        월악산국립공원의 곤충다양성에 관한 연구 - 노린재목, 딱정벌레목, 나비목 -

        본 연구는 2007년부터 2009년까지 3년 동안 월악산 모니터링 조사 지점과 동일지구에 대해 정기적인 주 간조사를 통해 주간곤충류(노린재목, 딱정벌레목, 나비목)의 종목록을 확보 하여, 월악산국립공원의 생태계에 자연적 혹은 인위적으로 변화된 내용을 측정하여 곤충자원의 체계적인 관리를 위한 자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 본 조 사기간 동안 채집 확인된 주간곤충류는 65과 404종(노린재목 21과 86종, 딱정벌레목 38과 244종, 나비목 6과 74종) 이 조사되었다. 따라서 문헌조사를 포함한 결과 월악산국립공원에 서식하는 것으로 확인된 주간곤충류는 멸종위기야 생동물 2종, 고유종 6종, 국외반출승인대상종 10종과 특정종 50종을 포함하여 총 72과 609종(딱정벌레목 44과 368 종, 노린재목 22과 126종, 나비목 6과 115종)으로 나타났다. 아울러 조사지점별 분석결과 S3에서 종다양성이 가장 높게 나타났으며, S10은 다른 조사지점과 다르게 종다양성이 현저하게 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 각 조사기간별 우점종으로는 2007년과 2009년도에 넉점박이송장벌레, 2008년도에는 더듬이긴노린재로 나타났다. This study were conducted for three years from 2007 to 2009 and at the same points as monitoring surveys, through regular surveys insects (Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera) to obtain the list, to measure and assess  Woraksan National Park ecosystem’s natural or artificial change, to provide data for systematic management of the contents of insects. As a result of all the collections were examined, 404 species of 65 family under 3 order were identified. Therefore, the species composition of insect over each result from Woraksan National Park’s was a total of 3 orders,  72 families, 609 species including 2 Endangered species, 6 Endermic species, 10 Management of exotic species and 50 Designated species; 368 species of family Coleoptera which is the highest, 126 species of family Hemiptera and 115 species of family Lepidoptera. Site 3 had the highest indices diversity. In contrast, Site 10 indices diversity, different  from the other survey points, were significantly low. In each survey period, dominant species included Nicrophorus quadripunctatus in 2007 and 2009. In 2008, dominant species was Pachygrontha antennata.

        자동차 내장 재질의 감성 품질요인 도출 및 물리적 특성치와의 연관성 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to structure affective factors related to the tactile sense in order to improve tactile sensibility satisfaction of interior material. In this paper, we propose the design direction of interior material by analyzing the association between material properties and affective factors for automotive interior material. Methods: The relationship between sensibility adjectives and feelings related to tactile sensation were derived through factor analysis after touching prepared samples that were made by changing the material properties of automotive interior material. The association between affective factors and interior material properties were analyzed through ANOVA. Results: Seven kinds of visual and tactile affective factors were derived from the correlation between feeling of material and sensibility adjectives measured by 215 subjects. It is found that there is a quadratic relationship rather than a linear relationship through association analysis between affective factors and the material properties such as roughness, friction coefficient, and hardness. Conclusion: This study suggests the direction of the interior material design which can improve the sensibility satisfaction of the automobile customers by identifying the tactile factors related to the material properties of automotive interior material.

        만성 신부전에서 속발한 metastatic calcinosis circumscripta의 진단과 치료 1례

        A 1.35 kg, three-year-old, female, Yorkshire terrier was referred to the veterinary medical teaching hospital of Chungnam National University with an alopecia, scale, polydipsia and polyuria. During hospitalization, the patient revealed swelling and pain of all four foot pads. The hematology indicated nonregenerative anemia. Blood serum chemistry revealed elevation of BUN, serum creatinine and phosphorus contents. Radiographs of feet revealed increased radiodensity in the soft tissue of the foot pad. In ultrasonographs of abdomen, kidneys showed diffusely echodense renal cortex with loss of the normal corticomedullary boundary. Fine needle aspiration of the swollen pad cysts contained a amorphous basophillic chalky, white and pasty material. The culture result was negative for bacteria. In conclusion, it was diagnosed as metastatic calcinosis circumscripta secondary to chronic renal failure. An oral charcoal absorbent and aluminum hydroxide were used to treat this condition. After six weeks treatment, hyperphosphatemia was corrected and metastatic calcinosis circumscriptawas not presented any more.

