancy rate, gestation length, birth weight, the incidence of dystocia and twining rate after embryo transfer (ET). The pregnancy and abortion rates were significantly higher in the blastocyst (B) stage (64.4%) and in the hatched blastocyst (HB) stage (21.4%), respectively, than in those of the other developmental stages (p<0.05). The pregnancy rate of Day 7 embryos (49.0%) was significantly higher than those of Days 8 and 9 embryos (36.4 and 15.4%), but the abortion rates were similar (0 to 10.7%). There were no significant differences in the pregnancy (41.4 to 42.5%) and abortion (9.3 to 16.5%) rates among the three grades of embryos. There were no significant differences in gestation length, birth weight and the incidence of dystocia among the three development stages, but the twinning rate was significantly higher in the HB stage (p<0.05). The pregnancy rate, the incidence rate of dystocia and twinning rate were similar among the three different culture days, however birth weight was significantly heavier in calves from Day 9 embryos than in those from Days 7 and 8 embryos. The mean gestation length of grades 1 and 2 embryos (278.5 and 276.1 days) were significantly longer than that of grade 3 (p<0.05), but birth weight, the incidence of dystocia and twinning rate did not significantly differ. The mean gestation length in single calves was significantly longer than that in twin calves (278.5 vs. 272.5 days, p<0.05). In addition, the mean birth weight in single calves was significantly greater than that in twin calves (29.6 vs. 22.3 kg, p<0.05). Finally, the sex ratios and mean mortality rates between single and twin calves were similar.

      • 양성자 치료 시 사용되는 Compensator의 Thickness에 대한 적정성 평가

        목 적 : 본원에서 사용하는 양성자 에너지는 크기에 따라 도달거리가 달라지며, Compensator는 Distal 두께에 따라 Energy의 크기를 다르게 할 수 있으며 이로 인해 Dose rate이 변화된다. 따라서 Compensator distal의 두께를 변화시키면서 Dose 분포 및 Beam on time에 대한 영향을 평가해보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에서 양성자치료를 받은 에너지가 낮은 환자 5명을 대상으로 실험하였다. 선택된 환자들의 기존 치료 시 Beam on time을 확인하였으며 이 후 양성자치료계획시스템(TPS)을 통하여 Compensator의 Distal 두께를 기존 두께에서 2 cm씩 최대 14 cm까지 증가시켜가며 치료계획을 비교 평가하였다. Dose 분포를 평가하기 위하여 Target의 Conformity Index(CI)값과 Homogeneity Index(HI)값, Target 후면부의 Organ at risk(OAR)의 최대선량을 비교하였으며 치료시간에 대한 영향을 평가하고자 Compensator Distal 두께 별로 제작하여 Beam on time을 비교하여 평가하였다. 결 과 : Compensator의 Distal 두께를 증가시켜 Homogeneity Index, Conformity Index를 분석한 결과 모든 환자에서 동일한 수치가 나왔다. Target 후면부의 OAR을 비교한 결과 Abdomen의 Spine cord에 최대 7 cGy, Eyeball의 RT Lens에서 88 cGy, Nasal cavity의 RT Lens에 391 cGy, Mediastinum의 Trachea에 51 cGy, Pelvis의 Small bowl에 661 cGy 증가하였다. Beam on time을 비교한 결과 Abdomen의 경우 기존 126초에서 최대 62초, Eyeball의 경우 105초에서 37초, Nasal cavity의 경우 기존 187초에서 134초, Mediastinum의 경우 기존 100초에서 40초, Pelvis의 경우 기존 440초에서 118초로 감소하였다. 결 론 : 연구결과 Compensator의 distal 두께가 두꺼워질수록 에너지의 크기를 증가시킬 수 있으며 Dose rate이 증가하여 Beam on time이 감소하는 효과가 있었다. 이는 Beam on time이 많이 소요되는 호흡동조치료를 요하는 Liver, 마취를 하는 소아환자에게 적용한다면 치료시간 단축과 환자의 편의성 면에서 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 평가된다. 하지만 에너지의 크기가 증가할수록 Distal penumbra가 증가하기 때문에 Target 후면부에 OAR이 인접해 있는 경우는 양성자치료계획 시 Penumbra의 영향을 고려한 적절한 Compensator 두께를 설정할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : The range of force differs from the size of proton energy used in our hospital. The compensator enables to change energy size based on distal thickness which also makes changes in dose rate. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of changing the thickness of compensator distal on dose range and beam on time. Subject and Methodology : Five low energy patients who have received proton therapy were selected as subjects for this study. Beam on was checked for the selected patients during the existing therapy. After then, the thickness of distal of compensator was increased by 2 cm up to 14 cm through proton therapy plan system(TPS) for comparative analysis. For the evaluation of dose range, the value of the target's conformity index(CI) and the maximum dose of rear side target's organ at risk(OAR) were compared. Furthermore, to evaluate the effect of therapy time, beam on time was compared by making compensator distal in each thickness. Result : The result of homogeneity index and conformity index of the increased compensator distal showed the same level in all patients. The comparison results of OAR of target rear side showed 7 cGy at spine cord of abdomen at maximum, 88 cGy at eyeball's RT lens, 391 cGy at RT lens of nasal cavity 51 cGy at trachea of the mediastinum, and 661 cGy at a small bowl of the pelvis. The comparison results of the beam on time showed a reduction from 126 seconds to 62 seconds for the abdomen, from 105 seconds to 37 seconds for the eyeball, from 187 seconds to 134 seconds for nasal cavity, from 100 seconds to 40 seconds for mediastinum, from 440 seconds to 118 seconds for the pelvis. Conclusion : The research result showed that as the distal thickness of compensator increased, the size of energy increased. In addition, beam on decreased due to the increase of dose rate. It is expected that the result would help reduce the treatment time and increase the convenience of patients if it is applied to liver patients who need respiratorygated therapy and pediatric patients. However, distal penumbra increased as the size energy increased. Therefore, in treating cases where OAR is in the vicinity of the target rear side, the influence of penumbra should be taken into account in adjusting thickness level of the compensator in proton therapy plan.

        해쉬된 태그ID와 대칭키 기반의 RFID 인증프로토콜

        By identifying the unique information of the objects using the RF, the RFID technique which will be able to manage the object is spot-lighted as the main technology in Ubiquitous era. On RFID systems, since the information of RFID may easily be unveiled in air, the secure and privacy problems always exist. In this paper, we propose mutual authentication protocol based on symmetric key. Proposed protocol has been able to minimize the tag's H/W resource by using symmetric key. And we use tag ID which is encrypted with hash function and a shared symmetric key by Challenge-Response pair of PUF(Physically Unclonable Function), thus there is no key disclosure problem in our protocol. 무선으로 대상물의 고유정보를 인식함으로 대상물을 관리할 수 있게 하는 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)기술은 유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심기술이다. RFID에서 정보는 공간상에서 쉽게 노출될 수 있음으로 보안 및 프라이버시 문제가 항시 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 저가형 태그의 구현에 적합한 대칭키 기반의 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 대칭키를 사용하여 하드웨어 자원을 최소화할 수 있으며, 해쉬 함수로 암호화한 태그 ID를 사용하고 PUF(Physically Unclonable Function)의 Challenge-Response값을 공유 대칭키로 활용하기 때문에 키 노출 위험이 없는 안전한 프로토콜이다.
