The recovery of the sedimentary environment around a fallowing shellfish farm during its rest period after 20 years of long-running operation, was explored in Tongyeong Bay of Korea. Seasonal survey on macrobenthos community was conducted from July 2016 to September 2018 at five stations, which included the fallowing shellfish farm after 20-year operation (FF), a newly installed shellfish farm (NF), a shellfish farm for comparison around the closed shellfish farm (CF), and control stations with no farming activities (Con1, Con2). The total number of species and the density of macrobenthos were higher at the shellfish farm stations than the non-shellfish farm station, and their seasonal changes were significant. The dominant species at the shellfish farm stations was Capitella capitata while Paraprionospio patiens was dominant at the non-shellfish farm stations. The two dominant species were potential organic contamination indicators usually inhabiting the areas with dense organic matter. This suggests that the overall survey area was highly polluted with organic matters. Multivariate analysis showed that the macrobenthic community of CF changed to a level similar to that of Con1 immediately after the investigation, but not to a state above the Con1 level. Furthermore, the changes in NF were not significant when compared to those in CF.

The study aims to identify economic interdependencies between regions and define functional economic areas of Korea by analyzing inter-firm transaction networks. Previous research has relied on pre-given administrative boundaries or cultural homogeneity and used data such as commuting, population movement, and cargo flows which could not fully explain economic activities. To overcome the limitations, this study applies a community detection method to inter-firm transaction networks derived from the CRETOP+ database of Korean corporate data. The novel dataset and the network analysis enables us to identify Korea's functional economic areas based on actual inter-firm linkages. The result shows that there are six to seven economic blocs in the networks as of 2018. In particular, one huge economic bloc is formed integrating the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong, and Gangwon provinces. Meanwhile, North Jeolla and South Jeolla provinces form two economic blocs separately rather than being tied up in one bloc due to the low frequency of transactions between each other. The two big economic blocs of Daegu-Gyeongbuk and Busan-Gyeongnam exist, and interestingly, Ulsan, Gyeongju, and Pohang form a separate middle-sized bloc across the administrative boundaries. The results reveal that the future balanced national development policies should be implemented based on functional economic areas derived from empirical data.
인삼(人蔘)과 홍삼(紅蔘)의 네트워크 약리학적 분석 결과 비교

Objectives : Network pharmacology analysis is commonly used to investigate the synergies and potential mechanisms of multiple compounds by analyzing complex, multi-layered networks. We used TCMSP and BATMAN-TCM databases to compare results of network pharmacological analysis between White Ginseng(WG) and Red Ginseng(RG). Methods : WG and RG were compared with components and their target molecules using TCMSP database, and compound-target-pathway/disease networks were compared using BATMAN-TCM database. Results : Through TCMSP, 104 kinds of target molecules were derived from WG and 38 kinds were derived from RG. Using the BATMAN-TCM database, target pathways and diseases were screened, and more target pathways and diseases were screened compared to RG due to the high composition of WG ingredients. Analysis of component-target-pathway/disease network using network analysis tools provided by BATMAN-TCM showed that WG formed more networks than RG. Conclusions : Network pharmacology analysis can be effectively performed using various databases used in system biology research, and although the materials that have been reported in the past can be used efficiently for research on diseases related to targets, the results are unreliable if prior studies are focused on limited or narrow research areas.

呂祖謙、眞德秀、金履祥皆身為理學家,本乎儒道,文章宗經。但依其編選宗旨及其編選標準不同,其被選的作品作家自異。呂祖謙奉聖旨編選的『宋文鑒』專取有益治道者,收作品以及文體可謂賅備。『古文關鍵』是為文而作,博取古文家之文。眞德秀『文章正宗』具有較農的理學色彩,雖分“辭命”、“議論”、“敘事”、“詩賦”四科,欲明學者識文辭源流之正,但不免為文辭而作之嫌。金履祥『濂洛風雅』依風雅正變,首次專取共同宗祖的“濂洛”學派的文章,欲譜婺學。因此,金履祥以卷首專設“濂洛風雅圖”來彰顯其學統,排列作品順序亦是。故至金履祥『濂洛風雅』始脫于文學性的選本,其意義在於首次匯集濂洛學派之詩文作品來重新樹立學統。 LÜ Zu-Qian, ZHEN De-Xiu, and JIN Lü-Xiang are all renowned Neo-Confucianists duringthe Song Dynasty. Their viewpoint on literature was built on Confucianism’s Tao and theyconsidered sentences from Liu Jing canon for their sentence structuring. Yet there aredifferences in compilations they made regarding selection of literatures and writers based ontheir selection criteria.LÜ Zu-Qian’s Song Wen Jian contained various works and writing styles, adhering to theemperor’s order to select sentences that would do good for politics. However, hiscompilation is criticized for lack of coherence. His another compilation Gu Wen Guan Jianmainly consists of sentences of archaic prose writers, holding true to its purpose of guide tosentence structuring. Taken together, overarching characteristics of LÜ’s compilations arepurpose of guide to sentence building.ZHEN De-Xiu viewed sentence as part of academic pursuit, and argued that literatureshould identify sages’ findings and teachings. And it should be practically useful for thecountry, not merely a talk for talking’s sake. Holding true to such belief, ZHEN compiledWen Zhang Zheng Zong by dividing the compilation into four sections: CiMing (purpose),YiLun (exchange of opinion), XuShi (launch work) and ShiFu (verse and prose) in a bid toteach readers for what the right kind of literature works is. This book, albeit strongerphilosophical thought of Neo-Confucianism of the Song Dynasty compared to LÜ’scompilations, is mainly intended as a guide to creation of literature.JIN Lü-Xiang’s Lian Luo Feng Ya, the first compilation of poems written byNeo-Confucianists of the Song Dynasty contains the Lian Luo School’s poems and proses toidentify the school’s origin and scholastic mantles. JIN put his painting Lian Luo Feng Ya Tuon the first page to demonstrate his academic tradition as a successor of Zhu Xi, andarranged literature works in the order of this. It has an implication as the first compilationof the Song's Neo-Confucianists’ poems that abstracted poems created by figures of theLian Luo School and reestablished line of the Lian Luo School, a big move from traditionalframework of compilation for traditional literatures.