        플라즈마 전해 산화 처리조건에 따른 다이캐스트 AZ91D Mg 합금 위에 제조된 산화피막 특성

        Oxide coatings are formed on die-cast AZ91D Mg alloy through an environmentally friendly plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) process using an electrolytic solution of $NaAlO_2$, KOH, and KF. The effects of PEO condition with different duty cycles (10 %, 20 %, and 40 %) and frequencies(500 Hz, 1,000 Hz, and 2,000 Hz) on the crystal phase, composition, microstructure, and micro-hardness properties of the oxide coatings are investigated. The oxide coatings on die-cast AZ91D Mg alloy mainly consist of MgO and $MgAl_2O_4$ phases. The proportion of each crystalline phase depends on various electrical parameters, such as duty cycle and frequency. The surfaces of oxide coatings exhibit as craters of pancake-shaped oxide melting and solidification particles. The pore size and surface roughness of the oxide coating increase considerably with increase in the number of duty cycles, while the densification and thickness of oxide coatings increase progressively. Differences in the growth mechanism may be attributed to differences in oxide growth during PEO treatment that occur because the applied operating voltage is insufficient to reach breakdown voltage at higher frequencies. PEO treatment also results in the oxide coating having strong adhesion properties on the Mg alloy. The micro-hardness at the cross-section of oxide coatings is much higher not only compared to that on the surface but also compared to that of the conventional anodizing oxide coatings. The oxide coatings are found to improve the micro-hardness with the increase in the number of duty cycles, which suggests that various electrical parameters, such as duty cycle and frequency, are among the key factors controlling the structural and physical properties of the oxide coating.

        다양한 입자크기와 산성도를 지닌 MTT 제올라이트의 합성 및 촉매특성 연구

        다양한 Si/Al 몰비를 지닌 MTT 제올라이트를 합성하여 methanol-to-olefin(MTO) 반응에서 촉매의 산성도가 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Si/Al 몰비를 조절하기 위해 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,3-디아미노프로판을 구조유도물질(SDA)로 사용하였으며, 알루민산나트륨의 함량을 달리하여 $20SiO_2$ : 30SDA : x (=0.25~1.25)$NaAlO_2$ : 2NaOH : $624H_2O$ 조성으로 모액을 제조한 후 433 K에서 4일 동안 수열 합성하였다. 알루민산나트륨의 함량이 감소함에 따라 MTT 제올라이트의 입자 크기가 증가하였으며 또한 산점의 양도 감소하였다. 제조한 MTT 제올라이트의 촉매 활성을 평가하기 위해 673 K에서 공간속도(WHSV)가 $1.2h^{-1}$인 조건으로 MTO 반응을 수행한 결과, Si/Al 몰비가 24인 H-MTT (1.00Al) 촉매가 900분까지 90% 이상의 전환율을 유지함을 확인하였다. The influence of acidity in MTT zeolite of different Si/Al molar ratio's on the catalyst activity in methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reaction has been investigated. The Si/Al ratio was controlled with the Al content in the gel when N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-1,3-diaminopropane was used as a structure directing agent (SDA). The gel composition was controlled to $20SiO_2$ : 30SDA : x (=0.25~1.25)$NaAlO_2$ : 2NaOH : $624H_2O$, which was subject to the hydrothermal synthesis at 433 K for 4 days. As the composition of sodium aluminate decreased, the particle size of MTT zeolite increased, and also the amount of acid sites decreased. To investigate the catalytic performance, MTO reaction was carried out at 673 K with $1.2h^{-1}$ WHSV. It was found that the H-MTT (1.00Al) catalyst with a Si/Al molar ratio of 24 maintained the methanol conversion over 90% for 900 min.

        개의 아토피성 피부염에 대한 cyclosporine의 경구 요법

        A 7.1 kg, seven-year old, castrated male, Shih-Tzu with severe pruritus, chronic otitis externa and Malassezia infection was referred to Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. In local animal hospital, steroid therapy was used to treat uncontrollable pruritus, but the clinical signs were recurrent when steroid therapy was discontinued. On physical examination, generalized alopecia, erythema, papules, severe crust and diffuse lichenification were presented. Tape strip test of skin lesions revealed cocci and Malassezia infections. Based on the result of history, clinical signs and examination described above, canine atopic dermatitis with secondary superficial pyoderma and Malassezia dermatitis was diagnosed. Oral challenge with cyclosporine and antibiotics had good results in clinical signs. Clinical sign scores were evaluated by investigator with CADESI at 2weeks, 4weeks, 6weeks, 8weeks and 10weeks after cyclosporine administration. And in the result of comparing of allergen-specific IgE value, the level of allergen-specific IgE to general causative allergen after 10 weeks of cyclosporine therapy was higher than that before cyclosporine therapy.
