        저항 점 용접 로봇에서 서보건의 가압력 제어를 통한 용접 강도 향상에 대한 연구

        Resistance spot welding is widely used for joining sheet metals in the automotive manufacturing process. Recently, servo-gun is used to increase the productivity and precise control the acting force. However, force control mechanisms have not been investigated with servo-guns until now. In this paper, it is proved that servo-motor current is proportional to torque and by experiment, experimental equation between servo-motor current and electrode force was derived. Algorithm for feedback control of electrode force was suggested using current measurement. In addition, applying soft touch method to this system the impact between electrode and specimen, which is the problem of air gun, could be reduced. Indentation made the force decrease in holding time of resistance spot welding. In order to overcome this problem, force compensation using the servo gun was used and it improved weld strength in good welding current range.

        BMT 구동장치의 유한요소해석 및 형상변수 최적화

        Base-mounted type(BMT) driving assembly in CNC machine tools is an indispensable part to improve productivity by reducing tool changeover time and to meet the ever-increasing demand of precision machine tools. This study aimed to perform finite element analysis and geometric parameter optimization to improve the efficiency of BMT driving assembly. First, simulations for three-dimensional structural and vibration analysis were performed using ANSYS/Workbench on the initial geometric models of BMT driving assembly. After analyzing stress and deformation concentration zones, several new geometrical models were designed and evaluated by design of experiments and ANSYS/DesignXplorer. Through a series of analysis-evaluation-modification cycles, it was seen that designed models were effective in determining optimal geometry of BMT driving assembly.

        자동차 차체 적용을 위한 레이저-아크 하이브리드 용접의 동축 모니터링 시스템 개발

        In this paper, the coaxial monitoring system to capture image of weld pool was developed in laser-arc hybrid welding. In order to obtain the reliable image, green laser was used as a illumination system and measuring components such as band pass filter, ND (Neutral Density) filter and shutter speed was designed and optimized. Using this monitoring system, weld pool images were captured according to laser power, welding speed, welding current and interspace between laser and arc through the experiment. ANOVA (Analysis of Variation) was carried out to identify the influence of process variables on bead widths extracted from captured images of monitoring system. Welding speed and current were major factor to affect weld pool.

        용가 와이어를 적용한 알루미늄 레이저 용접에서 공정 자동화를 위한 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 공정변수 최적화

        Laser welding is suitable for welding to the aluminum alloy sheet. In order to apply the aluminum laser welding to production line, parameters should be optimized. In this study, the optimal welding condition was searched through the genetic algorithm in laser welding of AA5182 sheet with AA5356 filler wire. Second-order polynomial regression model to estimate the tensile strength model was developed using the laser power, welding speed and wire feed rate. Fitness function for showing the performance index was defined using the tensile strength, wire feed rate and welding speed which represent the weldability, product cost and productivity, respectively. The genetic algorithm searched the optimal welding condition that the wire feed rate was 2.7 m/min, the laser power was 4 kW and the welding speed was 7.95 m/min. At this welding condition, fitness function value was 137.1 and the estimated tensile strength was 282.2 $N/mm^2$.

        Jong Hyun Jang proclaimed “Life Theology” through the Baekseok University under the name of Baekseok theology. The Korean church and christianity is undergoing a difficult time. Especially the social welfare mission became due to statistics and evaluations more focused on capacity and results than the way of Jesus Christ. Jong Hyun Jang's “Life Theology” revived the Gospel in that sense. Although his work seems like the “Life Theology” of Alfred Jaeger, however he focuses on a much more pragmatical way on becoming more like Jesus Christ. He shows a crossroad in which “Life Theology” and Social Welfare Theology meet. Social Welfare Mission is the fastest way to actually do the work of Jesus Christ and spread his word as he did. “Life Theology” is the center of the Social Welfare Theology in which we live and serve as servants. This is why “Life Theology” is the future of the Social Welfare Theology. Thus, “Life Theology” with the aid of Social Welfare Theology will be able to revive and encourage people in desperate need to a new way of life. The background of this can be described in three points. 1) the center of the Social Welfare Theology-Christianity- Jesus Christ centered, 2) the framework of the Social Welfare Theology-church theology-the member and the leader of a community 3) the context of the Social Welfare Theology - Kingdom of God - behavior and attitude. These 3 components are important parts in practicing Social Welfare Theology. Since today Social Welfare Mission took a variety of forms and experienced difficulties in establishing itself in a dynamic changing society. Social Welfare Theology has more non religious factors (financial support, management, etc.) than ordinary mission itself. Thus it lead to arguments of the purpose of the mission and its meaning itself. The Social Welfare Mission also had difficulties in adapting in a secular and diverse society. Such difficulties now stand before the "Life Theology" to achieve a core meaning centered around Jesus Christ. Thus, not something which just looks like spreading the good word, but doing it like Jesus did is the main idea of the Social Welfare mission. Jong Hyun Jang’s “Life Theology” has been proven through the Baekseok University to work hand in hand with the social welfare mission. It remains subject to the next generation of scholars to see how Jong Hyun Jang’s Life Theology establishes itself in the future.

        미래를위한 WCC 선교와 로잔 선교의 이해와 협력

        This article deals with the cooperation and partnership of the WCC mission and the Lausanne covenant mission in the future. The history of world mission focuses on the history of Western mission. The Germany, America and England in the world mission should be influence the organization and development of Western mission to non-Western mission. At this time, Western mission is faced with two problems. First, the study analyzes that Western mission completed one way mission to important need s and another knowledge in mission field. Second, the Western mission could try the mission of church organization, as result of it divide into between evangelical mission and ecumenical mission. Third, the crisis of between evangelical mission and ecumenical mission started New Delhi the General Assembly in 1961. The Mission institution and passionate missionaries was not sett ing position with out WCC church organization. They were rallied Wheaten conference and Berlin meeting, this meeting criticize sharply about WCC mission. The issues of mission focuses on that "mission is proclaiming, working the God toward the world remembered with spiritual being of the church." Both of them spilt with from Uppsala conference. The purpose of mission in Uppsala conference meet ing announced with 'humanization.' resultingly evangelical mission came our conflict and confusion. Bothevangelical mission and ecumenical mission came out interaction with wholistic mission. The wholistic mission accepted and united with bot h evangelical mission and ecumenical miss ion from 1989. Fourth, t he Bible interpretation and authority based on evangelical mission through identity of mission. and then it understand with strategy and policy of mission in extended mission areas in the ecumenical mission for the future of world mission. In conclusion. both of them should be make up for the function and role of theology and mission.