Speakers can be easily found in various forms in our daily lives. There are various factors that show the characteristics of a speaker, and THD is considered an important factor. Various efforts are being made to reduce THD, and in this study, we will focus on improving the shape of Cone paper. We will verify whether adding a pattern to Cone paper can show a THD reduction effect, and for verification, we will study whether it is possible to show a correlation between analysis using finite element methods and through actual production.
브랜드 이미지와 고객 만족, 재구매 의도간의 관계 연구

소비자의 다양한 소비패턴 변화에 기업들은 브랜드 이미지를 인식시키거나 마케팅에 활용하여 경쟁에서 유리한 고지에 자리 잡고자 한다. 따라서 기업은 브랜드 이미지를 형성하고, 고객 만족과 재구매 의도를 이끌어냄으로써 경쟁우위를 선점하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 이·미용 훈련기관의 브랜드 이미지와 훈련생의 만족, 연계 훈련 또는 재훈련과 같은 재구매 의사와의 관계를 분석하고 이를 통해 이·미용훈련기관의 경쟁우위 선점과 영업 활성화를 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하는데 필요한 방향성과 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권지역의 이·미용훈련기관에 훈련 중인 약 280명의 표본으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0을 이용하여 일반적인 특성을 파악하기 위한 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 각 변수들의 측정 항목에 대한 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)을 실시하여 신뢰도( Cronbach' a)를 검증하였다. 브랜드 이미지와 고객 만족, 재구매 의도 간 관계에 있어서는 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 브랜드 이미지를 기능적 이미지와 상징적 이미지로 나누어 가설을 설정, 이를 통한 훈련기관 브랜드 이미지와 훈련생들의 만족간의 관계, 이에 따른 재구매 의도와의 관계를 다루었다. 그 결과 브랜드의 기능적, 상징적 이미지는 고객 만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향을 받은 고객 만족은 소비자 재구매 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객 만족의 매개효과는 부분적으로 채택되었다. 본 연구는 헤어 미용, 이용, 메이크업, 피부 미용, 네일 미용의 모든 미용분야별 특성을 고려하지 못한 한계점이 있지만 기존 소규모 이·미용산업이 대중화 전문화에 따른 이·미용 산업의 대형화의 환경 변화에서 브랜드 이미지의 중요성을 다시 한번 강조하였다. 나아가 브랜드 이미지에 관심을 가지게 될 것이며, 이는 훈련기관들이 경쟁을 이기고 기업의 발전 방안을 모색할 수 있는 바탕이 되어 줄 것이다. To cope with various changes in consumer consumption patterns, companies are trying to enhance their brand awareness or use marketing to increase their competitiveness. Therefore, companies need to make efforts to gain a competitive advantage by forming a brand image and driving customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The study aims to analyze the relationship between the brand image of a beauty training institution and the repurchase intentions, such as trainees' satisfaction, linked training, or retraining, and to present the directions and implications necessary to strengthen competitiveness through building competitive advantage and brand activation. To this end, a survey was conducted with a sample of about 280 people training at beauty training institutions in the metropolitan area. Using SPSS WIN 12.0, frequency analysis to identify general characteristics and reliability analysis (Cronbach' a) were performed for each measurement item of variables. Multiple regression analysis and mediation effect analysis were conducted on the relationship between brand image, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. The hypothesis was established by dividing the brand image into functional image and symbolic image, and the relationship between the brand image of the training institution along with the satisfaction of the trainees and the intention of repurchase was analyzed. As a result, it was found that the functional and symbolic image of the brand had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the affected customer satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on consumer repurchase intentions. The mediated effect of customer satisfaction was partially adopted. Although this study has limitations that did not consider all the characteristics of beauty fields such as hair beauty, makeup, skincare, and nail beauty, the importance of brand image was emphasized once again in the environmental change of the beauty industry due to the popularization and specialization of the existing small beauty industry. Furthermore, the brand image will draw more attention, providing the basis for training institutions to be competitive and seek ways to develop the company.
